They were at TerraVin Cellars last night and our party of 4 tried a variety of dishes. Everyone lived their food. I had the brisket-mac-daddy, which was awesome with the mac & cheese the brisket and coleslaw, and my wife had the pulled pork nachos, which were outstanding as well. I hope they keep coming back to Palisade, and specifically to TerraVin because there's so many great wines there that go with that barbecue. We had it with some of the de Blanc champagne as well as the Tempranillo. Excellent!!

She does It all. When she said she wanted to back her trailer up to our wedding event, I was a little worried about what it would look as we were having an outdoor wedding, and what it would look like but when it started coming down the road I couldn't be more pleased. Take a look at this trailer. It is phenomenal as well! You will not be disappointed in hiring this company to cater your event.

Katy used to cook in the Santa Maria area of California and it shows. I really love her tender, nicely smoked tri tip - often in a sandwich, sometimes in a wrap. She also makes a killer pineapple salsa that really sets it off. Ribs and chicken are available too, as are Santa Maria style beans. Just drive by and smell the peach wood smoke and the meat on the grill and you will be hungry!!

Avoid this place at all costs…read more I had my mobile tattoo trailer parked here during a session when the owner suddenly ripped the cords out, kicked me off the property, and claimed I was trespassing after I had already paid rent. This all happened because I asked how he planned to handle a dent in my trailer caused by one of his intoxicated clients. On top of that, multiple clients of mine have complained about feeling unusually intoxicated after just one drink while there, which is concerning. If you run a mobile business, I strongly recommend staying away. The owner has a serious temper and extremely poor communication.

The order is the Brisket Sandwich!…read more My husband (a born and raised Texan) was craving BBQ on our way home from Moab. After a quick Yelp search, I found Smokey Bonez BBQ food truck. After a quick visit to their Instagram, I found their location. Next thing you know, two croc wearing travelers are walking into a Cattle Auction! The truck was easy to spot: bright orange! They had a menu of classic items, although a local told us they change it up. My eyes went for the Burnt Ends, while my husband ordered the Brisket Sandwich. I hate to say there was a winner of the two, but there was. The Brisket Sandwich was piled high with the perfect combination of lean and fatty brisket. It just melted in your mouth! There may have been a battle over who got the last bite haha. :D Luckily, we got the same side of Potato Salad. Although, I should have challenged my husband for the last bite of his, as well. It was absolutely delicious! Beyond the great BBQ, the owner of the truck and his family were ultra friendly and kind. It made us feel like we were back in TX for a moment. Everything you want in a BBQ experience. If you ever randomly spot the bright orange Smokey Bonez BBQ truck, GO!
