Ummmmmm I'm not going to "go at" people who write dissertations on a place like MCD but come on guys.... We don't come here to get the best food in the world, we come here out of convenience (mainly) and maybe fries. But there isn't much to expect when you go to any location. Anywho, this is close by my general area of working and driving so it works for that. Lunch time can be a hassle if you have NO patience. If you go in with the lowest expectations, then you honestly would have no complaints. Don't get me wrong I understand some frustrations that others have felt. Turn around time can be very slow. Your order can be wrong and the workers seem kind of frazzled. But i might be too if I had people of all walks of life being extremely angry over minor things.... but what do I know? I just try to keep the peace. Overall it's a MCD and I am glad the company as a whole has done a better job with food quality over recent years. But you still won't be blown away. I mainly come for the new buttermilk tenders (which when cooked properly are very good and filling). Other than that.. it's a standard MCD. Come one people.... It seems that every time I come here, the customer service gets worse and worse. EVERY single order I've had here has been messed up; either missing something or had something I didn't order. Today for a great example, I went through the drive thru, had ordered my little brother a kids meal with a specific drink because he's a kid, ordered my boyfriends food and then ordered mine, went to pay and get the food, the old Mexican lady gave me my brothers drink & said here is your "whatever drink"...umm no?? I think this store needs to work on getting the orders correct. I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger with no ketchup onions pickles or mustard in the drive through. We've been to many McDonald's and this McDonald's specifically has rude employees. The drive through staff are rude and very incompetent when it comes to customer service. The employe that took our order in the drive through was not enthusiastic and sounded like he just woke up or bored put of his mind. The girl that gave us our order, handed our order without saying anything instead she was talking to another employee. She had her face turned away from the us as she was talking to another employee. As a manager, I know what a good customer service is. And this specific McDonald's has poor customer service. read more

Staff is very rude. I walked in (the only one) to order my breakfast and not a single person acknowledged me standing there for about 4 mins before I locked eyes with a staff member and she immediately pointed to the self check out kiosk. I told her I prefer not to use that ( it's gross with greasy hand prints all over that thing). I then stood for another few minutes before I had to elevate my voice to ask one of the staff (after quickly turning her back to me) if the registers are open. All of a sudden, Janet comes over and asked for my order with no understanding or compassion. I was very surprised to see her tag say manager because she saw the entire situation heard the concerns but still had nothing to say besides "what would you like to order." I see this isn't her first complaint about customer service. It's definitely recommended she find a new profession or get some personality. Find a way to resolve problems or at least be understanding without giving off a "eff you, I don't care anyway" vibe. Smiling isn't hard! Try it one day. read more

I came to McDonald's on July 8, 2023 to get my grandson chicken nuggets meal. I have been coming to this location for 10 years. I asked the cashier for a number 5 combo meal. He then charges me and I think well that's a lot cheaper when he's done and gives me my receipt I ask for my cup and he said "oh I only charged you for the nuggets." I responded I asked for the combo meal. Another worker then passed by and he heard that there was an issue and the guy told the cashier "you didn't charge him for the combo." He then stared at me, made a rude face and said "charge him $4.30 to complete the meal. What was odd was that he did not even apologize to me for the error. At the end when my order was ready Jesus Pacheco took my food out of the bag and set it into a tray and he had a bad attitude, I then informed him that I asked for to go and he put it back into the paper bag again and then he opened the chicken nuggets and put it in the paper bag and left it open. When I grab my food to leave and I commends to walk out he sarcastically and condescendingly yells "have a nice day!" Infront of the customers waiting. Even the people standing by we're shocked at his sarcasm. I then returned to the counter and asked him for his name and I let him know that I did not appreciate or like the way he treated me and yelled at me. This experience was terrible. He seemed to try to be provoking me. I have worked in customer service for 35+ years and this experience was absolutely disparaging and belittling. So slow, it takes more then 20 min to get food through the Drive Thru and worse if you use your Mobile app. The food doesn't come out the warmest and it takes forever. We haven't had an order that was right after going through the drive through a half a dozen times! I have had to wait "on the side" nearly every time. First off, I don't usually consume the mass-produced slop at McDonald's, but my ailing mother does. Every so often, I have to go out and get her food from McDonald's and other fast food places. The past few times that I've picked up food from this McDonald's, they've gotten my mother's order wrong. For example, last week, I ordered her a McPick 2 and asked for Chicken McNuggets and a McDouble, along with small fries and a large drink at the drive thru. Instead I got Chicken McNuggets and a McGriddle. Since I don't eat their food, I didn't realize they made a mistake. How do you confuse a McDouble with a McGriddle, especially when you repeat the order to me? Not sure how that's possible. When my mom noticed that she didn't get her McDouble, she was livid. Needless to say, I was annoyed because I didn't feel like going back. Tonight I was handed the worst service possible. As usual, I drove to the drive thru window. When the employee asked me for my order, I politely told her to give me a moment to collect my thoughts. After a few seconds, I asked the employee if she was ready. She asked, "Are you ready?" Taken aback by her rude attitude, I shrugged it off and ordered a large Big Mac combo and an order of Chicken McNuggets. At the first window, I paid for my order and received a receipt. When I got to the second window, the girl tried to hand me my drink. I asked, "Is that a large?" She said no, but she can't get me a large if I wanted one. "Yes, please" was my reply. Then I asked her to make sure that we get our large fries because that is what I initially ordered. Another girl came up and asked me to pay an additional .55 cents, which was the difference. Annoyed, I gave her two quarters and a dime and asked if there was a manager available. She said that there was and just stood there. "Did you want to speak to the manager?" she asked after a few awkward seconds. "Of course I want to speak with the manager," I said. "That's why I asked if your manager was available." A moment later she came back with her "manager" and three of her co-workers. She stood behind her "manager" and tried to give me my change, which I refused. Two of her other co-workers flanked the "manager." Another person stood in the rear. In all, I had an audience of four teenagers with poor customer service skills watching over me. I asked them all to leave and complained to the "manager" about their deplorable customer service. I explained that this McDonalds location has the most unprofessional staff that I've ever encountered. First, this is the fifth time in one month that they got my mother's order wrong. Second, I got attitude when I was trying to place my order. Third, they placed my order wrong and still charged me the difference without giving me a receipt to validate their claims. Of course, the right thing to do is to fix the order and not charge the difference. I also informed the "manager" that her McDonalds location would be receiving a negative Yelp review. Awful location. Honestly, over the past three years we have been inconvenienced with bad orders at least twenty times, no exaggeration. No matter who works the windows they either forget condiments and napkins completely or leave out items we paid for. How hard can this type of work be? I STRONGLY suggest driving a bit further for a better location as this one stinks. Hard to imagine the corporation tolerates such consistently poor service. Went to this McDonald's with a mobile order of 120 nuggets & 6 large fries-- they were super patient and accommodating, and one of the employees actually walked our order out to us. Even though we ordered ahead, we were definitely still holding up the line-- but they were very nice and gave us lots of napkins. Incredible customer service! read more
