Not the best location but you can always find parking. The orders always come quickly and correctly, staffs were quiet nice. You can pre-order using the McDonald's app, there are a lot of coupons too! I think they have an outdoor playground area but I never see any kids there. read more

I often go to there to buy a Big Mac deal for my lunch when I feel like it. Good service and no complaints. Keep on good work

great location. loved my burger and mcflurry. shoutout to Jose for excellent service with a smile

McDonald's still and will always be the best fast food chain. I always order McChicken and double cheese burger.

check your order before leaving the premises because if you arrive home and you realize that they gave you a regular hamburger with ketchup and bread only. If you are going to complain because that is not what you asked for, the manager will tell you with freshness that it happens and if you want they will refund your money or give you the hamburger. What he does not tell you is that it refund the money for the hamburger, not the meal you bought. They don't want to give you back the receipt so you don't do the McDonald's survey. You can tell they have experience avoiding bad reviews Worst service. read more

The milkshakes here were bussin on god and the nuggets and sprite hit this was the best place for a late night snack

I noticed that the coffee to-go-mug was just barely warm when I received it from their drive-thru window this morning. Selling old and semi-warm, bitter and taste old coffee to any one is was wrong. it's extreme disappointment for a beautiful morning. especially this isn't the first time. read more

Rude service, order through the mobile app I kindly asked for a plastic spoon to stirr my tea expediting person told me very rude in Spanish la próxima vez ordénelo por la aplicación !!! Meaning next time order it through the app. I mean that's why I order through the app to avoid rude people like this , I ended up leaving without the spoon I ask for just the heads up to management, train this people the correct way and avoid having them work directly with costumers , McDonald's advertises good service some people mess things up for everybody. read more

I work late hours at an urgent care vet in Palo Alto; The night team at this McDonald's is always on point! I got off late and wanted to go straight home, so I decided to stop at a different McDonald's that was on my way home for dinner. I ended up needing to go to this McDonald's to get the rest of my order as the McDonald's I originally went didn't give me half my order. The food is always hot, fresh, and made to order. They make the best Double Quarter with Cheese and have the best, hottest french fries. I will definitely go out of my way to this specific McDonald's whenever I have a taste for it! read more

They screw up my order every single time I come here. It's actually quite impressive. Used to be good service so I don't know what happened recently but it's been slow and disorganized. read more

Compared to other Mcdonald's near me this one is the one that my family always resorts to because of their customer service. They are super helpful and almost always get our order correct. When asked for condiments or other extras they are helpful in assisting us and our needs. The only improvement I would suggest is to improve the interaction with customers as they are really speedy in the drive-thru, which is understandable but it would be kind to have them take their time. read more

Did drive up order. Lunch time so long line. Nobody was getting their order. Told to park at numbered space and order would be brought out. 15 minutes later, the 4 cars parked before me finally got their orders. Another 15 minutes and the 4 cars that had ordered and were behind me finally got their orders brought out to them. I still had not received my order. Got out of car and went inside. Had to repeat my order and what space I was in. 10 minutes later I finally got my order. Got home and found that one of the hamburgers I had ordered was made completely wrong. read more

I don't usually do reviews. And McDonald's is not usually what I would review if I do a review. I have always had bad Experiance at McDonald's in the past with customer service. But today at this spot, the person talking on the driver through was great. I asked him his name and he told me Troy. I liked his attitude so much that I parked and wrote this review. He needs a promotion. Great Experiance for the first time for me at McDonald's. read more

This location was easy to get to and was chosen since no other restaurants were open. I need to mention that the food was great and so was the drink but the dining area was a mess. There were only two tables that were clean, so my wife and I chose one of them. I will add that there were some really weird looking people in there who looked as if though that had been there all day and night, trying to stay warm and possibly free refills on their drinks. You must take a look at my pictures... you'll find it amazing- especially from McDonald's to now have a limit on drinks as well as condiments... read more

How do you rate a McDonald's? I'm going 4 stars on this one for the following reasons: 1. Fries are always hot and fresh. 2. They have never gotten my order wrong at the drive through. 3. Staff always smile and greet you warmly. Short and to the point but it is McDonald's, the food generally doesn't change but the service certainly can. Oh and I have never found nasty stuff in there play area so my kids can play there without me being freaked out! Cheers! read more

Not only that they forgot my order and let me wait for 15 minutes for nothing (I checked their screen, there was no my order and they put together my burger after I complaint), the manager was dishonest by saying:"if you go to any McDonald's the quarter pounder WILL take that long, for more than 15 minutes" read more

Today, along with a number of fans (and I mean the number) waited in line... for our Schezwan Sauce. Well, you can only imagine the horror of finding out that they never had the sauce to begin with. I thought it extremely strange that only one person came out with a poster, but surely they had the sauce... At one point my fellow line waiters and I est how many McDonald's logistics department probably sent to this restaurant based on local demographics and show viewers...We might have overestimated the care McDonald's would throw towards this endeavor by ... a lot. I'm a bit upset with this location as they: 1) Didn't care about line safety (there was nobody helping with the line - to make sure that we weren't in the street.) 2) they didn't even come out to tell all of us of the situation - instead basically had to figure this out once we got to the front door. read more

Service wasn't too bad, the air conditioning was turned too low for my comfort, the place was virtually empty, that might be one main factor. Food arrived fast and hot. read more

I had to give 1 star. Didn't want to. I paid for a breakfast meal. I specially asked for fresh. Like in n out. Everything fresh. She said everything's is fresh made. Lol. Well I wasted my money. Lost my appetite as the sandwich was stale and almost luke warm. I took 1 bite. So I took to counter and told them and left. I didn't care about my money. But you just don't get what you ask for at McDonalds anymore. It's like that all over. Not my 1st rodeo. read more

McDonald's - The horrible manager - Fast Food Near Me - Mountain View, California

Ordered two egg McMuffins for the buy one get one for $1 more deal and the manager suggested we add on an egg. It ended up more than doubling the price from $3 to $7 due to invalidating the deal. We didn't notice at time since we had ordered other items as well. The manager intentionally tricked us and I felt it was dishonest. When we confronted him he refused to do anything about it. read more

Update: still the worlds best mcdonalds and still serving piping hot fries!!! Love it! & the staff are so nice, superb customer service!

YAY...fast food at its finest. I remember when I worked at McDonald's when I was in high school, but it wasn't at this location. There's so much grease flying through the air in the back that when I quit after 2 years, my skin cleared right up. Was it puberty or McDonald's? I will never know. Occasionally, I would come to this McDonald's when I want something quick to hold down my hunger. I came here this afternoon around 3pm and ordered a few items. I got a hamburger happy meal with a sprite, and a quarter pound meal with a Mr. Pibb. The total bill came to $8.61. My gosh how prices have changed. I remember when I worked at Micky D's all meal deals were about $2.99 and the selection was still plenty. Now there's angus burgers, better salad choices, specialty espresso and coffee drinks, and more desserts. Times have definitely changed for the better. I guess whenever I think of Mickey D's no one ever thinks health conscience. If you're ever in the Los Altos/Mountain View area, check this location out. It's one of the newer renovated ones with nicer seating areas and free wifi. They still have some $1 food items and mini meals are still very affordable. Cheers! read more

I went here this past weekend during my lunch break (from class) and received the standard quick and friendly service. But I want to emphasize the inside... It has sectioned off areas to eat. One area has a large flat-screen HDTV where I watched TV. Another area looks like a study lounge where people were on their laptops (there's free Wi-Fi), and it reminded me of Starbucks. There are different seating arrangements from your standard chairs/table to bar style seating to circular table booths. The interior design reminds me of an Asian fusion restaurant. I guess it's fitting since it serves customers from hi-tech corporate giants in the area like Google. Because of the unique interior, I'd go here to study or get some work done rather than eat fast food. read more

I recently stopped in here and had breakfast. You know your standard Mickey D's which is nothing out of the ordinary. What I found really distrubing at this McDonald's are the two different men that I saw gawking at a young child dining with her father. I say this because what I witness was not normal everyday looking/glancing at someone. Being the person that I am, after seeing that I went and sat down in the area where the child & her father were sitting and kept an eye on the friggin freak and was ready at the drop of a hat to alert the father. It took sometime for the guy to notice my stares which projected 'i see you'. Finally after about 5 long direct eye contacts with that guy he started paying attention to his meal when I noticed another freak leaning and gawking from behind the first freak. Long story short, my recent experience here tells me that parents need to really watch their children when they are at this McDonald's. So parents look around and keep your eyes sharp because the morning that I was here this place had at least two what appeared to me to be predators! read more

McDonald's - All day breakfast menu - Fast Food Near Me - Mountain View, California

A decent McDonald's. Hidden behind some other buildings. This one doesn't serve everything all day. Usually pretty clean. Can be a bit slow in the drive through. Never had a bad experience here so 4/5. read more

My favorite stop in the morning to grab a large coffee! ok and a hash brown too. The morning drive thru is usually quick. It's in a weird intersection so you may have troubles finding the entrance to the drive thru. The food and coffee are usually hot and fresh. Rarely do I get a gritty cold bottom of the barrel cup of coffee. Nice place to drive on through. There's no need to go inside. read more

It's McDonald's but a highfalutin McDonald's in a little fancy area of Mountain View. Anyone who feeds me when I am absolutely starving at 6AM when there are no 24 hour diners to be found will get an extra star. I walked it at 6:04AM and was eating a hot and fresh Egg McMuffin by 6:05AM. The woman who took my order was very pleasant but for the first 30 seconds of standing there, at least 3 employees looked at me like I didn't exist. Three dollars and three minutes later, I didn't care. But man, has the coffee at McD's gone down high or what? It seems that any one that has the McCafe stuff has terrible American coffee. Clean, fast, and open when they say they are open. read more
