I ordered a dozen cupcakes over the phone and was very happy with the experience, start to finish. Although I didn't reach someone immediately, they got back to me promptly and set up my order with ease. I mentioned the theme of the party but told them not to worry about it, we didn't need anything fancy. I showed up to the most adorable themed cupcakes! I wish I had thought to take a pic but the birthday girl and all attendees were in love with them. Pricing is definitely premium but worth it to support a local business. Thanks, Baker's! We'll be back! read more

This is our second year in a row getting a birthday cake from this bakery and we have had great experiences both times! The list of flavor options is endless and there are many I'd like to try in the future, but for this cake for a 2 year old we did rainbow chip and buttercream icing and it was delicious! The cake artist got the design perfectly and we were so happy with how it turned out. Perfect cake and easy experience to place the order, and very easy pick up process as well. Looking forward to using them again for future occasions! read more

Sorry for the late review however I still wanted to mention what a fabulous job Baker's Boutique did on my daughter's birthday cake. I live on the front range so we communicated via email to arrange the cake she wanted. The process was fast and professional and they made the most beautiful cake that was delicious! It was the hit of the party! Thank you read more

I stopped here to get some breakfast and hesitantly bought a cupcake and cake pop as well. Not because they didn't look delicious, but because I make a lot of cupcakes myself and am well aware how picky I am about my cakes. But, oh my lord we're these delicious!!!!! Im still dreaming about how moist the cake was and how flavorful everything was. I wish I would have bought more read more

These ladies know how to make a cupcake! They have new flavors each day (listed on their website) and they're all great flavors. The frosting is sweet without being too sweet and the cake itself is nicely moist. It's hard to buy just one, so we tend to get a four-pack of different flavors. They do discounts on the "yesterday" cupcakes, so you can get a great deal that way! read more

The best cupcakes around. So may flavor combinations. Check out their website. I originally bought some of these and had them delivered to my mom for her birthday (I don't live in the area). She absolutely loved them and purchased some later for me nieces wedding tea party, where they received rave reviews. Recently some of my family was in a bad way and I thought some cupcakes would cheer them up. I called to place the order but couldn't get through. I left a message but didn't get a callback until the next day. (Apparently they have had phone issues.) I placed the order and set up delivery to Fruita. They called to say that they saw someone driving away right as they were delivering the cupcakes and they left them on the porch. I reached out to a member of the household to let them know and as it turns out, the address was wrong anyway. Luckily the address they delivered to was friends with our family and brought them over to them. It turned out ok, but I wish the process had been a bit easier. Overall, I'm sure I'll buy through them again because they are fantastic, but hopefully they get their phone and process ironed out so it's a bit easier. read more

These ladies know how to make a cupcake! I am quite picky about my baked goods, but I happily return here anytime I really need something tasty. They balance the frosting and cake ratio, plus they don't oversweeten the frosting. I love how they have fun flavor combos each day--definitely check out their website for each week's flavors so you can plan your trip to best tantalize your tastebuds! read more

Had the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Moist and meaty, with plenty of meat on the buns. Egg salad on the side was just like mom used to make it. Down home style. Friendly staff. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up. read more

I am not from GJ but I flew into GJ because it was closer to Moab than SLC. With that said I was flying in for my friends birthday in Castle Valley where I flew in with a special cake. I spent a lot of time having a special gluten free - vegan cake made that I picked up from Sensitive Sweets in Fountain Valley. Traveling carefully with this cake I managed to not mess it up until I had to change flights from SLC to a small commuter plane to GJ. We hit turbulence and of course this precious cake ended up getting messy. I googled a bakery once we landed where I found Baker's Boutique. I explained my situation and with he strange request to see if they could help make this cake look good again. THANK YOU ladies at Baker's Boutique for your time and kindness. They cleaned up the mess (i posted pics) and made the cake look better than the original bakery did, Hence some of the frosting was no longer vegan but the gluten thing was more of a concern for the folks that would be at the birthday shin-dig. The cake came out beautiful but just for a short moment. Clumsy me while lowering the cake had my purse fall off my shoulder and land on the top of the box slightly messing things up again..... Cake drama. It's the thought that counts. read more

I called from California to order a birthday cake for my son who is away at college at CMU. Meghan was so helpful helping me pick out a cake for my son and even called me back to make sure she could get it delivered as promised. The cake turned out great and the delivery person (sorry, didn't get her name) even took a photo of my son and sent it to me knowing how hard it is to have your kids away on their birthdays. The kindness and customer service this company offers is TOP NOTCH! My son loved the cake and I will definitely be visiting the bakery when I visit GJ! Kudos to you all! Stopped for gas while passing through town and happened to notice this quaint little place. I'm glad that we we tried something new instead of going to Starbucks. Our experience at Baker's Boutique was phenomenal. Super friendly staff, reasonably priced coffee and mind-blowing cupcakes had us grinning from ear to ear! The location is really convenient as well if you want to stretch your legs at the adjacent park. Great place for a quick treat, thank you! read more

These taste like little kid cupcakes from Walmart the cookies are hard and they really just aren't great. I was very excited to try a cookies and cream cupcakes they look great but I only took one bite and trashed it. The frosting was hard and so sweet it was obvious they use cheap ingredients but charge premium prices. I'd rather have Walmart in the end. read more

Great atmosphere in this cute shop with fair prices for great quality and tasting food. Also excellent service

I love this place! They make very upscale baked goods here and don't skimp on the quality ingredients too like REAL vanilla instead of the imitation stuff used by commercial bakeries like at City Market! The prices are a bit high, but for a special occasion, it's well worth it, and those recipients will appreciate it. Like they say...."you get what you pay for," and it's true here! Lovely flavors of cupcakes.....I especially loved the Wedding Cake cupcakes! read more

Their cupcakes are so sickly sweet that you will end up scraping off almost all the frosting. They're good, but just way way way too sweet. And the prices have gone up drastically for some reason so they're starting to become overpriced for what they are. Good service and a nice place though. read more
