Somehow I ordered the dual filet o fish meal. I ate both of them :) Left my fries for later as I was full. Clean restaurant and the associate who brought our meal and gave me a to go bag was friendly and personable. For her service and attitude I'm giving this place 5 stars. read more

I recently visited this McDonald's and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The wait was extremely long, with cars backed up for quite a while. During the wait, multiple employees asked me if I had ordered items that I did not order, which added to the confusion. At one point, I was asked to pull forward and wait along with about seven other cars while food was being prepared. There was very little communication or organization, and no clear explanation for the delays. By the time I received my order, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. I understand things get busy, but clearer communication and better order management would make a big difference. Hoping this location can improve, because the process was far more stressful than it should be for a quick stop. read more

I normally love this location because it's actually been a huge step up from the one I used to go to. Today I got breakfast and I ordered a mango smoothie but got a strawberry. It looked like a busy morning and there weren't many people on shift so I told them not to worry about fixing it and kept the strawberry. After I left I tried it and it tasted a little warm and definitely bad. I don't know if the strawberries got left out (which is my guess due to the warmth) or if they were possibly just a bad batch but I definitely won't be getting smoothies here anymore. read more

The lady at the front window (she wears glasses) is the rudest human I have ever met. She doesn't even acknowledge you at the window as she practically throws your food at you. She doesn't say one word to you the whole time. How hard is it to say "have a great day" or even "HI!" Fix your attitude woman or stop working somewhere you interact with so many people. This isn't the first time I have had a bad encounter with her either. The last time I actually called the store and spoke to a manager. Had a very good delivery experience thanks to DoorDash however the food was inexcusable. Both are considered "deluxe" menu items with bacon... play a game with me... try and find the bacon. If Yelp would allow zero stars, that is what I would have selected. Fruita McDonald's never fails to serve rock hard buns with hockey puck textured meat. I decided to try the chicken sandwich thinking how bad can you screw this up? Boy, oh boy! The chicken was so over cooked that it literally hurt my teeth to take a bite. Not only was the bun hard as a rock but burnt to boot. You'd think I'd learn by now, or this McDonald's would given the number of bad reviews. Ordered some food at the drive through and the staff forgot our fries and cheeseburger. At the 2nd window I asked politely if we could have the food we ordered and showed them our receipt. Avoid at all costs. The food is okay and workers are mostly nice but the management is absolutely awful. The last two times i have ordered online I had to argue for 15 minutes with screen shots of my order to get my food because they "lost my order". Had a great visit on the way back home from Utah. We placed a giant order for a carful of 10 and they nailed our order perfectly. Placed a mobile order and the food was ready within 5 minutes of arrival (use the McD app for deals too, including the Sharables section). Woman who welcomed us was very friendly and kind. They don't have any Raya toys for happy meals but the dinosaur eggs was a nice replacement (given this McD is next door to a dinosaur museum). Good stop! read more

I came to pick up my mobile order for breakfast. Someone came to the counter and i said i had a mobile order. She told me there weren't any orders on the screen yet so I showed her my order and she's like oh that's the drive-through, and then I pointed to where it says counter pick up and she still told me I was wrong, but that she would pull it up anyways. then she said it wasn't paid for yet even though on my screen it said paid with the card I paid with and said that she couldn't bring the order up until I paid again so she said that she could talk to the manager and the manager very loudly in the back was like well maybe she should just come in sooner so she wouldnt have this problem and wouldn't even talk to me. anyways after a few minutes of the girl working with me when the manager wouldn't we got it to go through, I then hear the manager staying a lot of rude things about me. We were driving home from Lake Powell and wanted a fast food to go breakfast so we could quickly get back on the road. It took 30 minutes for us to get our food. This is not considered fast food! Ten minutes max is what fast food should be. My nephew was in a car about 10-15 minutes behind us. He went through drive through while we went in to order our food to go. He had his food before us and is now much further along that us. Super disappointed. They had lots of people working so not sure why it took so long. Unacceptable! read more
