My friend and I went to this establishment today and had a bad experience. We were treated rudely and curtly. We had never been there before. We felt like outcasts because we had no reservations - which I read their site and it recommends reservations only on weekends or for larger parties. Before we even said anything, she said, "Oh, no reservations?' like we were scum. "You'll have to sit here" - at a slanted table you couldn't even put a drink on. There was a table for 4 inside that no one sat at the entire time we were there. The pictures they show on their page are not accurate to the menu presented - disappointed right away. The roller skating girls were a terrible distraction so we could not hear each other - and the one serving food nearly fell down. The service was brusque and unwelcoming. We didn't even know how to act and were afraid to speak up because of it. We were told to sit down and something else, but we didn't catch whatever it was as the next people were being served. Then we heard something about paying, but we thought it was for the other people, so we went and sat as commanded. No drink came, but about 15 other people got them. We didn't know what the heck was happening, all along the same time roller-skating girl was making things dangerous and other customers asked her to stop. The brusque woman (owner?) brought out food and water for the older ladies near us (not in the restaurant, mind you, in the open hall that was loud and busy), but nothing for us. I think we sat there 20-30 minutes. She knew we were there and never said another word to us after taking our order. With all the people immediately getting drinks and walking away, I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave. Talk about anxiety!! I will never recommend this place to anyone. We didn't even get to try the food, but to be fair, it did look really good. Poor service like that is not to be rewarded by future patronization. We will look for other places to go. read more
