I love Chick-Fil-A but this location has 2 issues. The 1st being the handicapped parking. Why have handicapped parking when no one can use it?! I do not understand how they do not get in trouble for this. The 2nd issue is the chicken sandwiches do not taste like other locations I have been to. They taste weird. Wow. This is the best Chick-fil-A customer service I've ever seen. I'm from San Diego and go to lots of different Chick-fil-A's all over our states. This one is the best frosted lemonade ever and the guy with the ponytail doing the drive-through was so nice. It made my Colorado day. read more

We've gone to Chick-fil-A a couple of times here & in Colorado probably one of our favorites fast eateries to go to . I love getting the deluxe original w/ gf bun & waffle fries , I always air fry the waffle fries when I get home b/c they're not crispy enough & we use to request that they be cooked a little longer but they don't honor that request anymore. My husband inadvertently ordered my regular sandwich but forgot the GF bun but I guess he requested wrapped in lettuce ... my new favorite so that's how I've been ordering . It's fine , I still like sandwiches & salads & frosted lemonade & don't order the fries as much & opt for a side salad. The service is always welcoming , polite & efficient. We rarely go inside & dine but we did dine inside at the Hopyard in Pleasanton location & it was very clean but this one doesn't have a drive thru window but it does have curbside so that's convenient. Always welcoming & love that they say "My pleasure " iconic trademark & w/ a smile. It always sounds so genuine so i appreciate those small kind words . My apologies no pictures but definitely love Chick -fil-A , can you please please bring back the chicken salad sandwich back that is one of my husband's favorites among the spicy chicken sandwich. This was possibly the most disorganized Chick-fil-a franchise I've ever been to. While the people were nice, they seemed very vapid. Our to go order was missing the ranch dressing I asked for and the waffle fries were from the bottom of the tray with lots of little broken pieces. My husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was good. I got the grilled chicken deluxe sandwich combo which would have been good if it had ANY mayonnaise or sauce on it which it didn't. :( So the waffle fries did not taste fresh either, and that was a bummer. This won't stop me from coming to this business, but this franchise may wish to tighten up its process. read more

Amazing service, super fast. While we were eating the manager was walking around asking customers what he could do for them. I saw him refill sodas, deliver orders, and throw away trash. The food tasted perfect, just like you'd expect, and the staff was super friendly. The play area was also clean enough that I felt fine letting my girls play. Awesome experience! read more

Never in all of my time of being a loyal chick customer have i experienced the professionalism and expertise exhibited by a crew member named "carter". after routinely being disappointed by the Bogart Chick-Fil-A location i finally had an experience to smile about! Carter led me through the menu answering my questions smoothly helping me decide with fantastic customer service. After taking my order and continuing through the drive through line i was awaiting my food and who to give it to me but carter! I love their food, especially the chicken sandwich, but I probably will not order from them again. My order arrived incomplete, and I have called them three days in a row and left a message for them to call me back. This is the only option the voice mail menu provides, and it promises a call back if you leave your name, number, and what the problem was with your delivery. They have never called back. This makes their service doubly bad. First, leaving out an ordered (and paid for) item. Second, making a promise and not keeping it. In the past they have frequently left out something I have asked for, but they weren't items charged for, so I let it slide. This I cannot ignore. read more

Had to drive around the entire building 3 times to get into the drive thru entrance. They forgot to give us a straw for our ONE drink we bought. They "don't do" pup cups? Like I'm sorry why? They didn't ask if we wanted sauce. Neglected to give us napkins and we're on a cross country road trip. Never once heard a nicety like their required "my pleasure" during our service. Perhaps they were startled at the non-whiteness of the driver. Not entirely sure why. This was the worst Chicfila experience of my life and I'm not trying to be dramatic. Wow the chicken tenders have shrunk by half of their original size. The tops of the dipping sauces don't remove in one piece and $2.50 for a small lemonade, mostly ice. While I don't normally like to support chick fil a due to their discriminatory beliefs, sometimes you just want a chicken sandwich. Missing items in nearly every order, very difficult to get support when a mistake is made

Ordered a cold nugget tray for a family holiday party. Half an hour before pickup, they called and said there had been a miscommunication about catering orders on their end and that they wouldn't be able to get it done. I appreciate that they called before we went there and were apologetic, but I do expect better service on a $60 order that was paid and confirmed hours ahead of time. I understand that things happen, but you've gotta do better on Christmas Eve. We now have nothing to take to our holiday party. Would not do a catering order from this location again! read more

It doesn't matter who takes your order at this location, and even when they put it on your receipt/order, they will never give you the sauces you ask for. You better make sure you check your bag, this location doesn't seem to care if they fill your order completely at all. Simply this; if I ask for 7 chick fil a sauces for a 12 piece chicken nugget and a large fry, why do they judge my sauce usage and only put 2-3 (literally). Elam was working tonight. I got off work late and the ladies in driveway through were awesome and then Elam gave Superior service. They had ran out of lids for my 3 milkshakes and figured out a solution so I could still get me shakes. This is the only fast food I eat and it is because of thebamazing service. Y'all gave me melted ice cream not in anything but the cup, it got all over my damn car. There was no spoon for it either. The first turn I took ice cream was just oozing out of the cup. There was only 1 napkin to clean the mess too. Atleast give me the ice cream cup in a bag so that if it spills it's not liquid all over. Out of all the Chik-Fil-A places I have ever been to (maybe 10+ locations in different states), this location is by far the worst. On a road trip, my better half and I dropped in for a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. What we got - two soggy sandwiches, cold fries and an upset stomach. None of the employees were very pleasant and did not seem to care when I brought up the food issue. I am crossing this location off my list and vow never to return here again. read more

It specifically says they are open for inside dining. My son ate across the street at chipotle I walked half a mile over here just to eat here. And they told me they aren't taking orders inside nor are they serving inside. Unbelievable. Why would the owners Cowher like this when they can be open serving inside.
