This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It was recommended to us by a friend who works in the restaurant industry in Aspen and we decided to go here for brunch. We had to wait a little because we arrived at around 11:30 on a Saturday and of course it was full by then. However, since we were only three people, the wait wasn't too bad. The place is big and spacious, and even though it was full, it felt comfortable. We also had a four year-old with us and they had a nice kid menu for him. So each one of us ordered a dish and one of my friends also ordered an extra plate of french toasts to share. French toast here are made with brioche bread, so they were really yummy. I ordered one of their hash dishes and it was served with two eggs any style. I prefer mine over easy. One of my friends ordered the eggs Benedict and the other one, an egg sandwich. We were all happy with our food. Service was also very efficient and quick, even though the restaurant was completely full. This is an upscale, very clean & super open place to have a great breakfast. Came here with a group of 4. Server was great and very attentive. Menus are straightforward with so many selections. Are orders we brought to us super fast and looked so good. This was a Saturday and so busy. Don't seem to matter here as staff had it going! All 4 breakfast were cooked like we ordered them and again hot, fresh and delicious. I would eat here at least once a week! Vey satisfied. If you're in the area this is the best! My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday morning and had an enjoyable breakfast experience as we trekked toward Arches National Park near Moab, UT. The location of the restaurant was fairly convenient, looked nice on the outside in a nice strip mall, plenty of free parking in the mall parking lot, were greeted upon entering, seated immediately, the dining room was nicely decorated, clean, and relaxing, plenty of seating, were served very soon, our server was friendly and patient, the menu had many & varied breakfast & lunch choices, reasonably priced items, my Big Breakfast choice was served barely warm (not hot) within 10 minutes and was delicious (excellent bacon), and the restroom was clean and smelled nice, the free, pass-worded WiFi worked well. read more

First Watch is an amazing breakfast restaurant with lot of breakfast options available in the menu. We were greeted by the server along with the menus and water. After browsing through the menu for drinks we ordered Kale Juice, Mimosa and for breakfast we ordered Veggie Omelette, Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl, Avocado, Fruit bowl and Blueberry muffin. The service for first watch was good and first we got the drinks. The juice was delicious with the fresh ingredients. The mimosa was amazing too. Anytime I see a Firstwatch near me when I'm traveling, It's almost guaranteed I'll be visiting. Food was excellent as always. I tried their new Shishito Brisket Hash. It was delicious. Coffee is always on point. The side sausage I could of done without. It was soft and mushy YUK! Flavor was good. Texture was awful. Service in this location was good and friendly. Location was a little wierd. Tucked in a corner, you really have to look for it if you ain't from these parts hēya.(I said that in my head with my best twang accent) not that that accent is from here. This place was PACKED shoulder to shoulder and tight tables. Waiting room couldn't fit all the people waiting. We called ahead for a table, and still had. 45 minute wait. Food was delicious. Highly recommend the bacon and holy donuts. Coffee pitcher and water jar at table made for easy refills. Waited 30 minutes after we finished the meal to get our check. Then, waited in a long crowded line to pay out. I would highly recommend this restaurant on a less crowded day. read more

Somehow I managed to miss reviewing First Watch the last time I was there. This was before COVID. I enjoyed it a great deal. I went yesterday, two years later. Same great menu, same great food, same great service. The staff is helpful and happy to explain nuances in the menu. The food is healthy-ish, and serving sizes generous. I like (mostly) that the menu lists calories in each meal, although it can be a drag to realize that what you really want is 1,000 calories (and what you need is 500). I plan on visiting more often. read more

This place is "Ford production meets restaurant industry" in a good way. They make standard breakfast items really well and fast. I do have to say that I think they have their own twist on popular recipes. My pancakes and eggs were delicious, but I could tell there were some extra nice flavors that I'm sure is part of their own signature recipe. I was really hungry when I showed up and might have rushed to place our order, but the staff handled it professionally and provided a good meal on top of it. Win-win, in my book. read more

We have been going here for a few months now, definitely not your typical breakfast joint! We really love their coffee in the morning. Everything we have had has been really good even when your trying to eat on the healthier side. But I had to try the waffles the other day and I thought they were amazing!! Light fluffy, had the wonderful vanilla buttery flavor With warm maple syrup!!!!! It definitely hit the spot! I keep trying new things there and haven't been let down yet. On a recent visit we tried a special for breakfast. The barbacoa chiliquillas bowl. The red sauce was very thick and I had to search for the beef. (I found 3 bites) The eggs were nicely done. We wanted to enjoy brunch on a Sunday morning and found the perfect spot! To start the hostess was very welcoming and we got seated right away which was a surprise since it was so busy! We enjoyed some delicious morning cocktails that are new to the menu. Then we had some fall favorites including a Carmel crunch cinnamon roll and brisket corned beef hash. The best part of our meal was our server Stephanie. She was prompt answered all of our questions and provided suggestions! The food came out promptly and we enjoyed every bite! Found this spot driving from Nebraska back home to California. Lemon Ricotta pancakes was all I had to see on the menu! I've been obsessed with this "kind" of pancake concoction since first trying "blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes" at a spot called Beach Plum Kitchen in beach town Carlsbad Ca. For years Beach Plum was our Sunday spot. I ordered like I would at our old stomping bfast spot- a side of egg whites with cheese, and the cakes. Well let me tell y'all- the egg whites with cheddar topped with cholula hot sauce were bomb! But... I mean, they're egg whites. With cheese. So no rocket science or magic ingredients required here. Annnd not much differed from my daily home egg white scramble. But very good. Not watery, not too hot. The pancakes I eagerly awaited were solid, but paled in comparison to beach plum. The only advice I could give them is to go try beach plum. I'm not a cook. Just a pro eater.‍ The pancakes here were pretty dry. I had to drench them in syrup which made them better - then made my tummy upset . The "ricotta" must be in the batter for the pancakes because my cakes had three dollops of tart lemon compote or something of the sort- not a blend of lemon and cheese or creaminess as I'm used to at other spots. (Mo's egg house in Temecula Ca is the 2nd best spot with their version of the "lemon Ricotta pancake. Very, VERY delicious as well) They serve coffee that supports women in Columbia (I think, I could be wrong) which is pretty rad but honestly I didn't like the flavor at all. They're decor is super modern woodsy "sustainable" farm to table look a like coming from a Cali gal where that's "the look" places go for. Nonetheless very nice ambiance. The hubs got an omelette and French toast which he thought was pretty good. Nothing we would crave from here specifically per say, but definitely enjoyable. The portions were large. We couldn't finish our meals which would be great if we lived near sour cheese we hate to waste. Unfortunately we don't live close but we didn't want to share food so I mean... food probably was wasted on this day due to our hoggish nature. The service was great! Our waitress checked on us various times. Music was good. We were sat immediately and greeted right away. The staff was very professional and attentive. Overall I would come back due to the great service and quality food. Definitely fresh, not greasy, and relatively quick. Close to the highway and definitely leaps and bounds better than going to a spot like Denny's etc. I would like to check it out for lunch sometime. read more

This was our first visit - we usually avoid chains. But, we have heard good things about this restaurant from friends and decided to give it a try. Once seated, we had really great service. I am always about the food, but I have to say that this is a pretty place. It combines modern and sleek with comfort. Tables are well spaced and there is a large window on the north side which makes it bright and open feeling (there is outside seating past that window). We were there at breakfast and I ordered the modern Croque Madame.My husband had the bacado omelet. The bacado omelet is on the regular menu (bacon, avocado and Jack cheese Topped with sour cream and served with a side of housemade pico de gallo.). The omelet (we ordered it minus the sour cream) was a well cooked bacon and cheese omelet (plenty of crispy bacon) with a slice of avocado on top. It was served with some excellent whole grain toast and strawberry jam. The pico was mainly tomatoes. It went well with the omelet, but really had no spice. There was also a better than average salad served with it - a very generous salad. Mixed greens with a light lemon dressing. Worked very well for breakfast. The star was the season Modern Croque Madame (Challah bread griddled with melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack, fresh tomato and crispy bacon, then topped with a sunny-side up egg, Parmesan cream sauce and fresh herbs. Served with lemon-dressed organic mixed greens). First - kudus to the kitchen for pulling off a PERFECT sunny side up egg. That is not easy to do. The yolk was liquid - a tiny poke sent a cascade of sunny yellow tastiness over the sandwich - the white was tender and fully cooked (no slimy bits near the yolk!!) with a little frizzled bit off crispy egg white at the edge. I would call it a masterpiece of egg cookery. The bacon and tomato filling - yummy. The Parmesan cheese sauce - tasty as heck. The salad - excellent (same as the one with the omelet). My only complaint was that the challah bread was a bit thick for me. I think someone with a young appetite would not complain. Still all in all, a great breakfast choice. We left happy. read more

Be warned, they apparently have virtually ZERO kitchen staff so its taking 35 to 55 minutes to actually get meals cooked and out to the tables. The WILL NOT tell you this unless you complain but it needs to be communicated up front before you get seated so you can decide if you want to wait an hour for your food. The servers are also reluctant to stop by and check on their tables because they know they get complaints. Honestly, I'd say you should pick a different restaurant for the time being because their staffing/service issues are terrible. read more
