Food was pretty dang good, better than I remembered since it's been a while. I got the brisket bowl but the grilled veggies and queso were a game changer. Would recommend eating there again. A Big shout-out though to Micah at the Rimrock one! My toddler, who was already having a tough day, spilled his milk. Micah not only offered to clean the milk but got a fresh one for the little guy. Crisis averted. Top notch work! read more

Bowl was ok, but chips that came with queso were rancid. When manager was told he said "yea, somebody else complained about that earlier. Would you like a free drink? " Not a suitable response IMO. read more

They aren't very friendly whatsoever the older gentleman working here is very passive aggressive with his comments don't go if you want them to be nice to you. read more

I go in to get a bowl to go all the time. Recently, every time I go in I ask for extra rice because I'm not getting a lot in my bowl. Extra rice does not mean one normal scoop of rice. I'm paying $25-30 for two bowls and a drink and I can't even get my bowl halfway full of white rice? It's pathetic and the nerds working there that are for some reason rationing ingredients as basic as rice need to respectfully leave the town and get out of my sight forever. read more

Bland and cheap food. Will not be returning. I prefer cafe Rio over this place which isn't saying much

Went in to get me a bowl got the Chalu hot chicken the tiniest little scoop in the world they put on there and I asked for more they said sorry unless I'm fine with an up charge. I'm not paying an up charge for a standard serving size. Ask the manager they said sorry this is corporate so I guess the new thing from corporate is were having you pay more $15 and the size of scoop that you get as far as meat is less than a cup sorry no read more

Excellent customer service. I didn't order any food just a drink. However the Customer Service was over the top good. I was very impressed with each of the employees. read more

I am always pleased with the quality of the food and the amazing service that I receive at this Qdoba location. Every time I eat here my food is delicious. I love that I can ask for extra toppings and not get charged including the guacamole. The service is exceptional the employees seem very well trained and always make me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this Qdoba location. If you want great food and great service, this is the place to go read more

Catering experience went well from the Clifton QDOBA. The driver showed on time and set up despite a family emergency. The food was great too. read more

What a disappointment! We arrived at the beginning of lunch hour. The food looked very sparse but we were hungry. Once we got to the table to eat, it was horrible. The meat tasted old and was runny. The lettuce was brown. Nothing was tasty. After the initial bite we asked for our money back. I think the food may have been from the previous day. I would go out of my way to avoid this. read more

Stopped into Qdoba for lunch today. I always forget about this place, but it's pretty good. I got a burrito bowl, with chicken, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, corn salsa, medium salsa, and pico. It was good...not great, which is probably why I forget about his place sometime. The meal over-all just didn't wow me with bold flavors or spice. The Three cheese queso dip was not as good as I remember it being, but the tortilla chips were crispy, perfectly salted, and delicious! What I think is really great about this place is that the guac and sour cream come at no extra charge. While other places, similar to Qdoba, charge you extra for every little component, Qdoba is giving you all the flavor for the same price. That's pretty awesome! The restaurant, renovated since I was last here, is big & has plenty of seating. A great place for a quick lunch with friends or coworkers. read more

Food was good and service was friendly. Facility was clean and orderly. Overall a good experience

The kiddos and I love their individual sized nachos. I'm liking their Craft 2 menu since you can have more than one thing to eat and they're a nice little portion. I'm one of those people that likes to order 2 appetizers for dinner instead of one big meal... I usually get their steak tacos and the nachos. Their guacamole is really good too, and then squeeze a little lime on your chips. Yum! I realize it's not authentic, but its good, not so unhealthy grub. read more

Same food as every other Qdoba Mexican Grill but served by a bunch of punks. The staff in this place was terrible. They were backed up during th lunch rush ans instead of grabbing the bull by the horns they were all pissy and throw things around. Most of the other guests were frustrated by the service as well. Food was on par but I'd hit the Chick-fil-A across the street, they're alway nice. Can you say "My pleasure"? read more

So I ordered the protein bowl. Said it had double the chicken. It hardly had any and my fajita veggies were raw. First time and last time I'll order again from there. Highly disappointed read more

I stopped in for a burrito and the place was almost empty. When I went to seat myself I couldn't find a clean table. The manager was sitting at the only clean table working on his laptop, completely oblivious to the situation. I grabbed a wad of napkins, wetted them down with water from the drink machine three feet from where he was sitting, and cleaned my own table. Mr. corporate never looked up. The guy should be working a mop, not a laptop. When I got home I went to the corporate website and registered a complaint but I've never received a response. My favorite used to be the mole burrito, but I guess Mr. Jack in theBox decided to pull it from the menu. If you want this style burrito in Grand Junction, I recommend Chipotle, or better yet Bocaza. read more

The staff here were beyond awesome! They are what inspired my review. Husband and I are visiting Grand Junction and stopped for late lunch. Our first time here so we were given an explanation of how it works here. He offered to make my taco salad and explain everything along the way. Food was good. Fresh. No complaints. BUT I LOVE THE STAFF!!! Not sure of their names. Ticket#TM2110 staff at this time need huge kudos. read more

Staff was super friendly, and hooked up the chicken and fajita veggies! They even felt the rice wasn't up to snuff so they made new rice for us. I super love eating here!! Thanks guys! read more

We stopped in this evening and after a few minutes of standing in line with out a mask on I was told that I wouldn't be served if I didn't have on a mask because of a mandate. Which last time I checked was just a "strong suggestion." I put the mask on. Shortly after, We noticed the same woman who asked me to put my mask on was in the back prepping food while running the glove on her hand through her hair and scratching the skin of her belly. When we got home the salad we ordered had rice which was so salty neither of us could eat it. We most likely won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Our favorite (clean eating) place to eat. We get to choose what is on our meal. Quick, easy and bonus, fun new decor! Definately our go to place for lunch and when I forget to plan dinner at home and starving after a long day at work. I love salads and my hubby loves rice bowls. Yum. read more

Great service and speedy. Walked into the place with a huge line, almost walked out. Waited a very short time to get served and as always the food was great. Can't beat the seed and quilaty of food. read more

Service not with a smile. Guacamole was brown and nasty looking. Beans looking dried up and rice didn't looked cooked through. Didn't try the rice thank goodness. Outside tables were dirty!!!! read more

The service was good and I always love to get the queso burrito but tonight after I got home to eat, I was super upset to find out the rice wasn't cooked throughly. It was still half hard, and since these burritos have lots of rice it was most unpleasant. I just tried to eat around it. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I was standing by the register waiting for my husbands food which was taking a bit longer than everything else. After a minute or two the girl (shoulder length reddish hair and facial piercing, really wish i would have asked her name now for when I call the manager tomorrow) came over and told me she still needed to put salsa on the craft 2 my husband ordered. I am confused as to why she's telling me instead of just doing it but I respond " Okay, I don't know what a craft 2 is, but sure, just put the salsa on so I can bring them to him, thanks". She just stands there looking at me so I ask "were you trying to ask me what kind of salsa to put on them"? At this point I am starting to get a little irritated, mostly because my two year old son is at the table crying and I really just want to get our food so we can get out of there. I tell her to put whatever kind of salsa on that tacos usually get, the pico is fine. She walks back to her station rolling her eyes and glaring at me. Then proceeds to tell all of her coworkers what a bitch I am. Seriously, I literally heard her say this! So now they're all looking at me. At this point I am furious and it took everything in me not to throw the food in her face when she finally flung it on the counter at me. I work in the service industry and I know its hard when you have a tough customer. Which by the way, I don't even feel like I was being, there was just a seriously lack of communication. But either way you don't talk trash your customer right in front of their face. At least have the decency to wait until I leave. If I were the owner of this establishment I would be seriously ashamed and placing a help wanted ad!! read more

Love the cilantro lime rice and the grilled chicken burritto!!

My Granddaughter and I had lunch there last week. A rare treat as she is always in school. Our servers were polite, paid lots of attention to serving what we asked for. The meal was very tasty, portion size just right and the place seemed clean. Nice happy acting noon crowd. Actually my second good experience there. And my grandaughter had a fund raiser being supported by Qdoba to help raise money for her lacrosse team. I really liked that. read more

The food is top notch with stunningly fresh ingredients. You can't ever go wrong with a good steak burrito, loaded with sour cream. Coke Freestyle machines make for pouring your own beverages fun by creating your own flavor combinations, but also help the business overall provide fast and seamless customer service. The employees are not only friendly, they're very helpful. I'd recommend anyone to go eat at Qdoba over the competition. There really isn't any place better! read more

Stopped in at Qdoba on Friday, September 1, 2017 to grab some dinner, the manager was rude, and the portions were a 1/4 of what they normally are, my husband and I were still hungry when we let, usually I eat half of mine and he eats his and my other half! We ended up going to Taco Bell at the mall! So disappointed in our visit, we will have to go to a different Qdoba to get decent TACO's! If your on a budget, this is a great place, but if you want something to eat and not a snack I would go somewhere else. read more
