This restaurant provides paper straws. I buy a large Carmel Frappe and the straw is disintegrating before km through with the drink. It is so frustrating. I visit a lot of McDonalds in the Bay Area and they are the only ones with PAPER STRAWS. read more

Today it's 97 degree and there's basically no air conditioning on in this McDonald's. Maybe it's too hot and the ventilation is not good, the smell here is horrible. The portion of Large Fries seems to be just equal to Medium Fries at other McDonald's locations. No napkins, no ketchup, and especially the fries are not even hot. read more

Avoid at all cost. They don't know how to handle a store with fast traffic. The kitchen completely missed the FIFA collectible cup that I paid for in my curbside order. I had to waste over 30 minutes of my time driving all the way back just to get what belonged to me. Instead of fixing their own mistake, the staff treated me with extreme rudeness, interrogated me with endless questions, and acted incredibly careless--as if they couldn't care less about their error. To make matters worse, they finally handed over the item with absolute reluctance, and not a single employee or manager offered an apology. They clearly do not value their customers' time or money. Why review a McDonald's? They're all terrible, right? I was pleasantly surprised that my curbside service was delivered with an enthusiastic smile, and a post-it on the bag instructed me call JP if I had a problem, prominently showing the phone number. Well, I had no problems. The hash browns were perfectly cooked and the sausage and egg McMuffin perfectly assembled and wrapped. So I thought I'd text the number to thank him, to see if he also took texts as well as phone calls. He replied, and thanked me for the feedback. So, as of June 2025 at least, this McDonald's is well managed and does a great job, and wants to do a great job. Bonus: huge parking lot. read more

Literally just picked up 3 cheese burgers and they didn't even put a meat patty in one of them. How do you put a piece of cheese on a bun without noticing the cheese isn't even on a patty!!! And food wasn't even warm looked like the burgers were sitting around all day. Horrible read more

Everytime we go here there is always food missing from our order, we can go in and order to take out and there is food missing. I have been going here regularly for years and never had an issue. The employees are always very friendly and the food is usually up to par. Yesterday I went by and ordered two double cheeseburgers and a large fry. When I got home I tried to eat my food but the fries were all small, hard, and oily like it was the end of the batch. I never return food but today I was really hungry and there were no deals in the app so I had to pay full price as well which is not cheap. I'm already very nervous about asking for food to be remade and avoid it at all costs but my fries were inedible. Since I live about 15 minutes away from the store, driving home and back had made my burgers ice cold and also inedible. I explained all of this in the nicest way possible and asked if they could remake it for me, the employee who was helping me called her manager over and the he just started aggressively arguing with her in Spanish right in front of me. It went on for an uncomfortably long time to the point where I felt the need to explain myself again to the manager (who never looked at me or acknowledged my existence by the way) then the original employee told me something along the line of "he doesn't understand that not everybody lives close by and he won't make new ones because it's been 30 minutes" they argued back and forth for a few more minutes in Spanish and then he angrily grabbed my bag and stomped towards the back without ever acknowledging me. At this point I was so anxious and confused I started saying sorry and that I come here all the time I've never had a problem I tried to eat the food etc. just defending myself because I was confused at the whole interaction. The employee said "no you don't need to be anxious he's just been like this with me all day". The manager here is a real piece of work. I couldn't have been nicer and was a long time regular who enjoyed this place. Now it's soured and I won't be going back. I actually left in tears because of how rude he was to me. When I got home the food was somehow even worse than before. The fries were weirdly stale like he pulled them from the back of the warmer or something and the burgers were burnt to a crisp. I did not think I would ever review McDonalds, but I had a quick and pleasant experience here today. There are days when you want a cheap meal and McD's was it. I went for their value menu items, literally my go-to when I was a kid. I got the McChicken Sandwich and a small fries. They have a promo going on right now for their value menu (Buy One Get One $1). Thanks to the worker who went over the promo. I also got a medium unsweetened ice tea. Meal today cost around $7! Not too bad! Although, I do miss when the McChicken used to be $1, now it's $3.99. However, it's still cheaper than getting a combo meal of the premium style sandwiches / burgers. Also, had service with a smile! I got my food literally within a minute after ordering! This location has a huge lot and a lot of indoor seating. It was one of the cleaner McD's I've been to. read more

BTS. BTS. BTS. I came here to get the BTS meal and BTS must be a super powerful motivator since I've never gone to McDonald's out of my own volition. The BTS meal isn't something super special - they had a special sweet chili sauce and cajun sauce and I thought the cajun sauce went the best with the chicken nuggets in my opinion. I feel like the rest of the meal was also what I expected from McDonald's - I tried to get the McChicken and Big Mac combo secret menu meal and it made me so full but definitely really happy. I went to McDonald's this morning expecting to pay $8.49 plus tax for the sausage McMuffin meal #2 pictured on their display. I was asked what I want to drink and in the picture it showed orange juice with the sandwich and hash browns so that's what I asked for, as I already had my coffee. Imagine my surprise when I was charged an extra dollar and $0.80 for the orange juice! Long story short, I got a full refund and apology from the manager who says, "I just work here." when I told her how deceitful the signage was. I took a picture and realized that the small print up at the top next to the words Breakfast Meals describes the real deal, contrary to what the picture implies. Today we went through the drive thru. We ordered 3 ice creams. The lady at the second window, was very nice lady, happy, smiling, helpful, thoughtful, understanding. The food is always fresh and delicious, you literally can taste and feel the difference, comparing to other locations. Today's Drive Thru attendant Efrant (?) from Minnesota, was not only Fun, Friendly and Welcoming he was Professional and Courteous! This young man is going places and Mickey D's better take note that some other Restaurant/Business is going to scoop him up! The food was fresh and tasty thanks to the wonderful staff. I came to this McDonald's location today (insert date) at 11:30 PM. Yelp shows that it's open until midnight, but the store was already closed when I arrived. This caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted my time. Customers rely on these posted hours to make plans. The business should ensure its hours are accurate and up to date. I've had raging diarrhea even taking medicine after eating at I believe this location over a week ago. I assume I was unintentionally poisoned by them not on purpose. This location seemed really weird and I got sick right after I think this had to have been the cause. And I just haven't recovered it's like whatever happened damaged me internally. Fast reliable food and prompt service. This McDonald's is slightly off the beaten path and in a nice neighborhood. I count this as one of the better Mickey D's. The staff are very nice so I'm not sure what that one-review-"Toby" profile is going on about. Workers in the drive-thru are very courteous, efficient and pleasant. The one small aspect that's not quite perfect is the final window where you pick up the food: it is way high up. Like, only lifted trucks or big SUVs would be same level, window-wise, to comfortably receive the orders. If you're rolling in a smaller vehicle, have to reach waaay up and far out of the window to get your bags. McDonald's is not on a main thorough-fare, but you can sort of see it from El Camino Real. Reliable fast food, without the horrid drive-through lines (i.e. I-n-O). Extra star for great service. read more
