Somewhat ashamed to admit that I come to this Taco Bell just about every Sunday. It is walking distance from where I live but I usually just drive so I can be in and out. My favorite items are the Mexican Pizza and Nachos Bel Grande. They never seem to disappoint me on the taste. The employees also work at a quick pace and are very friendly. We ordered two of the large Baja Blast freezes but they gave us the small sizes. When we asked if it was indeed a large, the worker just walks by and says "yeah". I saw people around drinking their freezes in a larger size cup than us so I'm pretty sure ours wasn't a large. We tried to order the largest size haha. read more

We waited at drive through speaker for a few minutes and no one came on to take our order. We drove forward to the pickup window and they ignored us. Finally we waved at them to open the window and the woman was extremely rude. We explained that there was a problem with the speaker and that's why we proceeded forward and she kept repeating we can only order through the speaker. She was clearly very annoyed by us. We were a group of 10 staying at the dorms across the street and walked over for dinner. It's Taco Bell so my expectations were low and these guys killed it! Being the Taco Bell freak that I am this is the a really affordable place to eat aside from other joints nearby. I originally wanted to go to Wicked Chicken but the food here is so much better. If you come here for lunch it's not so crowded and service operates on a very fair level. I can see this place being a good alternative. Once you walk in it can get very packed and full of people who are looking for something good to eat. The people who work at this Taco Bell seems to be very vigilant in making sure dodgy people don't overcrowd the place considering the fact there is very minimal seating. They seem to be stepping up their game which is a win win to me. I would come here again if I could. It sure beats the food that I find at the mall too. read more

This Taco Bell location is by far, hands down, the best I have ever been to (which is a lot). The staff are super friendly and the managers are also really nice. They have a really clean interior and clean bathroom with no code on it. The food is usually ready quickly and is more consistent than I have seen at other Taco Bells. New guy who was working on the shift January 30, with glasses at 10:30 PM, had some kind of mental illness and raised his voice when I was attempting to order a drink. I asked him calmly why he was speaking to me this way then he proceeded to call me the n word over and over out loud with witnesses around and his fellow staff members watching. This just happened but there were enough witnesses and had it all on video. I would like to get in contact with the owner of this franchise to address this behavior. Please keep in mind, I understand there are rude customers but I asked him nicely twice why he was speaking to me in that way. Maybe that upset him to call me the n word? I'm from Modesto and commute to work every day. If I'm hungry for lunch I will wait till I get around to this location and I do 12 hour trips every where in the Bay Area. They literally make the best burritos I've probably ever had. I'm half Hispanic I can appreciate authentic burritos. This is a restaurant that discriminates against Chinese. The male store assistant with glasses was very rude and impatient. You must not ask the waiting time, as long as you ask, you will be scolded. You just have endless food waiting for you. They don't serve meals in order of precedence, but according to the mood of the staff.
