I assume this reflects price creep and the reality that the market will not support a $20 counter-service breakfast (especially one that prompts for pre-tipping) when a comparable $12 option is available across the street at a full-service restaurant. Combined with long wait times and lukewarm food, caused by either amateurs in the kitchen or lackadaisical food delivery by the counter-staff, Cafe Sol has regretfully moved to my "occasionally OK" list.

The whole place felt stressful instead of welcoming, and there wasn't much pep or friendliness in the atmosphere at all. I think this place has lots of potential, and this might have just been busy workers during rush hour, but it really needs to be quicker, happier, and overall a more fun place to be.
