So much salt it was not edible very disappointed the guy that brought the food was very impersonal.

Ordered 3 American hotdogs 2 without onions. And 2 mango slushes. Order came all with onions, don't do well with onions. Called back and requested a fix. Girl comes back with 1 hotdog and before she starts to hand it, she looks at it confused. I mentioned it was 2 with no onions, she leaves. Wait, wait, wait, called and the order taker comes out and asks what's up. I told forget about the reorder and the wifes was as cold as her very weak mango slush. The owner must be an absentee owner that does no training. I like Sonics in general, but that's twice at this location, I roll the dice at another location, maybe. I hate whining or giving bad reviews, but if people don't grade them, the same results will continue unfortunately. The owners need to work vs just depositing money read more

Horrible customer service. Got 2 drinks, no straws. Chicken sandwich wasn't good. And the lady(nametag said alexis) was very disrespectful.

I'm addicted to tots. Thus, Sonic's has a warm spot in my heart. I actually think it's heartburn from all the tater tots, but I'm not going to question it. Plain with a ample shake of salt, or chili cheese, they are reminiscent of childhood finger foods on Styrofoam school lunch plates. Their jalapeño poppers are delish and sometimes randomly very spicy. You can dip anything in their ranch and it's automatically better. I'm not a fan of the burgers, sandwiches, or wraps, but they do have a great selection of drinks. I love happy hour. I can get a giant diet cherry limeade and an order of tots for under 5 bucks. I'm from So Cal, we don't have Sonic, so I thought I'd give it try. I only ordered a Salted Carmel milkshake. Shake was decent, but I guess I'm getting old because about half way through a small shake, it got to be too sweet. The ordering concept is pretty cool, drive up or walk up to any board and press the red button. Within seconds a server arrives with your order. Pay and you're on your way. Speedy service, clean surroundings, friendly people. Not much into fast food, but they claim to have over 1million drink versions, that's kind of fun. read more

Drove up outside ordering. I push the button I waited a good 10 minutes before anybody came on the speaker. Then she told me I needed to wait. I waited a little while longer then she came on and asked me to wait again. So I did. She finally came on and she was kind of nasty with me when I complained about having to wait so long. I put in my order and it came along time later. It was not edible. I got it home the chicken strips were hard as a rock and they couldn't even be chewed. They gave me six onion rings in the large order. They have really gone downhill. read more

This place is terrible! We have been there two times in hopes to have a better experience. We received three meals that were not ours. It took over 35 minutes to even bring that out. We ended up canceling our order. The second time we went there the slush machine wasn't working- they brought out kool aide and said that it was their machine. Asked us to wait 7 minutes for new ones then bright out kool aide again. So over chances with this place. They need new management! read more

They had a half price special on cheeseburgers April 18th to mark Income Tax Day. Cheeseburger was priced at $2.40. So that means a regular priced cheeseburger that wasn't even a 1/4 pound is $4.80? Are you kidding me? For a fast food cheeseburger? And $2.89 for a bag of about 8 onion rings? Came to $5.65? Those TV commercials with the metrosexual guys in the car are too gay for me. At first the lady who took our order didn't attend us right, but Rosie brought our food out to us, and one of the sweetest people ever.

We ordered our food and 10minutes later a group of kids came and sat at the tables our food was given to them so we told the staff and they said very rudely we were wrong it wasn't our food, only it was a staff member went and got the food from the table. We told her we just wanted our money back, then we waited another fifteen minutes she never came back so we called again and then she said we found your order and I said I no longer wanted it because we had to leave. It's ok to make a mistake but to be rude to a customer who was right in the first place then not even apologize is unacceptable. read more

Very bed service. I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium vanilla shake. When the girl gave me the shake I noticed it was very runny. I let her know and in a very condescending way she replied "that's how shakes are made, thin." I drove off of their parking lot and immediately drove back after my wife encouraged me to return it. We shouldn't have to pay for something that isn't done right. As soon as I got to the window the same girl was there. When I told her I wanted a refund she said I'll get my boss as she rolled her eyes at me. When her manager came to the window she told me that was how they made their shakes according to corporate policy. I knew that wasn't true because I go there often for shakes and they are never like that. After insisting for my money back I finally got it back and told her I'd be writing a bad review. She didn't seem to care so here I am 30 minutes later. The girl's name was Kelsey Jo. And her manager's name was Shirley. If Kelsey wouldn't have had such a poor and imature attitude, I probably wouldn't have wrote a bad review. read more

I just had the worst sonic experience of my life. My events there took about 25 minutes total. I used the drive thru. I sat waiting 7 minutes waiting at the ordering box before someone finally helped me. I then waited 12 minutes before I got to the window. I then waited for another 6 minutes while they tried to find something. And then I drove off and I was charged for lemon in my tea, yet I had no lemon in my tea. I would have taken it back, but I didn't really feel like waiting and extra 20 minutes. read more

This is the worst service that I have ever had here. We ordered and here we are 1 hour later with no food. They state they went to every car asking if it was their order. We have not moved and she did not come to our car. They now brought our food but it's the wrong order. We are now waiting again for them to correct our order. So much for fast food. They have good food but I will not be back for a while. read more

I love this sonic it has great staff and yummy food. You just cant get better than half price drinks during happy hour.

Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. For years and years I have been goin here and multiple times they have overcharged me for items, given me the wrong shake, or just flat out been rude. Today a group of five girls and I went to get sonic before our soccer game. I went over to the second patio order place and ordered my food and after I was done the lady asked me to go over to the first one and re-order my food. I personally work in fast food and understand that sometimes you need a customer to wait but they didn't ask me they took my order them told me they didn't get any of it and I needed to re-order. Afterwards the person who I presume is the manager came outside and yelled at me and told me I needed to go to number 24 (the other one) and that they didn't get any part of my order so after a long process of ordering my food since I had to repeat it to her twice I decided I would rather go hungry than pay for food that pays for the paycheck of rude employees who have ruined my orders multiple times. read more
