Worst breakfast burrito ever. The egg was super dry. there was only a few tiny pieces of sausages and a lot of tomato and onion. The French toast sticks were tough and chewy. The tots weren't fully cooked. The drive thru crew member Michael was not very polite. He wouldn't even let me get a word in would hurry and close the window. This is the last time I'll go to Clifton sonic. It's always a nightmare. For just a quick stop before hitting the 70 to Denver, this location is about a mile off the frwy. Be aware when you first see dont turn left let, drive past and go in the back way or you end up uturning like we did. Cheese tator tots and an unsweetend ice tea. The tators were ok...just. If these workers would listen my 5 star review would have stayed. Today was the worst customer service I've had in a long time at Sonic. I told them my order then she repeated my order and told me my total and hung up the speaker and it went to the payment screen. I had to call back in to add lemon even though I asked for it! They said no problem and I got a lemon in my water. But when I got home my mozzarella sticks had marinara instead of ranch like I asked. I would have been able to fix this if the girl working the orders have a shit and let me respond! But no. No one gives a shit. I will continue to come here due to the close proximity but I will not be leaving until I check the bag and if this continues I will call the manager repeatedly and find out the names of the workers. Very hard to get into. sets in strange location. Service is not very good. food came without utensils the server was slow and lethargic. We asked for Ketchup she walked away, We rang the button asked for Ketchup and utensils , never did get any service. server walked by us 3 times. without what we requested. Today was a terrible experience with Sonic. It is usually slow here, as most Sonics seem to be, but today after waiting through the drive through for over 15 minutes from ordering to pick up, I quickly glanced in the bag to ensure all food was present and drove home. At home, I find the hot dog is older and old, who knows how long it had been overcooked or sitting (see pic). It was literally hard on one end and barely flexible through the rest. When you are in a rush the last thing you want to do is now have to make something and going back to Sonic was not an option for today's schedule. It is disappointing that any employee would be willing to serve that as food to customers! And it was lunch hour- food should have easily been fresh. read more

Tonight was the third bad experience I've had at this sonic location. First two experiences were getting the worst tots I've ever had two visits in a row. They seemed like they had been sitting for 2 hours and weren't even edible. Tonight they said my order back to me correctly at the speaker then mysteriously lost 2 items as i pulled forward. It was so hot today (close to 70 degrees) and they were crazy busy during their happy hour time, yet I was able to order 27 drinks and they didn't act upset at all! I picked up lunch for my co-worker and myself on my way to work. My co-worker bit into the sandwich and pulled out what looks like a piece of dental floss or a bristel from a broom. I contacted the GM Kristyn Lucero and she is the most un-professional rude person Ive come across in years. She responded by telling me "You probably put that in the sandwich to rip us off". I will never go back to this location because of the comment made by Kristyn Lucero. Upper Management should look into getting her some better training on how to handle people. read more

This was my first time going to sonic in a couple years, drove past this and decided I wanted some, after I ordered my food in drive thru and was up at the window, I gave her cash and told her to use the cash first and then my card. She hands me a few dollars in cash back and my card plus my receipts, I ask her why she didn't use all the cash, she says oh sorry and closes the window, another lady is handing me my food, what I pressume to be the manager and I ask her what she has done and why all my cash wasn't used, I was confused. The manager explained to me that they can't do cash and then card so they had to split it up to make equal totals into two different orswrs, I would have liked to have known as I would have just used my card, on the road my boyfriend notices that his large fries I paid for were in fact medium sized, no biggie I'm not going back now, my onion rings were so plain it was gross, and then what I had been waiting for was my BBQ boneless wings, I pull them out of the bag ready to attack and have to pull my fork out of the sauce as they had just thrown the fork inside the wings covering it in BBQ sauce getting it all over my hands.
