we wanted some food for the game on tonight. we ordered a bucket of nuggets and a bucket of chicken, sides all of it. they did not give us our popcorn chicken, even after they made me wait for it. I called them and then they said we will give you the chicken and biscuits if you came back, we did. they proceeded to try and charge us for the chicken. then the regular chicken we ordered was soggy, had skin falling off. the food itself was lukewarm at best. just go to the one on north, it will be the same temp as this one, but at least it will be the whole order. and they are just rude as hell. if I wasn't forced to give a star to write a review I would not have given even one star. read more

I love KFC. Ive tried so very many times at this location. They forget food, they take forever and the service is terrible. I was asked 3 times to repeat my order "spicy chicken little" just to get asked if i wanted original or spicy. Did not get the one i ordered or even plastic ware to eat my famous bowl which is cold. Once i even drive over the curb after 30 minutes of not moving. I wish they would just close this location so i would stop going back for more punishment. read more

other people that came in after me were severed their order. when I asked about my order I was given an excuse about training and was still given the wrong order and had to beg for the fries that should have been in the order. on top of that the store was the most filthy KFC I have ever been in. people were leaving after they saw the chaos and lack of management. They gave us 1/2 the size of everything for a "meal for 4" and the wrong sauces which the sauce isn't a big deal. except we were late for our pick up time so they had extra time to make sure it was correct. After we noticed and called to get the correct amount, the manager had terrible customer service. There was no line or customers so I should've taken the hint. Wanted a simple meal tonight. I ordered a chicken breast and the wife wanted a chicken sandwich. When I got to the window she took my card and asked if I wanted a receipt. I replied yes please. She gave us the food and card and shut the window. She just stood there not facing us knowing full well she didn't give us a receipt. I sat there for a bit and then just drove off. I get home and she gave me a chicken breast the size of a pigeon breast with a buscuit. I didn't ask for a buscuit! The chicken sandwich was also a joke for the price. My lord. This place used to be good! I'll not go back. Ive bought my fair share of $50 buckets. Apparently thats all they want to sell. When your employees are too embarrassed to even give you a receipt you know you're getting ripped off! read more

We ordered almost $60 worth of food and drove to Palisade for a picnic. Our half gallon of lemonade wasn't tightened and leaked in the car. When we arrived we discovered that we were missing our cake, a 12 piece strip, and 5 cookies. We called in and sent one of our party to pick up the missing items. When she arrived the employee was very rude. The manager was also very rude. Employees could use a refresher in customer service. By the time all of our food was at our table the hot food was all cold. This is unacceptable. read more

I ordered dark meat 12 piece meal. They told me they didnt have thighs in original and did I want breasts instead. I said do they have the thighs on crispy she said no. I told her the breasts are fine. Then she said if you want to wait the thighs will be up in a few minutes. She told me to pull ahead and they would bring it out. Half hour later I finally saw someone coming out and she brought the wrong thing. Then waited again and finally they brought my order. I get home and not only are there only 10 pieces of chicken, but no thighs. The people working here are especially nice and helpful. I had not been to a KFC for a long time and had forgotten that it is actually pretty tasty. They have amazing lunch deals - $5 gets you a drink, a cookie and a sandwich. All kinds of $5 combos. The parking lot is a little steep on the right side, as you exit. I found that my car was happier if I stayed in the middle or left of the exit lane. read more

Ordered KFC, grub hub delivered after over an hour! I tracked the driver and she sat on Patterson by Safeway for half an hour! By the time it was delivered it looked like it had been messed with. Sandwiches weren't wrapped fully and the box holding the chicken tenders fell apart when we picked it up. And ordered dipping sauces but didn't get any. Don't know if KFC was sloppy or if someone messed with it. Never again. read more
