Without a doubt the worst fast food combo I have ever had ! This food was actually inedible, the fries were rancid ,tasting like burnt oil and rubbery. the double bacon burger was dry and after one bite, I fed it to my dog!!! What was even worse was that the drink was so jammed full of ice I couldn't get the straw in. There wasn't enough liquid in the cup to wash down the bite of the burger I took!! At 76 years of age i've eaten a lot of fast food, some not so great but until now I have never had one I would rate DISGUSTING. The owner of this restaurant might do well to rethink who they have managing this location. read more

Came about around 10pm told us that the wait for a hamburger would be 10-15 minutes. I was really disappointed considering you come to fast food places because they are suppose to be FAST. JUST DRIVE BY! McDonalds is right around the corner! From the very beginning the visit was terrible. We ordered our food of course. We dined in at about 9:30pm. We were told our meat would take about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, as we waited, the employees were yelling at the top of their lungs, "to the window, to the wall, to the sweat drop down my balls." Yes, I know the song, but really, at your place of work in front of customers?? After we received our food, not 10 feet from our table, two women working there, started to twerk on the floor out in the main lobby. Pathetic excuse for employees. Great quick and friendly service, food was good and came out fast even though they were busy

We went to this restaurant for the first time this evening. I had the chef's salad, which was delicious, and my husband had the chicken wrap. He enjoyed his dinner very much, too. But, more importantly, the atmosphere was so positive. The staff is made up primarily of people who are special. The woman training them had so much patience with and kindness toward her employees. While we were eating, one of the employees walked around with small cups of their Frostys that he was giving away for free. We are definitely fans now and will be returning. read more

This place is the worst Wendy's on planet earth. This place is ran by ex convicts and John. Every time I go here they take at least 50 minutes to get my burger. No exaggeration. They could cook this faster by placing it in the sun. I hate this place if you're going to this Wendy's just ask one of the homeless people to make the food they could find food and make it faster than Wendy's could. read more

I took my parents here because they had a coupon they wanted to use. I haven't been to this Wendy's in years because it was always dirty. Since it's been so long, I figured I'd give it another chance. I was disappointed to find that it hadn't changed. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was that the floor was dirty; French fries and crumbs covered it. The tables were dirty, and the trash in both trash cans was overflowing. They were out of spoons that they never replaced even though a customer came up to tell someone as I waited for my order. We ate our Frostys with a fork since you can't really use a straw. Both ketchup dispensers were practically empty though they had just enough to splatter my clothing. As for the food: the French fries were cold and rubbery, but the chicken sandwiches were hot. Staff was friendly. They weren't overwhelmed with business while we were there. The tables were empty except for two, yet the place was trashed. A worker on break was half sitting on a chair while playing on her phone. I didn't expect her to clean on her break, but perhaps she could have spread the word that the place looked like a disaster zone. I won't be back. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo and a baked potato. They told us the sandwich didn't come with mayo. So, when we got the order they gave us the sandwich with mayo, fries instead of the baked potato, and to top it off no straw for the drink. Came here despite the reviews... plenty of haters out there. Typical Wendy's. My food was hot and the staff was very friendly. My fry container could have been filled a bit more, but that's just nitpicking. Nothing extraordinary, just keep your expectations realistic. It's fast food. read more

My wife and I were out for a late night frosty. Powers on the door clearly state that they are open until 10 in the drive-through is open till 11pm. We stopped at 10:16 PM it was closed. So McDonald's got the business instead and maybe next time to. read more

I ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets, a double meat cheese burger, and a chicken apple pecan salad. It took 23 minutes to get the order. Instead of grilled chicken, I got a cool fried piece of chicken. When I spoke to the counter clerk she just giggled and said sorry, we had to start more patties just as you came in. 3 cars got through the drive through before we got served. read more
