First time coming here in the drive thru. You guys need to have train the employee (especially the Asian gentleman) for better customer service. We order food thru an app and went to pick it up thru drive thru, we accidentally misorder an order and ask them to fix it and he stated we have a 5 minute rules timer and that they really busy when they were only one car behind us. When he made a mistake, he voice out loud "shit" and then close the window. Told us to pull to the front to wait for our food. The random-est Burger King located kind of in the middle of nowhere. Nowhere that I've been to at least... I was in dire need of finding lunch for my toddler. After driving around for quite some time and not seeing anything she would be willing to eat, I made the decision to Yelp the nearest BK and that brought me here. At first glance, the building itself looked like your average BK restaurant and I didn't expect anything great upon entering. Boy was I wrong. The interior was super spacious, very clean, and it look so modern. High chairs were neatly placed in one area and I liked how there were crowns placed along 2 separate sides of the establishment. Service was good and food came out quick. There isn't much more I could really ask for when it comes to fast food. I wouldn't mind coming back to this specific Burger King. read more

I like Burger King because they have Big Hamburgers like the Whopper!!! It was one of my Favorite Fast Food places to go to when I was a kid!!! So I rolled to the Burger King because I was Hungry and wanted a Big Wimpy Burger ! When I got there. I Parked my Whip in their ample Parking lot and rolled in like a Boss!!! I perused the Menu and Ordered 2 Whoppers With Cheese, Large French Fries , Onion Rings and a Large Soda!!! I paid by Credit Card!!! They Had my Order Ready in 10 minutes . I came here for lunch with my colleague. Place was ok. Staff are nice. Place fairly clean. We each got our usual. Everything is good until we decided to ry their taco . Then everything became upside down. The taco ruined our lunch. Afterwards, we said why would we get tacos when BK specialty are beef burgers? What were we thinking? Don't let the picture on the store window fool you. It looked good in the ad but looks are deceiving. The taco was awful!!!!! It was deep fried. I think the whole taco was frozen and then deep fried. The taco shell is hard. The beef looked like it had freezer burn before being fried. And the cheese was cold which meant the taco with meat was deep fried together. After taking it out, fresh cheese was sprinkled on top with a few pieces of fresh ice-burg lettuce. My friend and I do not recommend the Taco. Don't get it. read more

This was a great Burger King location. They do little to no mistake even on the most detailed customizations, food is always fresh and they usually have every drink on stock. There is a soda machine that is also featured in some Burger King locations where you select the drink you want and press and hold the button. (And if you are in drive thru they give you the drink you ordered anyway). About the ambiance, this location was really spacious compared to other Burger King locations throughout California. High chairs and a table made for 10+ people, very chill A/C with television where there are entertainment channel open (Atmosphere TV). There are also tables outside. Sometimes there are homeless people right outside Burger King, and service may sometimes be slow. read more

I've been slowly making changes to my diet and these fast food joints are helping me cut out the fast food. One Burger King gave me old nuggets. Another gave me a crossainwich with bread that seemed over cooked and had been sitting. I was REALLY hungry so I only took two bites, fearing more than 2 could make me sick. Now at this location, the only one that I've been to without any issues (hence the stars) .... I ordered 2 crossainwiches and asked for jelly. I drove away, reached into my bag after I left the drive-thru and noticed only one package of jelly. For 2 crossainwiches? I have been to several Burger Kings and usually they are very sad places with horrible food and indifferent service. This one on Channing st is an exception! Clean, bright and spacious. In an industrial area, behind a 76 gas station. Food is always delivered quickly and the fries have always been hot and crispy. The staff really hustle and are friendly and efficient. They have a Coke Freestyle machine that always works and is not out of the various flavors (not always the case at other fast food joints). I have been pleasantly surprised by this location. The tables are clean and kept free of trash. Kudos to the manager and staff! read more

What an exquisite experience! It's so great to see a family business thrive like this. They have an eclectic menu that caters to a sophisticated palette. The service was top drawer and my meal was prepared at the table! The wine list is enormous and the sommelier was very skilled at suggesting pairings. The decor was very romantic and cozy. Those comfy chairs are dangerous though! They really try to get you to stay. As for what to order, the Whopper with cheese is the house special they are known for, I suggest the Western Whopper if you're want to try something a little crazy! My only comment is that BK (which I guess the Millennials are calling it now) is starting to get really trendy and it may be hard to get a table soon. I guess that's the price of success. It's become a location where people go to be seen and I wonder if some customers can even appreciate the epics skills of the chefs. Try something different and have it your way! read more

Getting a coupon flyer in the mail every month, it's tempting not to visit a BK once in awhile. I have literally visited all the Burger King restaurants in the South Bay, considering I'm always on the go. I will say, this one ranks second amongst all BK restaurant in terms of consistency, accuracy and speediness. With Javier as their supervisor, whom I have seen working there for the past couple of years, you will be taken care of. He is like the quality expert for that place. Never had I gotten sick from eating at this particular BK restaurant. The chicken nuggets are especially crispier here than all the other BK restaurants. Not sure why. read more

Significant other and I came here after seeing coupons on Burger King's website for B1G1 Whopper, B1G1 smoothies, and other coupons including B1G1. We were going to order separately, one ordering whoppers and the other smoothies, until the manager told us that these coupons weren't valid. Huh? He said that we weren't allowed to use these coupons because they expire on the same date, and normally are sent via mail. This time he would let us use the whopper coupon but this would be the only time. Okay, sure. We ordered two whoppers and two orders of 4 piece chicken nuggets. When we got our receipt and order, we saw that we were charged for both whoppers and only got one order of chicken nuggets. We were too tired and hungry to go back and inform them of their mistake so we just left. The place overall is clean and we got our order fairly quickly, but I believe the managers need to be informed about coupons that are available through Burger King's website. The employees also need to do a better job at listening to what we order since they screwed up our order yet charged us for it. The news reported BK was coming out with a Bacon Sundae. I love bacon and I love ice cream...combine them...why not. I quick trip through the drive-thru and I had a cup of soft serve vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, hot fudge sauce and crispy bacon. Mmmm bacon is really good with ice cream and caramel. The caramel makes the bacon taste like it has been candied. If you never made candied bacon you haven't lived. The list of things bacon goes well with is endless. What can I say I love a flame broiled whopper with cheese (hold the pickles) I try not to eat too much fast food but when I do a burger flame broiled on an actually grill that allows the grease and fat to drip easily off of my burger means I get a nice fresh grilled burger minus a bunch of excess grease and fat from a flat frying surface with insufficient drainage (like most other fast food burgers) How do I know all this you ask??
