When you are on the road and don't feel like eating a greasy burger from a drive-thru this is the place. Can't believe this place wasn't set up on Yelp, so I don't mind if I do snag this one as a FTR. read more

This Wendy's is fine if you have at least an hour to wait in the drive thru line. But as far as being fast food, it is NOT! My husband and I wanted to give the team working here the benefit if the doubt, but this has been an issue all summer. It appears that they do not take another order until the previous order is made. My husband even ordered our salads through the Wendy's app, but we still waited in line for close to an hour. We have been going to Wendy's for years and have never seen such a poorly managed team. read more

Seriously the worst Wendy's in Grand Junction! Never going here again cold food wrong order abs it took 20 minutes to get with one person in front of me! read more

Can't review the food because I didn't get any! I waited in line at the Wendy's in Clifton, CO. for 30 mins. to order breakfast. Then it was time for lunch when I was ordering and the woman told me all of a sudden they don't have any breakfast items! They of course are short staffed as most fast food places but couldn't an employee come out to the drive-thru lane and let us know what was happening ? I am diabetic and couldn't wait another long period of time for my food. The woman taking my order was rude. I went next door to McDonald's and within 5 minutes I was eating my egg McMuffin! They were even more crowded than Wendy's! Don't waste your time and money on sub par food and horrible customer service! read more

Wendy's are Wendys. Not much to say. The service is always a little disorganized at this location. That said, there are often good coupons and my mother in law can always be tempted to eat if I bring her a strawberry chicken salad and a large chili. So - glad they are here! read more

We're really reviewing a Wendy's? Ummmm, it's Wendy's. Fast food, like other fast food. Maybe you like it, maybe you like Mac&Dons or the BK. Whatever. read more

This location has consistently messed up drive thru orders. Even when they're not busy.

Horrible food My order was not correct the fries were completely cold and old my burger was dry and cold horrible all the way around if I could give him 0 stars I would!! Avoid this place at all cost it's a waste of your money read more

WYATT!!!! We were in town from AZ for a family function. It was late and we made a late night stop the night before we left town. After placing our order at the drive-thru I told my husband that I am pretty sure the gentleman that took our order and I had just become best friends. The friendliness was on point!! He was attentive, clear-spoken, and overall so dang cheerful. Considering it was night and close to closing time, that is not a service you can expect, and we most certainly were not expecting it. Upon getting to the window, I met Wyatt. He never missed a beat and kept a smile on his face. By the time we left, I felt like we were cousins. Seriously-the friendliness and customer service were on point, given the time of night. And let's be honest-fast food is not really the place that you brag about, but I will. Kudos to Wyatt! Best to you my friend. And to his manager-thank you for a wholesome staff. read more

My niece ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger . My other niece ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese. Received the junior bacon with no bacon and no cheese on the spicy chicken. The fries on both meals were not cooked long enough. Yes they were busy but it's Wendy's. The employees should be trained to serve the orders accurately and thoroughly cooked. The dining room was clean so that's a plus. read more

Pretty surprised that this Wendy's in particular has received such a bad rep. In my opinion they are the number one fast food restaurant in Clifton when it comes to speed of service and consistency in quality. The Taco Bell and Sonic here in town take forever, I mean I could probably order a pizza in the time that it takes me to get food at one of those places. read more

Trash. Food is always wrong. 3 nuggets when you order 4. Drinks are wrong and taste awful like too much syrup, the fries are soggy and cold.. the meat is burnt. They must be all retarded cause when you order only ketchup they think adding extra mustard and onions is what you're supposed to do. Fucking disgusting and an absolute WASTE of money. Go to horizon or north ave location instead!!! read more

They didn't have enough chicken made for the lunch rush. Another lady and myself had to wait 8 minutes for our salads. Nothing special here.

Cold food and apathetic staff. They forgot part of our order and left our food sitting for 10 minutes before they did anything about it. The staff also didn't understand why we thought this was an issue. read more

OMG!! We go there to order lunch. The manager handing over the food was a total jackass. We had ordered several items. Due to previous experiences with fast food, we've started to check orders before leaving the window. My SO checks the order and tells him that there are missing items. The manager says with a pissy attitude, "what's missing!?" After being told, he gets the items. If I wanted cold and soggy food, I would go to McD's across the parking lot. This happened 4/11/14 at 11 am. This manager should be fired. The food and the service suck here. It isn't the first time but it is the last time. There are so many other options to try in Grand Junction. read more

Staff was courteous and personable. Food was ready near instantaneously, I was very impressed. Despite the fact that the cashier was clearly very new and being trained, my experience was still enjoyable, and I was not inconvenienced. read more
