It's the kind of thing you start craving at random times of day. My family is equally hooked -- the dragon fruit bowl and protein power bowl are constant requests, and the smoothies are consistently delicious across the board. Everything about this place is amazing... except the wait time. And I say that with love. It honestly reminds me of Gott's Roadside back in the day -- when you'd stand in line forever and still think, "Worth it." Same energy here. We've timed it: about 17 minutes for a single bowl when it's empty, and yes, we've waited over an hour at 3pm for a couple smoothies. True story. So here's the deal: Come patient. Or order ahead. That's when the employee standing next to the employee staring at the juice press walked over to the Expresso machine and started to make my drink. Then they made it incorrectly, giving me only 2 shots not the 3 that I paid for. Then she proceeded to dump some of the liquid from the cup out and simply added another shot. This is wrong on so many levels. The coffee is delicious, the cold pressed juices are fresh and perfectly balanced. The customer service is hit/miss. Oh, and the tip jar is back front and center. Ironic that is is the last thing I was willing to do after the crappy service. PS Not sure what all the fuss is about the music playlist, BUT it's a BIG F*ing Deal for Mondays staff.
