We came in for the first time today at my MIL's recommendation and had a great experience! Katie was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. She not only helped us navigate the menu but made the entire visit enjoyable. We will absolutely be back. The food was delicious and the customer service Katie displayed was through the roof. Thank you, again! read more

Mikalya is the whole reason for the five star review. This was our first time trying Qdoba and despite assurances from my celiac communities I was skittish. Mikalya did everything right and put us at ease with clean surfaces and fresh gloves etc. The food was good-- free guacamole is a definite draw!-- but the service was outstanding. read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Mikayla offered to use fresh utensils and to clean the surfaces before assembling my bowl. Excellent!! - Mexican Near Me - Clifton, Colorado

Have the general manager do our order I guess he's really trying to do food control cause we got a very extremely small amount of meat and everything else would not recommend read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Had the general manager do our order very pennypinching specially for the cost of this - Mexican Near Me - Clifton, Colorado

I love coming into this Qdoba because the food is always fresh and the Guacamole is delicious. But more than that, the manager truly cares about the customers satisfaction and how his employees treat the customers. I give huge Kudos to one employee Reagen she is sweet and make sure you are pleased with how she makes your food. But ALL the staff are super nice, don't get me wrong. MAIN thing is the food though. I was going to Chipolte in my neighborhood, but after my order was incorrect so many times and I got a cup of brown guacomole, I had enough! I would much rather go to this Qdobas! Thank you staff and management for caring about us! Even those of us who come in last minute before work! read more

Terrible customer service, they kept ignoring me when I asked a question, they put their hand up and waved basically saying "and then" they were super impatient and rude. I go here often and I've never had an encounter like this. Do better. read more

My kid got food poisoning here! Avoid this place! He had a chicken and brown rice bowl - unsure what ingredients caused it but definitely from this establishment read more

Did not receive the drink I paid for. Was not offered any side (sour cream or guacamole as is customary), and could not get a receipt. I was ignored when I asked about it. read more

I went to this location (Clifton, CO) for the first time ever. I was really disappointed with my order. I ordered the burrito and upon receiving it, it was cold inside and out. The tortilla was taken right out of a pkg. It was not toasted nor even heated up. I will never go back to this restaurant. read more

Welp, safe to say I'm severely disappointed... I came into this restaurant with high hopes. But, I soon realized that this was a pitiful representation of Qdoba... they skimped out on my food and the card reader tricked me into tipping 15% this place is hell on earth... read more

Stopped by tonight, saw all the open signs were on, as I walked to the door at 9:05pm I saw a brunette race to the door to lock it as I reached for the handle. The food isn't very good anyways, when compared to the qdoba downtown. A Clifton restaurant treats its locals as it deserves. Go elsewhere for good food and reputable staff. Don't make mistakes with your food. read more

I was helped by the Shift Leader and my bowl came out perfect. All the ingredients were fresh and tasted great. Friendly staff, clean environment and an overall great experience! read more

Really love their food, only problem with dining inside, it is freezing inside! I mean the temperature indoors is unbearably cold. Great food and great service. read more

Good food, good service. Outdoor tables are NEVER clean. Shouldn't they be wiped down after EVERY use?

Food took for ever to get. And the girl working the counter was so rude that I doubt I will ever eat here again

Almost rivals Chipotle, but not quite. My first and only time there, I was really confused as to how to order. At Chipotle it's pretty confusing too, but simple once you really read into it. At Qdoba, however, it was just confusing all the way! Good thing I went with people who knew what they were eating ): My cousin got some Gunbo tortilla soup thing and it smelled pretty bomb. My burrito was okay, but the portions were all out of whack. Way too much sauce and not enough... everything else. Always always ask for extra rice, because they give you squat! read more

Stopped last Saturday the 23rd for dinner with the family. This review is mostly because of the tremendous service we had, the food was good, but the service was exceptional. Everyone that was there went out of their way to make sure my two boys were happy and my wife and I were satisfied. We were just passing through on a family road trip, so if we ever make it back it will be a while, but we wouldn't think twice about stopping here. The women that were working last Saturday night went above and beyond what you would expect from a chain restaurant like this. My boys just wanted a couple of tacos, their menu was for one taco with chicken/steak, but the boys just wanted lettuce, beans, cheese, so they made it no problem and charged us a regular kids meal. They kept coming over to check on us and make sure everything was good. One girl on her way out to her break came by to say, "I'm leaving on break, enjoy the rest of your dinner." I mean seriously, after a couple of days on the road, it was a nice way to spend time out of the car. Thank you ladies, you made an average stop not-so-average and we really enjoyed everything. read more

Food was good but was very unhappy with the fact that Mady, the girl making my food, was leaning over it with her mask BELOW her nose. The other employee making food was wearing his the proper way. read more

Got the triple thereat. The steak was near cold the tortillas Weren't cooked properly. Restaurant wasn't very clean the service was okay

Love it! Menu is in line with the high quality Qdoba is known for. The staff at this location were so friendly it made the experience just that much better. I had an order for nine and they didn't even bat an eye. If I lived in this city, I would be here all the time! read more

Chipotle tastes like a dumpster in comparison to this place. Specifically this location was a very pleasant experience. I wish we had this in norcal.. I mean maybe we do but I've never seen it. 10/10 burrito for a very reasonable price. read more

Unbelievably tiny portions with exorbitant high prices. I was SO disappointed. I had it home delivered so I don't know about the the ambiance of the restaurant. It was located in Clifton CO. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know. read more

What a pleasure to meet Spencer at this location. He single-handedly restored some of our faith in Qdoba. He is pleasant, very helpful an excellent customer service. The store was clean and staff very friendly. I've done a lot of catering with QDOBA throughout Colorado ranging from orders of 10 to 50. I made a decision long ago to NOT give my business to several stores due to orders screwed up (several); my order given to the wrong party (as in Glenwood for 20), or just flat-out rude/disrespectful employees (as in Montrose). Spencer has made me reconsider and I will again do business - at least at the stores where he works. read more

We stopped in this evening and after a few minutes of standing in line with out a mask on I was told that I wouldn't be served if I didn't have on a mask because of a mandate. Which last time I checked was just a "strong suggestion." I put the mask on. Shortly after, We noticed the same woman who asked me to put my mask on was in the back prepping food while running the glove on her hand through her hair and scratching the skin of her belly. When we got home the salad we ordered had rice which was so salty neither of us could eat it. We most likely won't be returning anytime soon. read more

We went back and it was even better. We will be back again. The staff was friendly, they gave us more advice on the best things to try and we were laughing and laughing by the end. Thank you guys! read more

This is a great place to eat. They make their food fresh, sometimes you even see them chopping & preparing it. The food is very filling, & you get to choose what goes into your burrito, taco, salad or bowl. The managers & workers are very friendly & helpful. They keep the restaurant very clean which is a plus. read more

Went in kinda close to closing and everyone was super nice. I had a coupon on my phone for a buy one get one free entree but wouldn't let pull it up. The manager came and gave me the deal which was awesome of him. Great clean place. Thanks for being great guys!!!! read more

One of the worst experiences in my life. The lady server with brown hair,(tied back), was so rude, mean and ineffective. She acted like her customers were an inconvenience to her. She was especially rude to some ladies that came in. I will never step foot in this establishment!! The food was ok. I might have tried it again bit I will not put up with mean people. read more

For my money, this was better than Chipotle. I was able to get 3 soft corn tacos with both black and red beans, and a variety of toppings, including guacomole. Really yummy lunch, for around $7. And it was very filling. read more

I love that we can see and choose the ingredients to be packed in a burrito or burrito bowl. Everything looks fresh and delicious.

This place has great food! Their app however is very frustrating. I tried to pull it up to collect points for my husband and I's meal and the Internet wouldn't connect. So we stood there for an awkwardly long time before giving up. The girl offered to give me the code to go online to redeem our purchase points. As I struggled to get the app to still pull up at our table as we ate- it finally did load and I walked up to the counter to find out how to redeem the purchased two meals. The girl then said that she forgot to print a special receipt to allow me to get the credit... and basically left it at that. Since I was not just walking away, a manager came over and seemed to be annoyed that I wanted credit for what I had purchased and had to reprint a ticket. Then having to go online to qudoba.com was an additional headache. I wish that they would bring back the plastic card to swipe! I think that the staff and management would appreciate bringing it back too. I am not taking their annoyed stance against me, but this terrible app. read more

Love the pulled pork nachos and burrito. The taco salad is nice too. The people on the line are great for suggestions.

Great service when we came in for lunch! Best QDoba I have ever been in.

It would be okay if I hadn't gotten used to Chipotle. The food isn't as good, the ordering process was more confusing, and in the end, all of our food was too cold and not at all as tasty as Chipotle. read more
