Those nuggets. Good. Crisp and delicious as they should be. I prefer to dip mines in ranch but other sauces are probably good, too.

By far the WORST McDonald's.. how is your drive thru going to be 30 mins to get food!? This is a FAST FOOD chain. This is the worst McDonals's I've ever been to. I'm consistently disappointed by their rude and slow service. I've been in several times where they haven't read the order back to me, and then gotten it completely wrong. The staff has also been rude and unhelpful. Additionally, it always takes far too long for the food to come out. I once waited 50 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, and another time I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order to be fixed. I would not recommend anyone to come to this McDonald's ever. read more

Of all things that are beautiful in this world, McDonalds ranks in the top 10. After a night out, either a quick midnight snack or a morning recovery meal are much needed, and this here McDonalds provides both of those in great fashion. I would not say the food is great quality, but it does provide nourishment and therefore is solid in my book. The service is lackluster at times, as it seems there are a great deal of employees working but the food takes around 10-20 minutes to be prepared, clearly not in line with the fast food tradition of making and serving the food quickly. Overall, this fine dining establishment meets all of my criteria of fast food, aside from some small issues. read more

This has repeatedly been the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The building itself is very nice, seating is great, great location, the problem is always with the service. After reading the order back to me, once at the speaker and AGAIN at the window, they hand me the bag with the wrong food. This is honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Employees are rude, food is disgusting..........cold. Employees were yelling at each other while serving customers. WORST RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN TO. Employees were incredibly rude. They lied about being able to pay with card. They were too lazy to make my food. All of them were dancing and chatting amongst one another. Extremely unprofessional but more important RUDE. I'm very relaxed when it comes to peoples behavior, but this was too much. It's hard to imagine a scenario so bad, that you'd actually take the time to leave a 1-star review for a McDonald's, but here we are. The dozens of other reviews for this location aren't wrong. The staff is rude, lazy and incompetent, but to top that all off, they go mysteriously CASH ONLY for several hours each morning. (Or so I was told.) The time period initially given to me was 3:30am-5am. Since it was 4:55, I decided to wait. When I went back up to the counter at 5:05, I was told that it could be until 7:30. It varies each night, depending on when the manager get "it" handled. The employees, of which are plentiful, take turns staring at you, and bickering back-and-forth about who will "take" you. It was so bad, it became comical. I can not imagine the amount of money this location loses each day, due to employee incompetence, and a lack of ability to pay. My daughter and her friends go often. I dropped my niece off so she could grab something at McDonalds. My daughter and I went next store to bagels and noodles but parked in the back of MCDonalds. The lot was EMPTY but still parked in back. When I came back my car was towed from the still EMPTY lot. They have a paid person from the tow company that sits there and waits for people to park in lot. If they do not see you walk straight into the McDonalds (even though I dropped my niece off at front) they tow your car. My car was towed before I even ordered at the other restaurant. I understand towing cars during busy times, but to have a paid person waiting to tow a car of a customer who does go there often is DISGUSTING!! McDonald's just lost a few customers for a parking spot they didn't even need. read more

I just went to this location for the first time today @ 5 pm, went through the drive thru, told to wait a moment, so I did, waited & waited for them to come back, but they did not so I started to order, had to repeat my order 2 times, then we moved up to the first window to pay, No Customer Service whatsoever, then we move on to the second window, we wait & wait & No One comes to the window so I decide after 10 minutes to go inside & inquire @ the Register why there isn't anyone manning the pickup window? The lady running the register just rolls her eyes then gives me what I ordered...one item, a medium mocha frappe. I will never be back to this location & I will mention this to everyone I can, never ever come to this McDonald's! World of mouth is the fastest way things travel, good or bad. P.S. Absolutely the worse McDonalds in town!!!! And we've been given it at least 5-6 tries. The drive through takes FOREVER before someone is ready to take your order (even if there's NO ONE ELSE ordering), then it takes again FOREVER waiting at the window for your food ..... The service and attitude is awful. My son and I ordered caramel sundaes (we've had many sundaes over the years and know what to expect). They only filled them up half way. Now, I'm usually NOT one to complain, but I did and asked her friendly if she could pls fill up all the way. She started arguing with me, saying "What do you mean it's not filled up all the way?? It is filled up all the way!!!" Then she goes ahead and picks both cups up and throws them in the garbage right by the window while complaining and huffing and puffing to go and make new ones (at this point, if I wouldn't have paid for it already, I would've driven off. Plus, I got really worried she may spit into my ice cream, that's how mad she was). She gave the cups to us, gave us the stink eye and didn't say a word. I told her she had a terrible attitude and that I couldn't believe the way this just went down. She rolls her eyes, takes a deep breath and says "Have a great day" We will NEVER come back to this location. And it's a damn shame because it's a modern and pretty store at a great location, but damn! Get my ice cream and french fries right!!!! read more

This is THE worst McDonald's in the entire city of Gainesville! I've been to all of them. Do yourself a favor and do not go inside and order. Go through the drive-through, pick up your order, then go inside and eat if that is what you'd like to do. I just spent 25 minutes waiting for my food! Needless to say, it is cold. I've had a different kind of bad experience every time I come to this McDonalds. It's the newest store in Gainesville. It's supposed to be 24 hours,twice I've come it's been closed. I've had orders gotten wrong and not corrected. Experienced ridiculously long lines for no obvious reason. for a business that should be fairly smooth and automated by now it's pretty ridiculous. This is absolutely the worst McDonalds in the area. Mainly because of the customer service. Most of the over night employees have absolutely no customer service skills. They don't smile . They act like you are bothering them by stopping and ordering food. They need to hire some different people to work 3rd shift. Some that actually have a personality. Through all of my travels and all of my many edible voyages, this McDonalds is hands down the worst dining experience I've ever been a part of. No one at the registers, managers and staff yelling across the building at each other, and workers arguing with the customers are only a few things you may encounter while here. now i love mcdonald's food but each time i've been to this particular mcdonald's, something always goes wrong. the first time, i ordered a chicken nugget meal and applie pie, got charged $20 and didn't receive a receipt after complaining. in the end, i received a 10 piece tender box.... This time around, i ordered mcdonald's from home only to receive a single cheeseburger instead of a double, cold and half-empty fries, half-empty mcflurry, no straw for my drink, and an array of condiments- none of which i ordered. i don't know how the staff can be so careless. read more

After 3 days of assessment, I've determined that this McDonald's is very poorly managed and run. Also, despite the newness of this restaurant, the soda machine is already "broken" and I've seen them get several people's orders wrong or their orders were "lost". A lady at the drive thru was pissed and letting them know. I also had a bad experience at the drive thru. I ordered a milkshake and when I pulled up to the window, they had no record of my order. The two women working at the window got into an argument with each other about it in front of me. This morning I ordered inside at the counter and stood there for 10 minutes waiting on my small regular coffee. I also witnessed the woman working at the counter aggressively (rudely and loudly) asking a man if he speaks English; as if he were deaf (he wasn't). Upon sitting at an inside table for 15 minutes, I also witnessed two other customers questioned repeatedly about what their order was before finally receiving it. As a side note, I was also creepily stared at by several male clientele. This McDonald's seems to be fly paper for male creepers. This is just a small sample size so it does not bode well for this location. Get it together Ronald. read more
