Worst customer service of our trip. All employees seem miserable. Attitudes upon requesting toasting of bagels for our family of 6. All tables were dirty and covered with crumbs. Bathrooms had no seat covers and no soap. Our order of 12 bagels was done wrong, missing a requested bagel flavor. Upon informing of mistake, manager had attitude and was complaining under her breath to her employees who had to remake. Didn't even offer to have us keep the wrong bagel but simply tossed instead. Avoid this dumpster fire establishment at all costs.

These bagels are the best. This is from someone from the east coast who hasn't had a good bagel in quite some time.

One word - AMAZING! A small town restaurant with great food and great service. It's under new…read moreownership so expect a different and good vibe with great food. We started with the Zuccini Fritti, a simple but tasty appetizer. Then tried the Louisiana Gumbo and NY strip. The gumbo was spicy and tasty, even my husband liked it and he is not a fan of spicy. The NY Strip was served as ordered and full of flavor. We finished dinner off with their white chocolate cheese cake, which by the way is gluten free. We would have never known had we not been told. A great way to end a meal. For beverages, we decided to be adventurous and tried the Savauge wine, specifically Devils Prey. As somewhat of a wine conisuer, I was impressed with this Colorado wine - it's not your traditional CO wine. Smooth and tasty. This will definitely be our go to dinner place. Excited to try breakfast and lunch too. We recommend giving this place a try. While some of the reviews are concerned about prices and service - not our experience at all! Service was great and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food.

Like the many reviews state, this food truck is located at Mesa Mall right in front of the Dicks Sporting Good. I mean once youre at Mesa Mall and you're panicking you can't find it, just give it the mall a good ole round-a-bout you'll find it trust. Enough about logistics and my biscuit history, lets talk Alarado. The biscuits. Whatever you get, you have to try it with the biscuit. Personally went with the sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich with pepper jack and the BISCUIT ofc. There's something surreal about eating a delicious biscuit breakfast sandwich at 7:00 am in the morning when its raining outside. I'm surprised I even got a photo of it before demolishing it. Now underrated co-start is the breakfast burrito. Because my back is big, I also got a chorizo breakfast burrito with green chili. Goodness gracious, that one also was a banger seriously. Biscuit sandwich or burritos are definitely the move I'd say here. Go get your biscuit on.

I will never ever be back here. Empty place very unwelcoming with no ambiance. Waitress Kirsten was…read morevery occupied with flirting with the two men at the bar. Once we're seated, we waited 10 mins for someone to take our drink order (a soda and a beer), 10 mins to get our drinks, then she couldn't take our food order, waited 10 mins to order our food... and we were the only table in the joint. LITERALLY. I ordered a 10 oz ribeye medium rare and it came well done (maybe med well? See pic) and a quarter inch thick... 10oz size questionable. Also notice how all of my sides were eaten but the steak is still on the plate... yeah she didn't check to see how our food was until we flagged her down like sailors in distress. The waitress informed me that they cut all their ribeyes that thin and if I got another ribeye, it would be 1/4 inch thick also, so I didn't order another. My friend's filet was blue rare (raw but seared on edges) but ordered medium rare and the waitress didn't offer to cook it more but instead blamed it on having a new cook. Took Kirsten 10 mins to get me a menu. When Kirsten finally found the time to come by our table to have me order a replacement, my friend finished her dinner already. I got the cowboy chili with cornbread. The chili was lukewarm if I am being generous- they could've just microwaved it like wtf how do you serve lukewarm/room temp chili if you have a microwave??? The cornbread was dry and crumbled into a million pieces. The service was the worst and least attentive I've had in maybe ten years probably my entire life. It was almost like we were in a comedy skit except it wasn't funny. I will never ever ever go back. Texas Roadhouse is way better which is just sad. I did notice an employee eating a big beautiful steak while she closed out her shift, I asked what cut and she said a ribeye. So I guess they cut the 1-1.5 inch thick cuts for employee steaks and customers get ribeyes a 1/4 inch thin cooked into shoe leather. Pro tip: go to Strayhorn. Rumor is cattleman's doesn't even use local beef anymore, they just cosplay ranch life so you get to eat a low quality steak with the comforting smell of cow poo.

Our Dinner...COLD baked potato, they show loaded, but all the loaded items cost more to add. COLD steak. The shrimp were not even close to normal size. extremely tiny.(my dinner) My wife's was cold as well. so cold that soft butter would not even melt. The steaks had absolutely no flavor. It's like they were just taken out of the fridge and plopped down on a flat griddle with no seasoning at all. not like the picture. Yes, we told them and they did not even offer to re cook our dinner, warm it up or give us a discount of any kind. I only ate some of it because I was SO hungry. My dinner came out and 10 minutes later, my wife's dinner came out. Honestly, the salad bar was the best part, although it was not very fresh either, but better than the main course. SO SAD how some restaurants want local support but have no idea that the food and service are horrible. Just being completely honest. Cattlemen's...need to step up your game!

The greens added a little kick, the onions perfectly sliced; almost paper thin. The green chiles cut into little morsels add that Smokey bit we crave when we think of fiesta style foods. There were bits of queso fresco crumbled over the whole thing, giving that tang. Even the brown rice was treated with the utmost respect and has the most amazing flavor and hearty texture! Lastly, I'm sure someone back there made that citrus crema from scratch and I basically licked that little ramekin clean! Thank you, thank you! A stop anyone in Junction will not regret!

I could mention several criticisms of recent managerial decisions, but I'll just limit it to one. The "American Breakfast" has disappeared, replaced by an a la carte ordering model. I assume this reflects price creep and the reality that the market will not support a $20 counter-service breakfast (especially one that prompts for pre-tipping) when a comparable $12 option is available across the street at a full-service restaurant. Combined with long wait times and lukewarm food, caused by either amateurs in the kitchen or lackadaisical food delivery by the counter-staff, Cafe Sol has regretfully moved to my "occasionally OK" list.
