the vibe and place is super cool! do not buy a smoothie from cafe- they just use a smoothie mix and it tastes terrible

We made our annual trip to Enstrom Candies today and received assistance from Lori. Her personal style and happy smile made our mission even easier. We selected boxes of Dark and Milk Chocolate Truffles. Having had both See's Candies and Ghirardelli Chocolate I can say when it comes to Truffles Enstrom Candies is superior. read more

Enstrom Candies have been producing quality toffee & confections for over 60 years. Crafted by hand with all natural ingredients, their world-renowned almond toffee is a favorite amongst celebrities. Even John Mayer sang its praises. My co-worker was the lucky recipient of a box of this gourmet toffee, and she graciously shared some with me. The toffee had a rich, buttery taste with a slight crunch. It had chunks of almonds inside and a dusting of almond powder over a smooth milk chocolate coating. I could definitely taste the quality. They also sell assorted chocolates and toffee popcorn. Sugar-free varieties are available too. *Corporate gifting & events. read more

As a Colorado native, stopping at the mother ship is a must! This location is where the amazing candies and treats are made and shipped all over the world. If you're lucky, you might even catch the confectionery pros at work. We were and got to watch them make several batches of the toffe from start to finish! It's an intriguing process and worth the stop to see. The showroom is vast and offers ice cream with lots of toffee add ons. I spent way too much money on treats but it was worth it! read more

Today was the hardest visit we have ever had to Enstrom's. My special needs brother loved Enstrom's ice cream. Every visit we had to stop in every day for ice cream. Larry would grab his cup of ice cream and go sit at the back tables. He wouldn't wait for us, he had a mission. Today, my husband and I stopped in and had some ice cream. Still fabulous. But hard without Larry, who we lost in April. We will stop in again Thursday as it would have been Larry's 60th. He would have liked that. Great chocolates and toffee. Always fun shapes too. read more

It was awesome to see the pilot plant and the factory through the windows. There were free samples of almond toffee which was nice to try. I got a kids scoop and it ended up being too sweet and rich after a while. I wasnt a fan of the cookie dough flat chunks inside. They were really sugary and weird texture but the flavor of ice cream was nice, it just got too much. read more

This is literally my favorite place in town! They make the best high-quality chocolate, amazing ice cream, and great coffees. I'm not a toffee person, but it's not a problem! It's always busy, and for good reason. I enjoy building my own chocolate box, but if it's super crowded, I'm happy with a premade box, too. Keep it high-quality and keep the friendly staff--it's what makes Enstrom's amazing. read more

This is a Grand Junction, Colorado MUST visit for their famous toffee. This toffee has so much butter that it should be stored refrigerated. They have an extensive variety of toffee. Milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate. With nuts (various) or without nuts. Tons of other candies and chocolates. Lots of different gift items. And of course the samples. The staff are very helpful and the main shop in the downtown area is roomy, quaint, and well stocked. read more

Went to Enstrom a few months ago and found the staff to be very friendly and efficient. The selections were great and numerous. Months later we ordered a shipment on line - excellent. My favorite candy - chocolate caramel. read more

Famous for its toffee, this retail shop at the manufacturing facility offers so much more than that! I have been a big fan of their toffee for years, but Jamie can't have it as she is allergic to almonds. No worries! They have many other fine candies! They also have seasonal specialties! And, an excellent barista bar! When in GJ stop in! It's well worth the visit! read more

Very good ingredients on all of the coffee, toffee, and ice cream that they make! My favorite place to go when I'm in Grand Junction.

Amazing family owned business. Ice cream is homemade and so tasty. So welcoming when you walk in. Love finding the little gem.

As always they had a big plate of samples out. So delicious. I had not been to this location for a long time but it was as good as I remember it. The young ladies working were very friendly and offered suggestions for my purchases. I did not have the icecream but lots of people were seemingly enjoying it. Looked yummy. I will definitely go back anytime I need a candy gift or want a treat for myself. read more

Cute little candy shop that you can watch them make the candy (although they weren't making it on a Friday when we were there). The ice cream was really good and great flavors to pick from. The candy is priced a little high but tasty. read more

I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping to get my product by the 24th on Dec 18th for a family Christmas party. It did't get shipped until the 21st saying it would arrive on the 24th. Today I received a message it now will arrive on the 26th which is worthless to me. I ask for a refund on the shipping and they are willing to do nothing!! I will not be buying from them agai. Absolutely horrible customer service! read more

We first had Enstrom last year, when we were gifted a box of Almond Toffee. My husband and I absolutely loved it and couldn't wait to check out the store when we went back to Colorado. The store is next to the headquarters, it was really nice and spacious. They have a small area where you can sit and enjoy a coffee with some sweets. I couldn't believe they also had ice cream! I unfortunately didn't get to try it because we got there in the morning and didn't have breakfast yet. Their selection was endless! But we were on a mission... to bring boxes and boxes of Almond Toffee back to friends and family in California. Oh and don't forget to "check in" on Yelp! You'll get a free small coffee! However, after spending $150 on candies, they actually should've just given us each a large drip coffee! Lol! read more

My friends brought me back a belated birthday treat and told me it was worth the two-week wait. Yes, Enstrom toffee, you are well worth the wait! My wait was not the two weeks delay in this extravagant birthday treat. No no! It was the wait of 11 years to find outstanding toffee that rivals British and Australian toffee from Australia. Endstrom's absolutely succeeds in making the best toffee I've had in too-many-years-to-count! Why is it so good? It has the perfect balance of a delicate crunch without sticking too-much in my teeth. With a perfect mixture of sugar, butter and almonds, this toffee performs miracles to the psyche. I'm afraid I am now officially addicted to it! Get toffee from Enstrom's! You won't regret it! It's amazing! Owned and operated since 1960 in Grand Junction Colorado. read more

Enstrom's has the best coffee in Grand Junction. Consistent, affordable and never old or burnt, the baristas are always polite and respect my time. The toffee and ice cream are also top-notch, and except for the premium pricing on certain boxed candy, Enstrom's is always a safe bet to find a quick gift or to take company visiting from out of town. read more

The chocolate here beats every chocolate I ever tasted thus far! It has the right amount of sweetness and the choices are endless! I recommend this over See's Candies any day incl Godiva! Sweetest shop and staff around! We ended up spending $$$ and probably 45 mins shopping and never felt rushed or pressured. They were welcoming, attentive, sweet, supportive, and just friendly. A local legend and for good reason. Enstrom toffee is amazing and they have samples on hand if you want to try before you buy. They have a huge selection of candies. This location also has an ice cream shop and a coffee shop. I had the most delicious chocolate milkshake with toffee pieces. The customer service is top notch. This place is great! read more

FIrst of all, it pains me to write this review. I have been going to Enstrom's for five years now. Other than an occasional misshap, I would have to give 7 stars for those five years. This can be credited to the staff that worked the coffee and candy counters prior to 2023. There has been a major turnover in personal at the candy/coffee store in recent months. Many of the long term employees are now working in the backrooms. They knew how to make the drinks consistently. They also seemed to know how to keep busy and make sure tables were cleaned. Around December of 2023, a new influx of staff began working. In that time, coffee drinks seem to be hit or miss, 50/50. You can tell when you pick up your coffee that something is wrong. Its the weight that tells you. When you open these, you see that instead of steamed milk, its foam. Or, a drink such as a Mocha has too much chocolate in it and is too sweet. We have now begun looking for other coffeehouses to go to. We will miss Enstrom's. But we are tired of the inconsistency. read more

Awesome toffee and ice cream!!! My BF is from Meeker (some 2 hours from here) and he used to come here to GJ to get peaches and toffee. He wanted me to bring some back for his family, who are now in Cali. Great toffee. I'm try now to eat sweets but when I tasted Enstroms... couldn't resist. We bought boxes and boxes to carry back to Cali. I also got their toffee lovers ice cream ($2.55) for a generous scoop was the best ice cream I had in a long time!!! They use their toffee in the ice cream... so you get a nice crunch every time... soooooo delicious. Don't go to the ice cream parlors on Main street, come here and get it!! read more

I have traveled extensively around the US stopping in at a lot of candie and ice cream shops. This place is SOOO under rated on their products. I can truly say they do have the best candies that I have ever had. I never cared for the big names like Godiva who is all about marketing. These chocolates and candies are so much better and less over powering like some of the competitors. A perfect balance. Did I mention that the ice cream was top notch? They have a superior product and they need to expand! read more

They have, sweets, eats, and coffee! Great shake! It was hard to choose. They do carry sugar free selections on done chocolate items.

An off day at Enstroms. The associate was less than friendly and my drink had a good 1/3 of foam on my chai...which typically aren't very foam heavy. Disappointed today. Be sure to ask for no foam or little foam, when ordering if you'd like a cupful. read more

Mmmmm ordered the dark chocolate toffee and grand central station shake - OMG if you do nothing else, stop and visit here! So worth it

Purchased a bar from a local store. Almonds tasted stale, despite an okay expiration date. We contacted the company regarding their product and they were the least helpful of any company I have ever contacted regarding a product quality issue. They disregarded our complaint entirely, telling us they couldn't help because we bought their product from a store, not directly from them! Absolutely awful customer support!!! Will not buy again!!! I have an update following the company reaching back out to me following my initial review. Their second attempt at assisting us was much better and they more than replaced the bad product. The toffies are delicious (when you don't get unlucky with bad almonds - see initial review). I wish it hadn't taken a bad review to get good customer service, but perhaps we just ran across a bad nut (pun intended). read more

I love everything from candy - ice cream - coffee. Such a great business to have in GJ!

Great toffee but horrible shipping. Last year they sent the gift to us rather than the folks we had shipped it to. This year they failed to give any indication who the gifts were from despite having included personalized messages. And even more recently, they failed to realize the four boxes my elderly mother ordered to give as gifts were not shipping even eleven days after they were scheduled to do so. C'mon Enstrom! read more

I have always loved Enstroms. Was in the Cherry Creek area and decided to treat myself for my birthday. Walked in and one of the employees walked out and looked like he was ready to greet us but instead just looked at us and said nothing. I left. Their toffee is great but I don't do poor customer service or social skills. The store looked organized and neat. Maybe his behavior was a good thing because I would have spent way too much. read more
