Stopped here for coffee and I had a recent trip to Grand Junction and fell in love with this place! This is such a cute, kitschy coffee shop that offers a ton of vegan and vegetarian breakfast items and high quality coffee. I tried a house drip, and fell in love with how wonderful the quality was (for only $3.50!) My partner got a fruity pebbles latte made with oat milk and it was out of this world good, with subtle cereal flavor. There are several non-dairy milk options. There is ample seating inside and outside. The outside area is covered and offer some shade. Inside there are unique booths and tables that offer an intimate experience to catch up with a friend. In addition to selling coffee and breakfast, this spot is also a plant shop/ gift shop. There were a lot of cool books, patches, pins, stickers, coffee items, and more! This is definitely the place to shop for your social justice friend! I will absolutely be back my next trip to Grand Junction! This is the friendly neighborhood coffee shop that we all dream of!

Enjoyed this cute retro looking coffee shop! The decor is well done and inviting, but the coffee and food is the reason to come! We had the avocado toast and americano and flat white all were delicious. Also had the almond croissant which was flakey perfection!. You order at the counter and they bring it to you which is nice. Service was good, people were nice and helpful. Definitely worth the stop!

We love this place! The vibe and aesthetic was really cute. The coffee was also delicious. Baristas were really nice and welcoming.

$13?! A 2x2 piece of bread.

Took almost 20 minutes to get toast with peanut butter. They were busy talking to eachother. Their coffee was mediocre as well. The toast was done but they decided to just leave it there the whole tim Go down to Mountain Air Roasters or Kiln! I ordered one of their toasts that comes with peanut butter, honey, and blueberries. Tasted good, but It came with the smallest piece of bread. For $13 I expected at-least two pieces! It didn't mention the greens on the side.

Copeka is a savior!! I was visiting Grand Junction with a friend and looking for somewhere to work remotely outside our Airbnb. And it was a good excuse to explore another eatery found on Yelp. I took a chance on Copeka because it had such high reviews, and it exceeded every expectation, from customer service and food to space and ambiance. I started my half day journey by ordering a cold brew latte at the counter. Wonderful set of staff. I sat inside to answer emailis for bit but eventually had to take a few calls and migrated to the outdoor patio. The music was too loud in the café. The dog friendly patio was lively with conversation. I can imagine there are quite a few regulars that come here. WiFi is great. Outlets are available inside when you're ready to charge up. Before you know it, it's lunchtime! I had the Cheap Trick avocado toast ($8) which was tasty and filling. Avocado smash, chia seeds, pesto, fresh tomato, sun-dried tomatoes, truffle salt, ricotta... I wish I was more motivated to make something like this at home, but Copeka does it perfectly. Before leaving, the barista gave me a slice of (unsold) tea bread, which was INCREDIBLE. One of the best pastries I've ever had from a café. Definitely ordering that for reals next time.

Seasonal cold brew latte

In short, it's rare that I wish I could grant extra credit, but Copeka would easily push the 5 star limit. It's in an unassuming location slightly off the beaten path, but the moment I walked inside, I knew I would be staying until they closed. It's an excellent environment and atmosphere, whether to converse with friends or sit in solo productivity. I was on a mission, intending to get a couple hours of work done while I was in town on a Saturday afternoon, and I was thrilled with my choice. I was immediately greeted by a mellifluous soundtrack of 90s hip-hop. I typically wear ANC headphones and pipe my own tunes, but for once, I left them out and just enjoyed their choice in music. I was simultaneously greeted by a smiling barista, who helped guide my choices of the seasonal cold brew latte and "strawberry almond granny scone". It took me awhile to figure out where to sit, as every place your eyes dart it totally unique. They managed to break out of the cookie cutter craft coffee culture and create a boutique space with a wide variety of furniture and seating options, and even the walls and decor are eclectic yet cohesive. Outside is a covered seating area, very open to the Colorado air with views of the nearby mountains and plateaus. Now for the main attraction...my consumptions! The scone featured subtle sweetness and subtle flavor all around. Which, hot take, is the best kind of scone. It is nothing like the cake-like dessert scones at many coffee shops, but it's a more traditional scone that I absolutely appreciate and often crave. Its sweetness is derived from dates, in a very nuanced way that balances well with a sweetened coffee. The seasonal cold brew latte was made with oat milk and a homemade lavender syrup, and that was default. I wouldn't change a thing. It was perfectly made, which was a lovely surprise. I've had a fair amount of cold brew lattes over the years from other shops that were imbalanced or watery or just... "off". But this was exceptionally executed. Their coffee is sourced from Cat & Cloud, one of my favorite roasters in California, specifically Santa Cruz. This was perhaps the 7th pleasant surprise at Copeka? I stopped counting. I now know I can never pass through Grand Junction again without coming here. Their WiFi is blazing fast, at least from a download perspective, and even their hours are about to extend as of this writing. So though I typically look for downsides to comment on, I'm struggling to find any. Even the prices were very reasonable. I guess the internet upload speed could be faster. But that is truly splitting hairs.

Fruity Pebbles Oat Milk Latte

Pretty good lunch spot! I ordered the chicken marinara panini & fruity pebbles oat milk latte, my fiancé ordered the grilled cheese sandwich & almond oat milk latte. The lattes weren't as flavorful as I'd hoped for, but the sandwiches were very good! The person who took our order wasn't very welcoming. I think the only word we got out of them was "okay" throughout the ordering process, but they did smile as they delivered our lattes to our table. The inside seating area was packed! The interior design was very appealing and gave inviting vibes. We ended up sitting outside, which was also pretty packed. Overall it seems like a great place to hang out with friends, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy some coffees!

Vegan cheap trick

Wonderful coffee shop to relax and enjoy the weather! They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered a cappuccino wet which is more like a latte. Cookie had papaya and coconut which was a delicious. The vegan cheap trick was also very tasty! They offered me regular feta or vegan. Some other items on the menu include matcha tea, hot teas, mimosas, waffles, and biscuits and gravy!

What an amazing place in the sleepy town of grand junction. I like how clean and fast they are with well made coffee, rare to find in this area. My go to place for sure !
