This McDonald's actually does stuff RIGHT the food is always fresh, the fries are perfectly salted, the staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurant is actually clean- these guys have standards compared to other ones. Wow, INCREDIBLY MESSED UP experience there just now. I can hardly believe McDonald's would be price gouging-- and that I've got to take the energy to write a bad review about this shit hole, well that is how bad it was. Now choosing to eat at this place you've got to expect crap, but not ONLY is it garbage, now they're charging double! We ordered a breakfast #3 and #4, since when are the drinks not included with the meal?! The woman asked me "and to drink", breakfast meals used to come with a coffee or little OJ, I said OJ, and she upcharged me to a medium OJ without saying a word!!!! No total was given to us either until we came to the window, had they done that when we ordered, given us our total freaking $17.30, we'd canceled and left!!! I would have gotten a better deal individually ordering the 6 items that comes with two meals!!!!!! No drink was offered to my husband, he requested a water because they used to give you a bottle. And hell for seven bucks they better be giving him 2 bottled waters!!! THIS IS COMPLETE LY UNACCEPTABLE, basic HIGHWAY ROBBERY, AND YES EVEN FOR A SIMPLE MCDONALDS, that makes it even worse!!! Look, you settle for fast food because it's fast, easy, consistent and CHEAP... Most of the staff is friendly at this McDonald's location but the rest of the newer staff could use a course in hospitality otherwise go dig some ditches where you aren't in the public eye! Be friendly, smile, and acknowledge every person that walks into the restaurant! The food here is horrific, hit or miss but mostly MISS! Very disappointing and not up to McDonald's standards by any means! The food is old, overcooked or as my brother calls it Road Kill! My brother gets food here on occasion to bring home as he's caring for our elderly mother. She cannot eat the Fish Sandwich when it's overcooked and hard to bite into! Unfortunately as prices went up on fast food fare the quality went down! Please train your staff to slow down to speed up! Take time and care to provide a good product that meets McDonalds standards! I have now received stomach cramps and sickness 2 times from their Sausage egg Mcmuffin, this time so did my 6 year old. I call to tell them and they try to say they don't have to cook the eggs to be done etc. They also don't fill their fry boxes all the way up and they always make excuses for "new employees" when the employee is half the time the same.
