We frequently order JM's and love it. The last time they gave me a salad bowl that was not what I ordered. Tonight the same thing? I'm forgiving to a point. I tried to call, but the phone rang for 3 minutes with no answer. If the Napa Store Manager see's this, and I hope they do, tell your people to calm down, read the ticket order, and double check before sending someone away with the wrong order? I live close,, but with the price of gas, it only adds fuel to the fire.. PS..... We'll still be back. Even though I got the wrong order, it was still good! Thank you for your attention. read more

Visited 11/16/25. Have been coming here since opening day in 2021. Solid #5 giant on wheat as always add light mayo, light on the juice. You will not find more caring owners and its become a favorite of ours in Napa. Rob Garcia sadly passed away October 14, 2025. One of the most caring, hard-working coolest human was lucky to know. He was passionate about food and cars. His sister Jhing and stepson & staff continue the legacy at Jersey Mikes Napa. Rest easy Rob, will be greatly missed! read more

I'm not usually a fan of fast food or chains, but Jersey Mike's is a rare exception. Why? The Original Italian (#13) and the Philly cheesesteaks (#16 & #17). They're about as close to the East Coast versions as any chain has come west of the Mississippi. read more

I've been to a lot of the Jersey Mike's around my area but Napa is definitely one of the best. Their efficiency and speed were great especially since I had plans to attend to in downtown. I had ordered a #5 in a tub Mike's Way and they put a great amount of everything I wanted and it tasted amazing! They keep their environment super friendly too and if you're in the area and in the mood for a sub, it's a great spot to check out! read more

Killer sandwiches - little pricey but worth it. Pretty quick service, never really had to wait too long unless I had a large order. Recommend going at "off peak" times as it can get busy there and they're moving as quick as they can. Sandwiches have a lot of flavor, not the usual "fast food" bland taste. As I said... worth it. Solid sandwiches, for sure, although a little pricey. I usually go for the Italian, and always Mike's Way, which gives it a nice sour tanginess. However, if you're not going to eat it right away, beware of the extra sauce. Had mine delivered and the bread was damp when it arrived. Still hit the spot. read more

We decided to give this a try as my coworker raves about how great Jersey Mikes is. Overall, while it was decent, I didn't agree it was so amazing. The ingredients did taste fresh-ish and there was plenty on the sandwich. I will say for the almost $2 they charge for "extra cheese" it should have more cheese than it did. The sandwiches were prepared correctly as per our online order, and were ready on time. So nothing was wrong - I just wasn't wowed in any way, shape, or form. It's a step above Subway, but if you want a great sandwich, there are better places in Napa, for the same money or less. read more

I noticed a big change several months ago and thought that maybe the owners had sold out only to find out Blackstone has taken a majority interest in the company. Jersey Mike's do live up to their commercial ads in regards to freshly sliced meat and fresh ingredients. Their sandwiches are delicious and the service was superb. They are a little pricey compared to other places so I recommend ordering the Giant sandwich size to get your moneys worth . read more

I have been to this location twice. The first time was really crowded and I was pushed past the register and wasn't able to see my sandwich as it was made. They forgot to put the bacon on there. Ok. I was craving a sub so I drive like 17 miles from Sonoma. This time, I figured I would get curbside delivery. NEWS FLASH, there is no curbside delivery. So I found parking and went inside where it was a very short wait. I got my sandwich, and it wasn't quite wrapped properly so I could see the sandwich from one end. I did a quick inspection and headed back to Sonoma. I got back to Sonoma and pulled the sandwich from the wrapper and fucking mayonnaise and of course those slackers couldn't have gone edge to edge with it. They stopped about 2 inches from the end. Enough to where upon the quick glance it appeared to not have Mayo on it. So I had to call down there and talk to somebody and they were so nice. All I wanted to do was cuss someone out. But I'll have to settle with this review for now. read more

I thought i would give them a second chance but I was wrong. I went in and was greeted very nicely. The woman was cleaning and picked up the dirty towels she was cleaning with put them in the back. She came right back out and said what would you like. Mind you she didn't take the dirty gloves off and wash her hands. Proceeds to make my sandwich touching all the food with those dirty gloves. I didn't say anything to her. Used my points I had saved up. Walked out thinking I can't eat that. I threw it away. I would like the owner to train the staff on cleanliness please!!!!!!!!! Hi Jersey Mike's and welcome to Napa. I'm not a big poster but I had to write this review about my experience at your new location on Trancas. I recently got a new puppy Cherise who is three months old and the cutest thing you've ever seen. Well I'm I huge fan of JM and so I needed my fix. With the puppy it's not easy to get in or out with out some serious crying, so I called an order in from the parking lot then when to go pick it up and... I poked my head in the door with her and It was clear that going inside wasn't going to happen cause it was so busy and Cherise was losing her mind but the staff girls caught a look at her and fell under her puppy spell. So as I stood outside trying to figure out how to pick up my sandwich this angel of a girl from behind the counter came outside to help me seeing I wasn't going to be able to manage the crowd and Cherise. Jersey Mike's Subs in Napa has excellent food quality since I started eating there when they opened. I'd never been to a Jersey Mike's, and I was pleasantly surprised how fresh the ingredients are. The service is friendly and ordering on-line is the fastest and easiest. The ambiance of the store itself is clean and cozy. There is outside seating, and it is one of the nicest shopping plaza's Napa has. Lots of trees and shade. The owners of Jersey Mike's are very kind as well. They do a great job with large orders and have a genuine kindness. I'm so glad they opened their location here. read more

The sandwich is OK but the help is rude and sometimes will not allow substitutions. It depends on the mood of the staff.

Today I ordered my favorite, #66 with swiss and a side of CPR (chili pepper relish). This is my go-to on cold days. Other days I will order a Cali Club - turkey & provolone with avocado & bacon, always Mike's Way. Neither are specifically on the menu, both were suggested to me by the owner to give a try, and now I love them. I am always warmly greeted - and by name -since I am a regular. This alone makes my day! They greet everyone that comes in, not just me. The crew works amazing together, especially at the lunch rush. There are a lot of charity events so they can get very busy. They keep up with it all! The store is situated in a nice shopping center with plenty of seating outside by the landscaping, and the restaurant has been clean inside and outside every time I am there. read more

I love Jersey Mike's! My first experience was here at the Napa location and I was blown away. The bread is so incredibly delicious, the oil and vinegar is the bomb and the shredded lettuce makes the sandwich. The meat is not the best quality I have tasted, but is way better than I expected and very tasty. There are mainly chain restaurants that I don't consider a "sandwich shop" but more fast food, this is not one of those. This tastes like a true deli style sandwich. Great on DoorDash as well. I have ordered twice this week and will order again soon. read more

My husband and I have been waiting for this place to open so we could try it out. We came in and as we expected being open just over a week it was swamped with people and pickup/Doordash orders. There were quite a few employees behind the counter all a little stressed and rushed but very friendly and helping each other out as some were still learning the job. The meat and cheese being a good quality better then subway and just a few $$ more. The bread could probably be improved upon. I'm not personally a fan of vinegar and oil on a sandwich but never being to a Jersey Mikes I was willing to try it Mikes way once. I'd strongly suggest adding more out door seating. We will definitely come back since we do a lot of shopping around here. But I am hopping that once the newness wears down and the employees get used to the job that the employees can give off an unstressed and confident air about them and keep the customer service at or above it's current level. read more

I travel a lot. I have Jersey Mike's every where from Miami to New York to Phoenix to LA. This has to be the worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. The bread was gummy not fully cooked. And it was like they tried to hide it by using it on a cheese steak. The wrapped the sandwich back by the grill. When I asked why they said that is how they do it. The sandwich was sloppy and the worker just restacked it making a sloppy mess. read more

I liked the energetic team. There is a lot of windows that helped brighten the place up. Very limited seating inside and also limited seating outside. I like the cream sodas. Service was quick but discombobulated and made you wonder when your sandwich would be made as they prioritize call in or online ordering. It was slammed and this is a newly opened location, so I'm sure they will improve. Limited toppings compared to subway. subway is only a couple dollars less seriously only a couple dollars less. I felt like it was a step up from subway but just barely. Bread quality just a little bit better than subway as was the thickness of the meat. I felt the cheese was better and more plentiful. Having it mikes way - means smothered in a red wine vinegar and a seasoned oil. Before putting the top bread on it was a work of art . It lost its artful nature when the top bread was put on. I'm one of those people that can taste everything in my food but that smothering left me with very little in the way of flavor other than the oil and vinegar. I realize the team is new and slammed so I'll forgive the lack of customer service but please keep in mind this is Napa and service can bring big business. The subway on imola in town gives great customer service but is on the bad side of town so we can sit and visit there. The other subway is a little better location than the other but the service sucks. This location is perfect location and we needed a sandwich shop here on the out of the way north end of Napa. Add some more seating outside if you can. This I would rate above subway , then there is the plethora of sandwich shops in Napa that while above subway they make you want to go to subway or get more food lol. I would rate this jersey mikes above the plethora but below brown's valley market and way below the still raining champ in my opinion "Genova delicatessen" . Again this is a great location with outdoor seating however limited that we will return here as we shop around here a lot. read more

I work at Nob Hill next door to it, our store sales sandwiches in your deli, but I prefer them. Three service is great led by the manager.
