I love coming into this Qdoba because the food is always fresh and the Guacamole is delicious. But more than that, the manager truly cares about the customers satisfaction and how his employees treat the customers. I give huge Kudos to one employee Reagen she is sweet and make sure you are pleased with how she makes your food. But ALL the staff are super nice, don't get me wrong. MAIN thing is the food though. I was going to Chipolte in my neighborhood, but after my order was incorrect so many times and I got a cup of brown guacomole, I had enough! I would much rather go to this Qdobas! Stopped by tonight, saw all the open signs were on, as I walked to the door at 9:05pm I saw a brunette race to the door to lock it as I reached for the handle. The food isn't very good anyways, when compared to the qdoba downtown. A Clifton restaurant treats its locals as it deserves. Go elsewhere for good food and reputable staff. Almost rivals Chipotle, but not quite. My first and only time there, I was really confused as to how to order. At Chipotle it's pretty confusing too, but simple once you really read into it. At Qdoba, however, it was just confusing all the way! Good thing I went with people who knew what they were eating ): My cousin got some Gunbo tortilla soup thing and it smelled pretty bomb. My burrito was okay, but the portions were all out of whack. Way too much sauce and not enough... everything else. Always always ask for extra rice, because they give you squat! read more

What a pleasure to meet Spencer at this location. He single-handedly restored some of our faith in Qdoba. He is pleasant, very helpful an excellent customer service. The store was clean and staff very friendly. I've done a lot of catering with QDOBA throughout Colorado ranging from orders of 10 to 50. I made a decision long ago to NOT give my business to several stores due to orders screwed up (several); my order given to the wrong party (as in Glenwood for 20), or just flat-out rude/disrespectful employees (as in Montrose). Spencer has made me reconsider and I will again do business - at least at the stores where he works. read more

Stopped last Saturday the 23rd for dinner with the family. This review is mostly because of the tremendous service we had, the food was good, but the service was exceptional. Everyone that was there went out of their way to make sure my two boys were happy and my wife and I were satisfied. We were just passing through on a family road trip, so if we ever make it back it will be a while, but we wouldn't think twice about stopping here. The women that were working last Saturday night went above and beyond what you would expect from a chain restaurant like this. My boys just wanted a couple of tacos, their menu was for one taco with chicken/steak, but the boys just wanted lettuce, beans, cheese, so they made it no problem and charged us a regular kids meal. They kept coming over to check on us and make sure everything was good. One girl on her way out to her break came by to say, "I'm leaving on break, enjoy the rest of your dinner." I mean seriously, after a couple of days on the road, it was a nice way to spend time out of the car. Thank you ladies, you made an average stop not-so-average and we really enjoyed everything. read more

We stopped in this evening and after a few minutes of standing in line with out a mask on I was told that I wouldn't be served if I didn't have on a mask because of a mandate. Which last time I checked was just a "strong suggestion." I put the mask on. Shortly after, We noticed the same woman who asked me to put my mask on was in the back prepping food while running the glove on her hand through her hair and scratching the skin of her belly. When we got home the salad we ordered had rice which was so salty neither of us could eat it. We most likely won't be returning anytime soon. read more

This is a great place to eat. They make their food fresh, sometimes you even see them chopping & preparing it. The food is very filling, & you get to choose what goes into your burrito, taco, salad or bowl. The managers & workers are very friendly & helpful. One of the worst experiences in my life. The lady server with brown hair,(tied back), was so rude, mean and ineffective. She acted like her customers were an inconvenience to her. The staff here is friendly and the tables are clean. If you like Mission style burritos, this or Bocaza is your best bet. Same great food as any Qdoba. I'm a fan. read more

This place has great food! Their app however is very frustrating. I tried to pull it up to collect points for my husband and I's meal and the Internet wouldn't connect. So we stood there for an awkwardly long time before giving up. The girl offered to give me the code to go online to redeem our purchase points. As I struggled to get the app to still pull up at our table as we ate- it finally did load and I walked up to the counter to find out how to redeem the purchased two meals. The girl then said that she forgot to print a special receipt to allow me to get the credit... and basically left it at that. Since I was not just walking away, a manager came over and seemed to be annoyed that I wanted credit for what I had purchased and had to reprint a ticket. Then having to go online to qudoba.com was an additional headache. I wish that they would bring back the plastic card to swipe! I think that the staff and management would appreciate bringing it back too. I am not taking their annoyed stance against me, but this terrible app. read more

For my money, this was better than Chipotle. I was able to get 3 soft corn tacos with both black and red beans, and a variety of toppings, including guacomole. Really yummy lunch, for around $7. And it was very filling. read more
