This is by far the worst service I have ever received at a Jack in the Box, starting with the manager, Yesenia. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and noticeably lazy. I stood directly in front of her for seven minutes while she completely ignored me. No customer should ever be treated with such disrespect. It's experiences like this that make it clear why automated systems are replacing these roles. Yesenia should be held accountable, and I fully intend to follow up until I receive a proper response. This level of service is unacceptable. read more

If I could do zero stars I would the mexican ladies working there are so rude and they need to speak louder, they got my order wrong twice and stated they asked me if my order was correct but I couldn't understand what they were saying. This ladies need to be more friendly and be more customer friendly. read more

Tonight as a local and business owner myself. I felt super disgusted on how your male employee acted when I was ordering with my family. He was so rude, arrogant, although I know that this is a fast food, it's just not right to act this way towards people who order food. Never again! read more

I placed a carry-out order today after picking up my kids from school, and unfortunately had another negative experience at this location. Sylvia was at the counter, and given our past interactions (including previous orders with missing or incorrect items), I asked for ranch packets when picking up my food. She initially gave me three packets. When I asked for more, she seemed irritated and informed me they cost $0.25 each. While my order was over $40, I agreed and asked for 10 total. During this interaction, her attitude felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which has been a recurring issue in my visits. What made the situation worse was the response from the manager, Marcos Lopez, who was present behind the register. Instead of helping resolve the situation professionally, he told me I was being an ass--in front of my children--and suggested I go elsewhere if I didn't like the service. I found this behavior unprofessional and disappointing. Customer concerns should be handled with respect, not hostility. Given the repeated issues with order accuracy and the way this interaction was handled, I believe this location would benefit from improved management and customer service training. Once I got home and started to remove the food from the bags, we found one of the orders was wrong -regular fries instead of Curly fries we paid an extra $1.10 for! read more

They try to charge me over 10 bucks for their $7 classic meal deal. So stupid. They act like it is your fault if you tell them. It is really a weird experience. read more

Just ordered today 1/27/26 @ 1:44 pm. Was inquiring on sugar free redbull. Young lady on drive thru speaker and window was very discourteous, even shutting down drive thru window while I was still talking. Sylvia was already helping me and she suddenly barged into the conversation. She definitely needs training especially when dealing with older people. The other Lady Sylvia is always nice but this one is her exact opposite. No patience at all. She might think she's young and faster than Sylvia, but she can learn a lot with regard to manners and courtesy from her. read more

Jack in the Box - Another Certified Hood Classic (Now with EBT) Welcome back to Trash Dining, the only series that understands your stomach and your standards don't always see eye to eye. Today's star? Jack in the Box - Santa Clara County edition. We're talking meal deals that stretch a dollar further than your patience on a Tuesday. And yes--they accept EBT. So before you sell off your monthly stipend for 50 cents on the dollar, think twice. A little goes a long way at Jack. Imagine if this value menu existed back in the day when we had rainbow money--we'd be feasting like royalty. Two tacos, curly fries, and something fried you didn't ask for but won't complain about? That's called destiny. The vibe? Fluorescent lights, sticky booths, and the haunting echo of drive-thru speakers from the early 2000s. The food? Greasy. Satisfying. Mysterious. The energy? One part nostalgia, two parts sodium. Jack in the Box is the Beyoncé of budget bites--been doing it, still doing it, and somehow still hitting read more

I didn't realize this taco bell was so close to my house bc i always order it via Doordash. The food has always come warm and the onion rings r to die for!! My favorite thing to order are onion rings. I've tried their jumbo junior and it was good, their loaded tacos were alright as well. Their curly fries were a bit salty for me. Recommend for late night cravings! read more

We come from Sunnyvale and three times already our order is wrong. Yesterday I ordered two tacos no lettuce, get home they are missing. Talked to Armando I can get them when ever I want. Another time I ordered chicken sandwich from the value menu, I get home I got a hamburger patty and bun. Another time one chicken sandwich was left out. Too far to go back. I don't know if it's me but the food doesn't taste fresh, taste old kinda. It's the closest one to us is why we keep giving them one more chance but I'm done . Going to the one by Kaiser Santa Clara . read more

By the time I get off from work, there's a team they have between 10pm-1am (when I typically get off) that has amazing service. With the limited options to grab something warm to bite before my long haul towards the northern peninsula, you can always count on this team to greet you over the intercom, very attentive, very kind and always asks whether I need condiments. You can tell the team works hard to get their orders out. Warm and quick service! Thank you for your hard work! read more

We live close by and they are always fast and friendly!! Even after a 49ers game they always give great service.

Raised the price of my onion rings because they know that's all I get and because that's really all I like eating. I know this because they charged me $4.57 (with tax) before which I already didn't like and now they want to charge $4.79 plus tax, so total $5.23... read more

This probably the 4th time I come here closest one to me they always mess up on my tacos and the drive thru lady always rude. Today she wasn't that bad but my order always wrong and it was a mobile order! I had to go back tacos cold and stale and they don't understand English. I reordered at Drive thru and still cold and stale after I asked well done. I called no answer left message hopefully someone gets back to me if they care about their business read more

Came here 11/17 around 12pm. This was one of the tacos i got no cheese come on. So sad i felt so disappointed because i was so hungry and spent my last couple dollars on some tacos and jalapeños poppers. I actually threw this taco away. No cheese and lettuce spelled of bleach. I would come back to this location if my life depended on it. Zero stars if i could. Someone needs to get fired 100% for this. Zero stars dont come to this location. read more

I'll never understand how company's can post 24 hour drive thru signs, then be closed at 5:17am... Baffles me. Probably the worst Jack in the box in California.. read more

This location is decent but there is only so much you can say about any Jacks location, this particular location gets very busy, especially late night which is a positive for me, as the food is generally fresh when it gets to your hands. I would have given them a higher rating but more often than not, they either forget part of my order or ignore specifics that I request like putting my sugar in my coffee or omitting onions from my order. All in all, i'll return because they are always my number one fast food place for an all day menu. read more

Oh so bougie! Everything else but missing the BBQ Sauce and Bacon??? Wow! How can you miss it? And the fact these young ppl who took the orders doesn't know what a lettuce wrap is? So fucked up when the restaurant have incompetent workers. Here is my 2nd time going in. This time they got the bacon on, but no BBQ sauce on it and no "lettuce wrap." wow! Plus the onion rings on burned. Amazing ! Management need to retrain or hire competent workers. read more

Service for me has been pretty good here, I'm not sure what happened with some of the other experiences here. To be fair, I always do order ahead with my mobile and then pick up my food via the drive-thru. I think it's worth it when combined with the app deals and the rewards program, but of course, it's Jack in the Box we're talking about. It's your classic, greasy late-night food. read more

Came here during lunch, ordered through mobile app 15 minutes before I arrived. I ordered an ultimate bacon burger, medium fries and a drink , along with 2 sauces and when I got my order I was missing my fries and my sauces. I did the mistake by checking my food when I was down the street so I had to go back. They weren't even busy they only had 1 car in front of me! Definitely a hit or miss , read more

The closest Box is here on East Dunne exit off Hwy 101 in boring Morgan Hill; BUT it is by far the fastest service both drive thru and walk up. My favs are the sourdough Jack with curly fries combo meal which is still reasonably priced in these times of Bidenflatiion (under $10), but I almost forgot my mandatory 2 tacos and that took me over the top to satisfy my appetite for both lunch and dinner! read more

I ordered a Teriyaki bowl. And a oreo shake. Tell me why this bowl was either too mushy on one part or dry and its like someone left the bowl sit and dry out. It was hard and dried out all along the inside or disgustingly mushy in one part. It ruined my lunch at 12 am. I rather just keep going to the mcdonalds around a mile or so from here than go back to jack again. Oreo shake is good but honestly bad quality control if they let a dry rice bowl leave. Do you know how long you have to wait until the bottom gets hard. Whatever would only recommend if you want something like a shake. Of course this is consistent with every jack in the box but you have to let your oreo shake melt. But hated my lunch. Should have just gone somewhere else read more

One of the worst Jack in the Box locations. Employees including the manager or lead are all lazy, unprofessional, rude and incompetent. I came in at 1:30am, July 23rd to pick a to-go order. The lead or manager and one of the staff saw me and they walked back and forth and laughing and chatting pretended I was not there. I directly asked them about my order and they ignored me with their back facing me. There were no customers in the dining area and drive-thru. I had to check my for own order which they just threw it on the rack. What a bunch of loser employees the restaurant hired? read more
