I love Dutch Bros and usually the staff is great, but the new guy working the Napa location today was incredibly rude. I ordered a "Bob Marley" (a secret menu drink I get all the time) and instead of just saying he didn't know it, he flat out asked me, "Are you guys fucking with me?" I tried to be helpful and showed him the recipe on Google, and he literally laughed in my face and said, "LMFAO this is fuckin google?! like wtf." When I asked if he just didn't know it because he was new, he said, "Yeah, bc I'm not old." Then he called another worker over and yelled, "Dude, do you know wtf a bob is?!" so they could both laugh at me and my gf in the car. It was so uncomfortable. Several of my coworkers love Dutch Bros and don't mind waiting in a long car lines to get their drinks. I have joined them in ordering drinks for myself. I have ordered the Chai Tea which is good, frothing and has nice flavors, I have also ordered cafe latte several times. But for whatever ever reason I end up with a heavy feeling in my stomach. Commuters BEWARE!!! For the 3rd time in 3 months I tried to visit my local Dutch Bros to get a coffee on the way to work. Arrive at 5:11am with 2 vehicles in front of me. The first vehicle did not pull away for 12 minutes and then it was only 5 minutes for the second vehicle (1 drink). By the time it was my turn, I had to leave because I waited almost 20 minutes for 2 cars!! This was the 3rd time that I've had to do that with only 2 cars ahead. So I waste 20 minutes and leave empty handed. The competitors , even with 3-4 cars ahead have me out in less than 10 minutes but I hate their coffee. Once again I waited for ten minutes to turn RIGHT onto Jefferson from Menlo Ave due to 4 cars in front of me blocking traffic to turn left onto Dutch brothers. They need to do something to stop the blocking of traffic on Menlo and Jefferson. Hire someone to monitor traffic! Do something... Ugh- sadly I am updating with fewer stars than previously given. I still like Dutch Bros and typically visit a couple times a week but I'm finding myself there less and less due to the lengthy wait. Last week, at 7:40am I placed a mobile order that was to be ready by 7:53. I went ahead and placed the order as this would still allow me to drive the few minutes to work and arrive by 8am. However, I didn't get my coffee in hand until 8:04 making me late for work. The worst part is that once I was driving to work, I realized I got the wrong order and couldn't drink it because I'm lactose intolerant. I went back an hour later and my drink was remade however it was a big pain in the neck. Staff told me several orders were delayed that morning, which was easy to see by the number of people waiting. Y'all should already know how I feel about my Dutch Bros. I love them to death and it's no different with this location. Excellent drinks and service always! The line was deep when I last dropped by here, but it always seems to move pretty quickly. I've been to this location a few times now and they always know how to hook ya girl up with those delicious dranks! My go to drink is their iced French Toast Chai. I'm honestly not even sure if this is still a current menu item, but I've been getting it for so long now and I'm faithfully addicted. Recently, I switched it up and tried a White Zombie Chai which tasted equally delicious. That White Zombie is giving my usual French Toast Chai a run for its' money! And of course, I've gotta have it "party" style with whipped cream and sprinkles. Just give me all the carbs! What I've always loved about Dutch Bros drinks are how versatile they are. They have so many amazing flavors! I especially love the fact that they have a diverse array of different chai flavors. As an avid chai drinker, it makes me so happy to be able to switch up from the "boring" regular chai that I usually have to end up getting anywhere else. The service that I've experienced at all Dutch Bros locations has been superior. This location has the friendliest staff who are extremely efficient. Dutch Bros Coffee continues its expansion throughout the Bay Area by adding additional locations, but it is this location, as well as a couple others in Sonoma County that really solidified their burgeoning popularity in the region as this location in particular is just with the wine lover ordered! Located along a busting section of Jefferson Street opened roughly seven years ago in what was once an empty lot next to train tracks that intersect the city. What makes this location such a prime location is its easy access makes them perfect for a quick coffee stop, as they are located smack dap in the center of the city with two freeway off-ramps off of Highway 29, plus it is a mere few blocks from the main street of Trancas Street which can directly lead from the Silverado Trail, which is how we arrived to this location on a warm weekday afternoon after two local wine tastings. In serious need of a sobering sustenance, my wine tasting partner really wanted a pick-me-up of ice cream, but then I came to realization that there weren't too many ice cream places in the heart of Napa to satiate our cravings, so I suggested we get a frosty coffee drink at this location of Dutch Bros. Coffee. Driving was super easy to get there, and instead of entering on Jefferson Street, they had us enter on their other drive thru entrance on nearby Menlo Avenue. Since Dutch Bros Coffee is a simple drive-thru kiosk and is so seemingly popular, when we arrived they had not one but two people outside on their iPads ready to take customers orders as they approached the pick-up window, which thankfully made our time from ordering to pickup go by even faster. The menu that is posted on signs at this location is super compact which makes it easy to digest, as they have drinks listed under Dutch Bros Rebel Energy Drink, Chai, Dutch Classics, Cold Brew, Dutch Frost, Dutch Cocoa, Tea, Lemonade, Sodas, and Smoothies. Since this was my friend's first time here, so told our ordering associate that she wanted to try something really sweet, and he recommended their Double Torture, which was a combination of of vanilla and mocha and an extra shot of caramel. She ordered a medium sized drink blended because she wanted to make sure that she really loved it. I however knew what I came for and their Annihilator which is their Breve, which is a blend of espresso, half and half and Chocolate Macadamia Nut syrup. A knew I wanted it Blended and a Large size which was sold at $6.25, which wasn't too bad considering prices of their competitors. After paying with our ordering associates iPad, it didn't take too long for my car to approach their pickup window and pick up our two drinks which were ready to be picked up. Our drinks were so wonderful blended without being overly sweet that my friend instantly fell in love with her drink, as it provided that instant pick me up that she was so craving after a day of wine tasting. I loved my blended beverage, as every flavor hit the right note complimenting each other with every sip. From ordering from their Classics, Freezes or Frosts menu items, I have never been disappointed with my choice. I just wish I had downloaded the Dutch Bros Coffee because if you purchase ten drinks they give you your eleventh drink complimentary, which they used to honor with a paper punch card, but as time marches on, I guess we all have to go the digital route. They had 2 people assigned to take orders from the cars in line and our bro-ista patiently explained the drinks and when we finally decided she upgraded the size and then gave it to us for free!! So of course, by the time it came for ordering, we were unprepared. It's set up like an In and Out, where a person comes to your car while you're in the drive-thru and takes your order. We had so many questions and the dude probably thought we were high AF. We weren't but this story, let's say we were. So as the guy kept repeating himself on the types of drinks we were curious about, we kept changing our order, type, and size, one at a time and we were laughing the whole time because we were so confused. In the end, when we got our act together and received our big ass coffees, we were pretty happy with what we ended up with (don't ask me what we ordered). Overall, the drinks were sweet and large. I have been a huge fan, but this trip disappointed for some reason. We always look forward to Dutch Bros when coming from the Bay Area, but this was a letdown. The experience was about the same in terms of the employees, but it definitely felt more diluted. Perhaps Dutch Bros is expanding too quickly? The employee experience felt more forced. The questions more like small talk than genuine interest (not that I needed the small talk). The energy was "there", but again, felt a bit forced. It was almost as if someone was trying to adhere to the corporate manual against their wishes. The coffee wasn't terrible but the taste was much more diluted than usual. Perhaps it's because I've been drinking out of an espresso machine, but the flavor just wasn't there. It was almost as if a huge amount of milk diluted everything. Sadly, we didn't go to any more Dutch Bros after this, even on our way out of town (even though we had earned free coffees with the frequent visitor cards). Hopefully we swing by again next time we're in the area, but for now, we won't be making a trip out of our way to visit (not that they are hurting for our business anyway). read more

I frequent this Dutch Bros location. The "Broistas" are always friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad drink at this locatio- the broistas are trained super well and know exactly what they are doing. They can answer any question you have about ingredients, allergens, and give recommendations. The only reason I rank this specific store 4 stars is because location is an issue. When it's busy, the drive through line is stressful, as it leaks out into a neighborhood street, as well as a major road. There are issues with line cutting when there are two separate streets pooling into the parking lot line, and people get really aggravated. It's pretty dangerous and I always get stressed out when I'm waiting to get into the parking lot, hoping I won't get hit or honked at in the process, especially when I'm turning in from the median on Jefferson, and the line is spilling out into the street. I don't think this can be helped due to the size of the property, so I have started skipping my Dutch Bros fix when I see that it's very crowded. I love Dutch Bros! I found them in 1992 in Grants Pass, the year they started the business. Every year we would stop in Grants Pass just to go there. They have every flavor and style of coffee you can imagine. Energy drinks, frosties, smoothies, lemonade, tea-everything. None I have been to have food but I have seen it advertised. A big thing for me is they have basically every flavor comes sugar-free Hear that Starbucks and Peets?! But the people are the best part, they are upbeat and friendly. It was very sweet, but I needed just a little bit more pumpkin in there and it wasn't that strong. Overall tasted good, but I'll be back for my usual next time.
