Super hit or miss at this location . I work close by so I tend to stop here often but I may need to rethink that. I had excellent service a few weeks ago by a man named Alan. Since then, I haven't seen him, but today I went in , and the woman was clearly overwhelmed. She was by herself on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. It's JJ's I like their sandwiches. This particular location has not gotten one order correct since we started ordering from them. Usually it's something simple like we ask to have the sandwich cut in half, and they don't do it (over 50% time not cut). I know that seems simple, but it shows they aren't looking at the order enough to get all the information they need. Ordered today and my wife got the veggie that is supposed to have the avocado guac smear as a standard part of the sandwich, and they left that out. They mess up SOMETHING on every order we have placed with them. Every time. read more

JJ's is my favorite sandwich shop of all chains. Knowing that I have a JJ's so close to my house is actually dangerous. But, at the same time, I am excited it is so close. I usually order a Turkey Tom with extra sprouts. The tomatoes, sprouts, mayo and turkey on a very simple crunchy white bread is such a wonderful and tasty combination. I find it interesting that they carve out the inside of the bread before they add the ingredients. I always order a pickle with my sandwich. Some JJ's have a tradition of yelling "PICKLE!" when I order at the cash register. This location doesn't do it, I'd like to see that come back. My brother use to be a delivery driver back in college (Lincoln, NE) and I loved seeing him after closing down the bars. I even went around on deliveries with him. JJ's has the same food all around the country, but each location has it's own personality. PS - Those signs around the store are hilarious. Love them. read more

This is definitely A OK. I had a good BLT that was quickly prepared. Service was friendly and professional. Really no complaints. The bread is made in house - I saw them putting the dough in pans to rise and bake. The resulting bread had a good chew - but not really any flavor. That just seems so odd that it is baked fresh and yet doesn't taste yummy. It was fine, not complaining, just not as good as I thought it would be. read more

Orders a sub with bacon was charged 4.25 for it and when I got home to eat it there was no bacon on it. SMH

One of the things that concerns me in the way they prepare sandwiches is they prepare your sandwich with the bread on the countertop without the wrapper underneath. I asked how is the countertop was cleaned and the team member told me that it was cleaned with a rag and a sanitizer. They should place the bread on top of a wrapper is to ensure that there is no way for contaminants to get into your food. This is the method most sandwich shops use. Food is great, but it has to be one star with unsafe practices. read more

I was a little hesitant to go here because of the reviews but I just couldnt stomach another burger fast food spot on my drive back to California. Pulled in to the parking lot and upon arriving an employee was walking out to throw out trash and waited and held the door open for me while I got out of my car to pick up my mobile order. JJ's sammiches are good, cheap & yummy. But you know that, it JJ's and you've already eaten there. If you've never been, avoid the "Avocado"(from-frozen guaq sauce, ish) and they stopped carrying sprouts per the CDC. JJ's bread is really, really tasty. They'll sell you yesterday's loaves for cheap ($0.49!) right in the store. You can buy one, or 10, go home, and make a good sammich. Also great for French Toast! Couldn't give zero stars... we just went in at 7:30 for a sandwich before we drove back to Denver. The young lady behind the counter told us it would be 20 minutes before they got bread into the oven and another 20 for it to cook. There was nobody else in the store. Don't you think it would be smart to plan ahead so you don't run out of bread? Nobody in the store and they're turning away customers because they don't feel like working. Also saw the girls male coworker start dancing as we left the store. Literally proud that they didn't have to work or do anything. Pretty sad service, or maybe they're just dumb. read more

Between the leering male staff and slow service, I will not be returning here. During my visit today, the cashier stopped service to customers to fight with her coworker, and upon returning, she rolled eyes at customers, lacked general manners, and was downright unfriendly. Their ordering system is messed up! I ordered 2 subs and 2 sandwiches off their menu. One being an Unwich. I received 2 subs and 2 sandwiches but backwards. The unwich was a giant sub one and the other sandwich on a sub roll. The 2 subs were a sandwich. Their explanation is because we ordered wheat is has to be a sandwich. I paid extra for this wheat sub roll mind you so I expect to get what I ordered. Fix your damn ordering system for other people for I will never order from you again read more
