Generally all Taco Bell tastes the same but after a long morning of driving, with an afternoon full of more driving, this Taco Bell was beyond what I expected. Everything tasted fresh and hot! Not only that, but the service and people working were so kind & helpful. I was traveling solo from central Utah home to the Denver Metro Area with three kids. One worker brought us our water & drink cups, offered a booster for my toddler, and another was so sweet as my wild toddler ran around the tables. I ordered a Chalupa and the shell must have been setting on the counter for two days! So hard couldn't even bite it! I also ordered a supreme taco and got a Dorito taco! It also took forever and there was hardly anyone in there! If I hadn't of been in a hurry I would have ate in the parking lot. But no, I waited and was very disappointed! The past two times they have messed up my order. I have a special diet due to a medical condition. I cannot eat the Diablo chicken nuggets and I ordered the regular ones. I got the Diablo instead. The last time I ordered I ordered no lettuce and no tomatoes on my food and they put extra instead. Then when I tried to call about it, no one answered and I called twice to ask what they were going to do about it. I understand it is fast food, I used to work in fast food. But now that I have multiple medical conditions and I cannot work and drive due to one of them, it would at least be nice if they would answer the phone or send over someone because I can't go get it myself and I've now spend 10 extra dollars I didn't need to because they had messed up my order. read more

Worst Taco Bell in Mesa County, i have yet to have a hard shell taco that isn't soggy, broken and lack filling. Employee's need re-trained, if they received any training at all. Stir the meat so it's not a bunch of grease, ruining the taco. I prefer to avoid this store but Fruita is limited! read more

Friendly staff. I got a beef burrito and a taco meal and it was gross. The taco shell was moist not crunchy, the burrito was all runny and falling apart. I used to eat here a lot and it was good, not now. I did have an iced cinnamon coffee which was good. read more

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. The staff was so incredibly kind and friendly. At the drive through window the young man working took the time to confirm our order and clearly ask if everything was correct. His positive attitude was a real treat. As for the Tacos, you already know the deal, classic Taco Bell BANG3RZ stuffed with all the fixings, hot fresh and and handed straight into your vehicle. Does it get any better? We came here for a quick lunch stop. I have to order inside as our RV won't fit the drive-thru. The employee taking my order was pleasant. The food only took 4 minutes from time of ordering to delivery. Our order was correct and fresh. I would've given them a five star rating but didn't because the taco shells were broken which made them a little messy to eat. The staff seemed very efficient. Granted, it was 1:00 on a weekday and wasn't too busy. The restaurant was very clean and offered a hand sanitizing station. I would definitely come here again. read more

Our road trip was rerouted due to the fires so we were looking at long night of driving. We used Taco Bell app to order since we had RV that couldn't go though a drive thru. The app had some kind of glitch and this location didn't receive our order. The manager Adam worked with us to fill the Order and brought it out to us with some dessert too. This location can seriously never get an order correct. I let it go the first time but it's been 3 consecutive visits with errors EVERYTIME.

It may take a bit long sometimes but the food is good and the customer service is great, especially the man at the front cashier! He always makes us feel welcome . We go here about 3 days a week and we still like it. read more
