This is by far the worst service I have ever received at a Jack in the Box, starting with the manager, Yesenia. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and noticeably lazy. I stood directly in front of her for seven minutes while she completely ignored me. No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect. It's experiences like this that make it clear why automated systems are replacing these roles. Yesenia should be held accountable, and I fully intend to follow up until I receive a proper response. I placed a carry-out order today after picking up my kids from school, and unfortunately had another negative experience at this location. Sylvia was at the counter, and given our past interactions (including previous orders with missing or incorrect items), I asked for ranch packets when picking up my food. She initially gave me three packets. When I asked for more, she seemed irritated and informed me they cost $0.25 each. While my order was over $40, I agreed and asked for 10 total. During this interaction, her attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which has been a recurring issue in my visits. What made the situation worse was the response from the manager, Marcos Lopez, who was present behind the register. Instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, he told me I was being an ass--in front of my children--and suggested I go elsewhere if I didn't like the service. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing. Customer concerns should be handled with respect, not hostility. Given the repeated issues with order accuracy and the way this interaction was handled, I believe this location would benefit from improved management and customer service training. Once I got home and started to remove the food from the bags, we found one of the orders was wrong -regular fries instead of Curly fries we paid an extra $1.10 for! read more

Young lady on drive thru speaker and window was very discourteous, even shutting down drive thru window while I was still talking. Sylvia was already helping me and she suddenly barged into the conversation. She definitely needs training especially when dealing with older people. The other Lady Sylvia is always nice but this one is her exact opposite. No patience at all. She might think she's young and faster than Sylvia, but she can learn a lot with regard to manners and courtesy from her. read more

We come from Sunnyvale and three times already our order is wrong. Yesterday I ordered two tacos no lettuce, get home they are missing. Talked to Armando I can get them when ever I want. Another time I ordered chicken sandwich from the value menu, I get home I got a hamburger patty and bun. Another time one chicken sandwich was left out. Too far to go back. This location is decent but there is only so much you can say about any Jacks location, this particular location gets very busy, especially late night which is a positive for me, as the food is generally fresh when it gets to your hands. I would have given them a higher rating but more often than not, they either forget part of my order or ignore specifics that I request like putting my sugar in my coffee or omitting onions from my order. All in all, i'll return because they are always my number one fast food place for an all day menu. read more

Service for me has been pretty good here, I'm not sure what happened with some of the other experiences here. To be fair, I always do order ahead with my mobile and then pick up my food via the drive-thru. I ordered a Teriyaki bowl. And a oreo shake. Tell me why this bowl was either too mushy on one part or dry and its like someone left the bowl sit and dry out. It was hard and dried out all along the inside or disgustingly mushy in one part. It ruined my lunch at 12 am. I rather just keep going to the mcdonalds around a mile or so from here than go back to jack again. Oreo shake is good but honestly bad quality control if they let a dry rice bowl leave. Do you know how long you have to wait until the bottom gets hard. Whatever would only recommend if you want something like a shake. One of the worst Jack in the Box locations. Employees including the manager or lead are all lazy, unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I came in at 1:30am, July 23rd to pick a to-go order. The lead or manager and one of the staff saw me and they walked back and forth and laughing and chatting pretended I was not there. I directly asked them about my order and they ignored me with their back facing me. There were no customers in the dining area and drive-thru.
