The burger stood about a foot tall. Like a soldier; pulled the toothpick out and it didn't budge. Someone built this monster with precision. Seeing what it looked like after being sliced in half made my jaw drop. The layers are well thought out and engineered to perfection. The bun was soft, the aioli was *chefs kiss*. The burger meat was juicy and flavorful; melt in your mouth. The bacon had the perfect snap to it, and the egg.... The egg was fried with intention; crispy edges and shiny yolk, teasing a slight ooze. I forgot, the bottom has a layer of shoestring fries covered in that bomb aioli... that was special. Setting atop all that goodness is a layer of avocado fries. Literally one of the best things I've eaten. Ever. I've travelled to 38 countries on five continents. I've had burgers in most of them; this one has left a mark on my heart. I will be back.
