They get one star because this location is always clean in the mornings and the 1st shift team from 8am to the afternoon are superb. However, the shift from 7pm to midnight are rude and they ALWAYS CLOSE THE DINING AREA EARLY! Their hours are posted as open 24 hours in the dining area. However this crew always has a reason for cleaning and closing the dining area as early as 9:30pm and leaving it closed. I've tried to dine in on multiple occasions as well as others and they place trash cans blocking the doors to prevent customers from coming in. For this location to be in a heavily business traffic area you would think they would be more cognizant of their customers in the area. read more

I can't remember the last time I've gotten fresh food from the burger to the fries. This place made everything fresh and hot. It's been maybe a year or two since I've gotten fresh everything. I feel like most people know what to expect from McDonald's. I was having a fry craving and couldn't help but order a cheeseburger too, while going through the drive-thru. I should have just gotten the fries. The bun on the cheeseburger was definitely stale. And the cheese wasn't even melty. I felt like overall it wasn't fresh. The fries were perfect McDonald's fries. I love the saltiness! They also have the monopoly game going on and I happened to get a free medium fry. I guess they knew all I really wanted was the fries too! I go to this McDonalds a lot because it's on my way to work. I most times receive great service but the service I received today was beyond horrible that it cancels out every other experience I've had. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and medium iced coffee. They had me pull forward to wait for my coffee which always irritates me. In my opinion, that should only be utilized for the idiots that use the drive thru for big orders. But I digress. I wait there for 5-7 minutes only to get a girl come out with a dripping cup telling me to be careful because the lid doesn't fit right. I should have gone in to ask for another cup since she couldn't think of this herself, but I just took the cup and drove off. In doing that, the cup proceeded to spill out coffee into my cup holder. I had to put napkins inside to capture all the spilling coffee. When I tried to drink from the cup, it spilled all over my clothes. Thankfully I was wearing a shirt that made it difficult to notice. Every time I took a turn the cup would tilt and spill coffee. I never leave bad reviews, but this one had to be left as I am absolutely annoyed by this type of service as a paying customer. On a positive note, I called the McDonalds customer service line and spoke to a pleasant individual. I can't remember her name, but she took my complaint and made me feel very valued and was very empathetic to my feelings. She took my info and said she would contact the distributer of the cups to inform them of this and also will contact the owner with my issues. 5 star service from her! So I come in around 3AM, the man takes a minute to take my order and tells me "at the window" that they are only accepting cash. Since I had cash on hand I told him it wouldn't be an issue, well it was like he didn't expect me to actually have cash. Angrily takes my cash and goes to a till elsewhere. But the staff working an incredibly busy drive through during peak lunch got my order correct, it is fresh and hot, and was insanely fast. I used the Mcdonald's app to order at the 24 hour store and had a bad experience twice. I work overnight and only get a 30 minute lunch. The first time, I had just downloaded the app and used it for the first time. I drove up there and come back late from break. No big deal, I guess it was too rushed. This is I wanted to pick something up on the was to work where I clock in at 1am. The order was put in on the app at 12:12 am. I arrived at 12:39, told them at the drive thru I was picking up a mobile order and I was told to go up to the second window. At 12:44, they told me that they had just received the order. Oh well, I told them that I did not have time to wait and I just wanted a refund. The lady refused and told me to wait. I repeated that I didn't have time, that was why I put the order in so early and if I could get the receipt to claim my purchase later. She said no, folded up the receipt and switched it to the hand she had furthest away from the window. I asked her what my options were, she just said to wait and she then closed the window and walked away. A couple of minutes later, a male employee came up and said it was cooking and to pull up to the curb. I repeated my spiel and asked for a refund, receipt or options. He just said to drive up and wait because what I ordered takes time. I had to leave without food, refund, receipt or options. On my short drive to work, I called to ask for options. The call was picked up but was never answered. After a minute of repeating hello, I hanged up and called back for another 5 minutes and it was constantly busy. I called the help line on the app but it is outside of their hours. I will call my bank to dispute the charge tomorrow and hopefully I can get that 7.99 back. I felt helpless. I work with people and am treated horribly on a regular basis so I make it a point to not raise my voice or be combative. I asked for options calmly and was told to wait when I couldn't. Maybe I misunderstood the point of the app and they make your food once you go claim it. I thought it would get made and I could pick it up, I don't mind it not being hot as long as I'm not late for work. Stick to ubereats, you pay more but you can avoid this. Wish me luck. read more

Wow, this place has sure turned itself around. I came here a couple weeks ago and things are completely different. Drive thru is still insane on weekday lunches buuut if you walk in, they have this whole new system. It's very organized as they have the specific order lines and someone calling out numbers for when your order is ready. The food was extremely fresh! I'm not sure if it was just because they were quite busy but wow, I will start coming here again when I'm craving for good ol McD's! read more

I love McDonald's. Me and my friends and family had just come off of a long and tiring flight. We knew that as right as we landed we would want to go to McDonald's. It cheers everyone up. The people were automatically rude. We ordered and got our food. Halfway through my breakfast sandwich, I realized my order was wrong. I went up to talk to the people and they yelled at me. The man and woman teamed up on me. I just sat back down and finished the sandwich. Another situation happened with my friend but I'll leave that for him to explain in his review. Not much you can say about McDonald's, but this is probably the most up-to-date location I've ever seen. Everything from the seats to the wall fixtures has an open, modern design. They also have two game stations that kill the time quite nicely and the staff is nice. read more

Do not visit on Saturday. Management has not control of her employees. Took 30 minutes to get my order and when I told them. I had a horrible experience with this location. I order 2 Sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and the egg was missing on both. Previously I order 2 fish sandwiches and the fish was missing, not to leave out waiting 45 min for cookies and burnt chicken tenders. When issues are reported to the management I have been informed that the issue lays on me due to I didnt confirm my food before leaving the location. I then asked for the corporate information so I can speak with someone who can actually get the services corrected. First I was informed the information is on the receipt, this information is incorrect, only the physical store information is on the receipt, then Ms. Natalie handed me a cup and said hav ea goo day. Completely unacceptable. This is only my experience and not the other experiences of my coworkers. read more
