Had to stop and grab a smoothie and picked up the Acai Super-Antioxidant, I ordered a medium size but I should've gotten a large because it was delicious. My spouse and I were looking to purchase some smoothies and use the restroom due to long traveling. The restroom had a 'no public restrooms' sign on it, however a paying customer is not just any person from the public. I told my husband to walk away from the register and to reject the smoothie due to the fact that the employee behind the counter told us we cannot use their restrooms. If I'm paying for a smoothie, I deserve to use the restroom. If I'm being told I cannot use the restrooms that they have, they don't deserve my service. read more

This isn't my first time at this location but it's most likely my last. I've been here plenty of times before. Lots of young people that don't know a thing about how to treat their customers. It's one in particular with Pink hair that has a real attitude problem. She told me it was a "You problem" which I found hilarious. Especially coming from a shift leader. It's clear she leads by example because I'm having a back and forth debate with the entire staff about how they are wrong. I asked them for their managers name and number they immediately got offended and told me to go online to find the information. Then they called the cops on me because I had the audacity to complain about the poor service. I have been in customer service for many years and this location should be ashamed of itself. They literally told me to leave and my money didn't matter. I wish I could talk to the corporate office. It's hard to get any information out of the youngsters behind the counter. They turned my complaint into a situation where they felt that the police were needed. They wouldn't provide me with any information but they did give the officer a name and a store number. I will be on the phone first thing in the morning to ensure these kids are held accountable. It's simple,without the customers you simply don't exist. Stop acting like you're doing the community a favor. You are actually doing us a disservice because you aren't treating the customers in a respectful manner. I used to come here very often for a refreshing smoothie drink, but recently the standard has gone down quite significantly. Whenever I order my drink, not only does it take a very long time to receive it, there are also bristles from the cleaning equipment. Overall, the standard quality control of this place has done down significantly in the past years, and I will not be returning. read more

I love Jamba Juice but this location has an automatic tip feature and it automatically populates to add a $2 tip. I wanted to add a tip but not a $2 tip. Unfortunately I couldn't change the tip amount. I only ordered a small drink. But I was charge the max tip anyway. I hope they fix the machine. Booo Jamba Juice Napa, you missed the Almonds off of my Acai Primo Bowl. I made a quick stop here while in the area for an event to grab something a little healthier than the Black Bear Diner food the company I was in was waiting for a table for and waited in line to order just as long as they waited for their table (20 minutes). There were multiple staff on but all seemed to be moving at snails pace as once I ordered it then took another 15 minutes for the bowl to be ready, understandable if they were busy but really were not. Jamba Juice is an OK place. They make a delicious horchata cold brew. They also make a good vegetarian egg wrap, since a lot of places tend to be "bacon or sausage." I needed takeout, since I had a busy morning. The people were friendly. It hit the spot. It's not a sit-down restaurant; it's meant for takeout. I got my horchata coffee and breakfast wrap to go. Let me start by saying the girl working here on Saturday evening has excellent customer support skills. She could go on to make bank at some high end restaurant somewhere. it's kind of frustrating when I've been in class all morning and I go to get a smoothie on my break for lunch & then I go directly back to class for lecture. As I walk in two people had large smoothies and one of the guys came up to the cash register and tried to hand him a 20 in cash. The manager said "it's okay we'll get you next time". As I go up to the register he says "our system is down" he didn't even apologize, disappointing. I work in hospitality and you should always apologize for inconveniencing a customer. Its one thing to hand out two free large drinks in front of me, but to not apologize is really disappointing from a manager. Plus the people were trying to hand him cash for their drink. Why he couldn't take that I don't Know. I didn't get a lunch when I had class from 9:00 am until 2:30. I did not have enough time to go across town on my break to go to the other Jamba Juice. They could have at least given me a discount card, a free drink for later, or store credit for the inconvenience. read more

This Jamba Juice is pretty clean and the service is can be quick. They don't quite toast the waffles all the way leaving them hot but soggy. It's spacious and well organized and Apple Pay works on both registers. The staff is nice but they don't greet you as soon as you walk in or as lively as they do at other locations. And the prices here are a little bit higher than some locations but I'm sure that varies per franchise. read more

Stopped by just to get Greens n Ginger, per recommendation of my sister. Small size 6.19$ and you can add boost for 50cents each. I opted for no boost since I don't know what to add. Place is clean BUT I would say it's too clean that you can smell the cleaning products all over inside. As I waited for my order, I don't think I could last being inside eating/drinking my order. Service was okay, friendly and fast. At that time was around 11:20 am and they just opened I suppose. If dealing with food/drinks- to have chemical, strong and smelly cleaning products- should be used in moderation. As a customer, you don't wanna mix the smell of that plus food/drink combined. Not a pleasant mix of course! As for the drink, it was more sour-y, gingery green smoothie that is a bit pricey too! One star off just for the strong smell of cleaning solution inside this location. Service was super slow. I ordered and the person that took my order was not very nice to start. Then she proceeded to do maintenance items well she left my two drinks to be made by the other employee who was already busy. She then made my first drink and it took about 7 min and was like water not smoothly thickness as all. Then I asked for my second drink when she handed me the first on and she said she was going to make it next. That took another 7 min to make it because she was trying to do online orders at same time. It was such a joke. 14 min for two smoothie. Also saw multiple customers walk out before ordering because they stood by the register with our being even noticed for long period of time. There are 3 Jamba Juice establishments between my home and my workplace. This one recieves the highest of the stars, not because they get my order right (3 times I have ordered the pizza stick, and 1 time have actually walked out with it...no, its cool, I guess I looked like I wanted a pretzel), and have 2 times had my drink order completely lost/misunderstod... well friends, they earn their stars because: 1. The kids who work there are actually friendly, and even when they mess up, are so apologetic that its hard to be irritated. 2. They get paid minimum wage, deal with mass amounts of the general populous, but they still smile when they talk to you. Sometimes they even remember what 'my usual' is...right before they hand me someone else's... 3. Eh, that hippie smoothie juice they serve is good too. Mmm..mango mantra...and that new pomegranite all fruit smoothie..yeah thats reaaal nice.. Bad service. They were slow to take my order and then even slower to make it. The store started filling up and yet no drinks were being handed out. When some drinks were finally finished, they weren't even for the people that were there. They were online orders for people that hadn't even arrived yet. Finally, someone that looked like the manager came out and told the employee that she needed to make the drinks in order. The first order, which was mine, had not been made yet. She turned to ask if it was being made and nope! It wasn't even started. I had already waited 25 minutes and was now late for my next appointment. I asked for a refund, but she said it would just be 2 seconds. Of course it took longer than that and was a rushed job. The fruit and other ingredients were not blended well, so it was all chunky. This was my first visit to this Napa Jamba Juice. Besides my volunteering gig at the Napa County Animal Shelter, I don't spend a lot of time in this area since I moved to north Napa a couple years ago. But I was on my way to volunteer and I was hungry for a little lunch so decided to give it a try. The Jamba Juice store is conveniently located off Soscol Avenue and is very easy to get to. It is located on the opposite side of the parking lot from the Nob Hill grocery, Target and Home Depot so there is plenty of available parking. The store was not busy when I walked in, there was only one customer ahead of me. The staff greeted me immediately and were cheerful and friendly. Over the last year or so, Jamba Juice has continued to improve their vegan options. In addition to soy milk they now also offer almond milk. And, of course, their all fruit smoothies have always been vegan-friendly. I was really hungry and knew that if I spent too much time dissecting the menu, I would never order. So I went straight to the almond milk menu and tried their 16 oz. peanut butter & berry smoothie. I typically like my smoothies to be full of greens - the more leafy the better- but this peanut butter, almond milk and berry smoothie just sounded too good to pass up. And it was fantastic. Just as the staff mentioned, it tasted just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a cup! I sipped and savored it over the next hour or so and the last slurp was just as good as the first. I used to love going to Jamba Juice daily. The prices were reasonable and you got exactly what you paid for. I just went in for the first time in a couple of years and was in for a shock. Not only have their prices sky-rocketed, but they've also decreased the sizes of all of their smoothies - so now you're paying more for a lot less - half actually!!! I will never go back there again. Even though their prices were reasonable, I did notice that every couple of months they would raise their prices like they forgot they had already done so. I would always mention something - did you guys raise your prices again? I always knew exactly how much it cost because I always ordered the same thing. What used to cost me $5 for what I get now costs me almost $10! Never again! Definitely not worth the price when you discover you're being price gouged and have an individual that acts like she hates her job and the people that come to her all while moving like molasses - made me 15 minutes late for work this morning. Really bummed too... was really looking forward to having something I hadn't had in a long time. On a side note, I used to work at a different Jamba Juice as a second job. Not only do they not care if you have a primary job and will continually schedule you when they full-well know that you work somewhere else full-time and threaten to fire you if you don't show up when they tell you to, but they also allow teenagers to wield around butterfly knives and threaten their staff. I had to go to the police station one night because two guys were sharing a butterfly knife and one of them put it in my face and threatened to chop me up with it. He ended up quitting out of embarrassment when the police showed up (and it was the owner's knife) and I quit because management allowed it to happen.
