The happy meal toys are really good toys, better than when I was little, but for some reason this Mc Donalds put the happy meals in paper bags, all the other Mc Donalds put it in a nice little box. Service seems to be getting better than it was before but I would like to see the kids meals in the box and not in a bag otherwise it's just a sad meal. read more

Just meh. I've seen worse. This is borderline. Ate inside. A little modern but a little old inside. Just a few seats with plugs if you want to charge your electronics. Of course there is wifi. Customer service inside was so-so. Had my meal in less than 5-min. My visit was aggravated by some old lady talking LOUD in a foreign language and talked and talked. Wtf. Shut upppp already. I've openly admitted to craving for McDonald's every now-and-then. Now, the reason this place is being given 5 stars is because of the service. I only used the drive through, but it was extremely fast and very friendly. I literally placed my order, drove to the first window and paid, then pulled up to the next window and within 15 seconds they were handing me my bag of food. Fast food at its finest! After work wanted a quick bite. Went to drive thru and I was in and out quickly. Staff was pretty friendly, sandwich was put together very neatly and it was delicious French fries were fresh and tasty. Others might think they were too salty but I thought it was delicious. Would go again. read more

This is my local McDonald's. Never had a bad experience here, but today I had an exceptional experience. It's fast food, so the food is never going to be great. However, I did have excellent service in the form of Ely, who took my order. So, McDonald's is trying to cut into the market share of places like Starbucks and Peet's by offering a few coffee drinks that are similar to what you can get at those places. They charge less, as their items are not equivalents, just a less expensive substitute. I get that I'm going to have to pay more if I want higher quality and more options for customizing my drink (e.g., half-caff soy latte). Also, McD's has been promoting their hot caramel mocha lately. While I am more of a frappe girl (yes, even during the winter -- hey, I live in CA and am in denial that winter's even here -- as of today, in fact), I like the combination of flavors offered in their hot drink. (I'm a Libra and can't ever make up my mind.) I've asked in the past at other locations and at this one if they could possibly make me a caramel mocha frappe. Each time, the same answer: NO. Although this didn't come as a surprise at a fast food restaurant where the emphasis is on fast, I kept trying. Everything is kind of pre-made and all prep is very formulaic, so I understand. Still, I asked Ely today if they could make one for me. He first gave me the expected answer, but after further consideration, he said he'd check for me. Ah, somebody who really understands the meaning of CUSTOMER service. I was so excited that he was thinking outside of the box, that I didn't even care if I actually got my drink. He consulted with the manager (or maybe just a fellow employee) and returned with the also expected "no." While I was eavesdropping on their conversation, I got an idea. It sounded like they could put half of each type of frozen drink into my cup, thus achieving pretty much what I was looking for. This was good enough for me. So, I asked him if they could do this instead. He said he thought it would work and went back over to the same person, advocated on my behalf, and got them to make it for me. They even put both chocolate AND caramel syrup on the whipped cream topping my drink. (I came during a slow time, so no, he wasn't inconveniencing other customers.) I'm actually a bit surprised McDonald's hasn't thought to offer this drink themselves, but maybe they'll eventually catch on. In the meantime, I will try to find Ely working again so I can get my very own custom coffee drink here. On another note, I've recently developed a disturbing craving for the McRib. I don't know why this is -- it's not like it's wonderful -- but I just hope they take it off the menu again soon, so I don't OD on it. Also, I suspect the sign about only 2 refills has a story behind it that the reviewer from outside the area doesn't know. You know, like obnoxious kids and/or homeless visitors overstaying their welcome for hours at a time and possibly driving away other paying customers. Obviously somebody has taken advantage. I write this only because the whole point of going to McDonald's is for 'fast food.' Waited in line (with only 2 people ahead of us) for almost 5-8 minutes. After placing order, which took another 8-10 minutes, we were disappointed to wait another 25-30 minutes for two coffees, two breakfast sandwiches and pancakes. When we finally get the order (minus a coffee) we realize she did not charge us for one of the coffees and the lady would not let us pay the $1 + change right away. She wanted us to wait in line again. We asked if we could leave $2 which would have more than covered the coffee plus left over change for them but she said she could not do that nor give us the coffee. What?!?! Disappointing. Final thought. This McDonald's also seemed abnormally loud in comparison with other McDonald's. Not exactly because of a crowd but in the sense that several of their machines were constantly beeping and the staff seemed to be yelling to each other over the beeping noises. This was the worst McDonald's experience of my life. As a student, I just wanted to get a cheap meal and enjoy it. However when I went to pay for my small order of 20 chicken nuggets, fries and a drink the cashier checked my 10 DOLLAR BILL. This is ridiculous! At first I didn't care but after she did not give me my drink cup. When I asked for my rightful drink, she didn't believe me and asked what size. When I said medium, she didn't believe me and asked to see my receipt with attitude. This is terrible customer service and this person should be fired. The same person refused to give me my take out bag when my food was ready. She continuously nagged at me and asked for my receipt after I had taken the bag. Even after she gave it to me, she glared at me when I left the store. When I was going to eat my food I noticed a fat glob on saliva sitting in my fries. Ok, if you look at McDonalds as far as food, then of course it won't get high ratings. However, I have to say that this is one of the cleanest McD locations I have ever been to! The only one that could surpass it is the extremely fancy one in Rome. This place is very clean, comfortable, and luxurious! They have an area for internet uses and a fairly quick drive through. I've never had an issue with staff. Again, I'm not going to talk about their food but if you go to McDonalds you know what quality your in for. I am not a frequent fast food consumer, but recently I had a craving for French fries and stopped by this location on a weekday afternoon around 3 pm. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that not only was the restaurant not all crowded but the atmosphere had gone upscale and adult. It was completely devoid of children and their accoutrements - no happy meals, toys, Ronald McDonald figures, or advertisements of any of the above items were to be found anywhere. Instead the McCafe beverages were heavily featured on the menu, and the comfortable booths had been redone in soothing and modern tones. I sat in one of the high-up booths and ate my fries in peace. The next time I want a frappaccino at Starbucks, I will consider saving a couple bucks and coming here instead for the McCafe experience. read more

McDs is a rare treat for me - something that I normally allow myself to have only in airports or on long road trips (when you're traveling you sometimes just need that extra kick of happiness that their perfect skinny fries provide). But this location is very close to my office, and so last week when I had an early morning meeting that was over before 9 am, I decided to come through here for a quick breakfast + coffee pick me up (coffee is also a rare treat for me). 10 minutes after leaving the office, I was back at my desk with a medium iced coffee and an egg and cheese biscuit, which together cost me around $4. McDonalds is always tasty and cheap, and this location definitely put the fast in fast food - everyone in the drive-thru was very efficient and friendly. This will definitely be my go-to place near work for a very quick food fix, and if I were a regular coffee drinker I would definitely hit this place up instead of Starbucks - for the price of a Starbucks coffee you can get a coffee AND a breakfast here. read more

They always remember me and ask how things are and, if they aren't too busy, take the time to have a conversation with me. I like everything about this McDonald's except Coffee. At breakfast time, they often have several pots of coffee going. Though it may seem like a good thing the result is that coffee is almost always overcooked. And, don't even bother ordering coffee in the afternoon; it will be burnt. read more

I love the location and I frequent the place most weekends with my granddaughter. However, at times the staff seem to be caught off guard when someone approaches the cash register. They don't really acknowledge you which is a bit unfortunate. Also, I had a bad experience when requesting fries w/out salt. Although the cashier was accommodating, the person that gave me my order was grumpy, curt and had a bad attitude. After inquiring about who the person was, I was told he was the MANAGER. Huh? I went there tonight for a large latte. It was not busy at all but they let me waited my latte for 10 MINUTES! There's the guy who ordered after me got his drink even before me, so I asked the cashier "is my latte ready?" The cashier then said, "Oh, you didn't get your drink? I thought you got it already."
