The home made tomato basil soup was rich, comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Together, they made the ultimate comfort meal. Other than the casual "sorry" from the cashier no one came by even when one of the owners came upstairs to talk to another customer. We were practically permanent fixtures in their dining room waiting for food. I'm sure it's a great place and we were just there at an "off-time". It has very affordable prices and lots of customers coming and going - so clearly it's very popular. If you're on the road and looking for a quick bite this isn't the place.
