I stopped by here enroute out of Napa, and didn't regret it. Nick's shares a spot with the Sourdough store next to it, and has a spacious, bright interior with plenty of seats and high ceilings. Light music, easy to hold a conversation. The menu has plenty of hot and cold drinks, with your usual espresso drinks, but also boba, chai, smoothies and energy drinks. Aside from drinks, there's small bites and ice cream. I opted for a milk tea (no toppings) and a honey lavender latte, which were delicious and refreshing and I was surprised to find some boba in Napa. My friend got a chai and a pour over, both were delicious. I think if I'm here again, I would also try more of their chai line-up as it was another surprise hit (I'll have to reassess what one can find in Napa). Service was friendly and efficient. Restrooms in the back, and if the menu for Nick's isn't what you're feeling, there's still the Sourdough & Co location in the same space to give you another menu to look at. read more

It was clean and spacious. The service was good. I was not too happy with the piroski but that could of been my own fault for not eating it right away. Next time I'll ask for some cinnamon on top of the foam on the mexican mocha. read more

Nice little coffee shop. I appreciate that it's open later than most mom and pop coffee shops. Was excited to try as people were raving about it, coffee is ok... little bit on the sweet side which makes you hardly be able to taste the coffee. Stopped by on a whim looking for coffee on my way out of Napa. WOW what a find! I am a huge fan of pour over and didn't even realize this is the standard when you order brew here. It took a little while but as with all pour overs it was worth the wait. The coffee was amazing. Two girls working were friendly and cheerful and humored me with their patience as I told them about my pour over escapades. Fresh breads and sandos looked very good but did not try any. Stopped in to Sourdough and Co for lunch, dining area is shared with Nick's Roasting. Waited at the register, employee walked up without a greeting or even a smile, just looked at me. I ordered a honey lavender latte with oatmilk. I then saw her make an iced beverage and assumed it was someone else's until she brought it to the pick up counter and looked directly at me. I told her I had expected a hot beverage, she apologized and offered to remake it. I declined and drank it with my meal. It was delicious and refreshing, especially since the dining area was quite warm. read more

I have seen the Nicks Roasting Co sign for a while and finally decided to check it out. Nicks shares a common dining/lounging area with Sourdough Co which was clean and inviting. There is a plethora of drink choices from coffee chai and boba to choose from and after a few minutes I ordered a Monkey Mocha w/oatmilk from the friendly barista. Hung out for a bit while sipping on my delicious drink and reading my book. I'll definitely be back to try other interesting drinks on the menu and really happy I stopped by. read more

If you consistently lack effort in specialty drinks, why have them on the menu to begin with? I've been here quite a few times and most of the time staff is friendly. Today when I stopped by, the cashier greeted me with a not so friendly tone and just seemed overall not happy to be there. Typically when I go here I get an energy drink which is from what I assume flavored syrups mixed with redbull. Aside from them being pretty sweet due to the combination of syrups (I'm sure quantity of syrups can be adjusted if it's too sweet for your taste) I enjoy the drink. Onto the more "specialty" drinks that aren't typically offered in the average Napa valley coffee shop. Boba, I ordered a boba chai drink and needless to say it was not a pleasant experience. The boba seemed to be under cooked or maybe it's simply just not good quality. It's very chewy and somewhat hard unlike your typical bouncy boba. Matcha, while the matcha amount seems generous, it is not mixed properly leading to clumps of matcha ending up in your mouth which leaves a pasty bitter experience every time you take a sip. Honestly very disappointing for an establishment that advertises the diversity of drinks. read more

Only giving this a 5 star rating for the drink and the service . The three young ladies that helped me were super sweet and helpful. I had a iced chai and a croissant sandwich 10/10. The only thing or rather person that marred my first time here ,was the manager. I was walking in and there were maybe 2 other (guests) besides myself. I literally walked in as the manager was harassing and raising her voice at the young girls in the coffee section of the store. She lowered her voice as soon as I walked up and I immediately asked if the girls were okay. She disappeared after I purchased my things and as I was heading out she was in the parking lot hitting her vape. What a disappointing thing to see as a customer. She had black glasses , dirty blonde hair in a bun and white gauges. I hope if I ever do come back she has either learned how to treat PEOPLE regardless of guests or employees with the respect they are owed ,or there's a whole new manager. read more

Always love coming here--the chai and boba are my go-tos, and they never miss! Drinks are consistent, tasty, and the service is always friendly. Definitely one of my favorite spots in town. One small wish: I really wish DoorDash would let me double dash with the sandwich side since they're right next door and vise versa. Not the café's fault at all, just something that would make life even easier. Especially because both stores allow double dash for everywhere except for each other? My husband went in to get me a coffee this morning. He said the coffee was great and there were two girls working who were both friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my iced caramel macchiato but he was concerned about the manager being extremely rude to the employees. While he was there he mentioned that the manager yelled at the employees for the smallest mistake. This place just opened so the employees are still learning and it's concerning to see how the manager treats them in front of customers. read more

Don't ever come here, the customer service is the worst I've ever seen..... I was super nice but the girl was super rude and disrespectful. First time here and I'm rudely told that there is no boba at the BOBA TEA and coffee restaurant. I'm never going here again and definitely warning others of this awful place. read more
