This experience was one of the worst I've ever had. One that I will NEVER forget. Me and my son ordered online, simply 2 Large sweet teas. When we got to the window, the worker said, "The order for hoe?". I was baffled. Jaw on the floor. I was scared and nodded. I was simply shocked. When we got our sweet teas. They were disgusting. McDonalds put like 9 onions on their burgers so I always order extra onions. The last probably 7 times I have ordered McDonalds I tell them extra onions and everytime they show up with zero onions on the entire burger. The wrapper has the additional label to say the changes so apparently nobody at McDonald's can read. Or they just think it will be funny to dupe this guy with no onions. Every time I order a burger it is a wreck. It's not even appetizing. I have to reassemble myself. Or it's not ever made correctly. This time I was missing toppings. And the fries weren't even cooked all the way. It's sad that this is an every time thing. So I will no longer choose McDonald's. Once again, disappointed in the quality of MacDonald food in general. This time sausage and egg macmuffins and hash browns at this location. I may be one of a minority when it comes to having my food hot. I realise people dont like to wait for food in a fast food restaurant so something has to be given up. In this case its food sitting in warmers or heat lamps. Wondering if there is a time limit? Same problem last week with a fish sandwich and fries, besides my usual gripe about the fish hanging out one side of the bun and not being able to move it because its stuck from the cheese. This McDonalds was our WIFI spot after driving through the rocky mountain hell with a 16ft trailer attached and helped us find a great cheap hotel right away. For that, I am a fan. I didn't eat here but the location is clean, the workers nice and its fairly new. read more

My first ever review. My family and I had an absolutely terrible experience at McDonald's. Ordered at the drive thru and was quickly moved to the pay window, the girl there was very kind thankfully. I get to the pickup window and they have me pull forward and park. We sit there for 15-20 minutes and a manager came out and practically shoved the food at me with next to nothing said and fled. I called out a thank you nonetheless as they marched away. My hangry husband peeked in the bags and there were 4 sandwiches missing. That's right, 4! I pull around and park and go in because my husband didn't want to be rude to them. I wait in line for another 15 minutes. The cashier (another young girl) was extremely sweet and I showed her my receipt and she told me to wait a moment and my food would be right up. She was very professional. There was an older male manager that came up and said "You're missing WHAT?!" I told him the four sandwiches missing (l see them sitting on the warmer) and he said "Oh, yeah, we missed FOUR SANDWHICHES?" And he stomped away to get the sandwiches sitting on the warmer. While he was aggressively filling a bag, the manager who brought my food out to me said, "Who exactly is complaining about 4 sandwiches?" The older man replied, "BEHIND YOU. HER!" Even the cashier seemed horrified at their behavior. He glares at me as he hands me the food, even after all of this, I say thank you, and he stares at me in silence. I got the food for guests who requested it at my home, and when I return, everything is old and cold. Money and time down the drain. It's too bad that there are two grown men that obviously couldn't handle that kind of position that evening. Handy to my house - so McRib craving is easily solved. I am always happy when McRibs make their appearance. Wish they were always available. I am also a huge fan of the Shamrock Shake. Not really sure why - is it the pale green color, the lightly minty flavor or is it that it seems to be my first shake of the spring - makes summer seem near. This is a nice and clean McDonalds (aren't they all?). So, when my craving for the dollar menu or McRib calls - it is surely handy! read more

Clean with indoor play land with lots of space and free wifi. Not much to say It's a McDonald's, although nicer than most.

The food was disgusting and cold and when asked to have it replaced they charged me for a new burger that they served cold. I would recommend this place to anyone just plain DISGUSTiNG. read more

I'm definitely a fan of the play area and enjoy a McDonald's with wooden floors, walls, and even a built in fireplace. This McDonald's was so country, compared to most McDonald's going more North of Colorado, because it's in the deep part of the mountains and in the beginning of Grand Junction. Literally most of the employees had these cute country like accents when they spoke. They are crazy friendly and more people oriented for sure. They had family event photos on the side of the walls, and lots of portraits of certificates, and photos of very important members, perhaps. What I noticed the most is how hard working the team members are with each other, and how greatly they communicate with providing excellent customer service. The food was pretty delicious and the restaurant was really nice: with a built in television, two of them, and nice tables with chairs made of wood and vibrant colors. read more

This is the 3rd time we have had problems trying to be fair and the one time I did report it, it was a hair in the Big Mac this last time being a bit in a hurry ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and 2 hash browns...Do you think any one thought customer service "NO" no one said for 2 cents more you can get 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits they are on sale for 2/$4 nope no one did they do not care about their customers unfortunately they just care about the money the 2nd time I had made a call to preorder and the girl is arguing with me when I told her the woman I talked to on the phone didn't give me her name she traight out said I lied cause they always give names the next window the girl I ordered from came to the window apologized I love McDonalds unfortunately the one in Clifton has poor customer service and rude employees I'm not saying but they sure need to train in people skills read more

This is absolutely the worse McDonalds I've ever given my business too. I come here at least 2-3 times a day and receive the same terrible experience. Drive-thru cashiers do not have active listening skills, repeat the wrong thing on my order every time, atleast three times before correcting it and have gotten my order wrong on several basis through-out the entire year of 2018. I have serious problem having Drive-Thru Cashiers call me honey while my wife is in the passenger seat and not adjusting the tone of their voice for customer satisfaction. Every drive-thru employee and manager uses Zero people skills. In entirety they are very conceding and state they care for my business but don't show their appreciation or professionalism out the door. I have spoken with management on four different occasions to try to correct my terrible experience with them and they always say they will take corrective action and that this is the first time that they've ever discovered this being a problem. 9/10 times my order is taken wrong, the employees communication is monotone and don't listen and send me to the waiting bay for my food. The first time that I had a terrible experience the cashier was very condescending and demeaning by her voice over the intercom without me ever speaking first, then deliberately calling me honey and purposely entering my order wrong, then deliberately stating thereafter that she knows everything as I try to correct her mistake, before listening to me actively. I addressed my concern of customer service professionalism to both managers and continued to receive the same experience with the employee that has done it on several basis. That given day the older woman who works with management had approached the male manager of the food establishment and completely addressed the issue to him "with assumptive favoritism to her employees and not the customer" while several customers were witnessed to it and waiting for their food. This transpired after I received terrible customer service, sent to drive through waiting zone, and decided to walk into the establishment to speak with management. They insisted to give me free food and I declined. I shop here to have a pleasant experience, not free-load off you. Throughout my 32 years of eating at McDonalds this place has been the absolute worse EVER. I have told management several times that I don't want to travel 15 minutes out of my way to another McDonalds while heading to work or any other errand. But every time I go here I receive: not getting my order right, the drive through cashiers having to repeat my order wrong 3 times when I am clear and concise with them over the intercom. If it's not their ears then perhaps you should upgrade their headsets. Would you as a manager pay drive through cashiers $15 dollars an hour to not have active people or listening skills or motor skills in entering orders through your systems? Today was my final day of business with the company after having invested money 2-3x a day to this location and being a customer for 32 years. Today when I addressed my concern with management Mark over the phone about his employees active listening, customer service, and demeanor of their drive thru people, he again took no corrective action and stated this was the first time to his discovery that this was occurring and he would do what was necessary to correct it. I told him I've had enough requested the number to corporate. Where I then spoke with the owner of the locations over the phone, Shane. He was very condescending, didn't agree that the customer is always right, that it isn't ok to call a customer honey when your wife is in the passenger seat then he took responsibility to state that he trained his employees to deal with drive through the way I have experienced it. I began to question his degree in business, sales and marketing skills, and customer service after he had spoken over me throughout the entire call and deliberately tried getting me to argue with him. I tried to address to him on several basis about how customers shouldn't have to repeat themselves three times to get their order right. This is a fast food business; their quality control isn't right nor is their customer service. He didn't retain any quality of compassion towards me being a customer actively 2-3 times a day and wasn't aware that I have been buying food from McDonalds for 32 years because I was never given a chance to address my concern. Instead he was defensive upon the fact which I was upset that I have invested a lot of money into this location and that I wouldn't recess or debate to his accusations towards questioning the quality of myself to him as a customer. He was expecting a rise from me rather than trying to fix an issue and listen to me trying to ration why I no longer would continue business with McDonalds ever again.
