I don't even know if there's any point in leaving this review seeing as though their rating already sucks...but I went there around midnight and the card machine wasn't working, which was fine because I had cash. My problem started from the order taker. They seriously need to be retrained in how to take and read back an order. I wanted a ten piece nugget meal and wanted to upsize the fry to a large. I also ordered a six piece nugget and large fry. So when reading back the order why not say, "You have a large fry, a six piece nugget, and a ten piece nugget meal which includes a medium drink and a large fry." Instead of, "You have a 10 piece nugget, a six piece nugget, 2 large fries, and a medium drink" That gives the impression that I did NOT get a meal but instead ordered everything separately So I get to the window and they can't even take any coupons from their app.... shouldn't you let customers know that while they're placing their order??? And on top of all of that bs that's already happened, they only marked me down for one large fry even though I was supposed to have two( one from the meal and an additional one). And when I mention that, the guy has a fudging attitude about it...seriously?!?!? This establishment has been upgraded inside and out. I truly appreciate that this McDonalds is open 24 hours; lobby and drive-thru. Although the food quality has not really improved from your standard McDonalds, the service has gotten better. Nice customer service workers, not greedy on the condiments and are willing to s. My brother actually dropped his chicken sandwich when unwrapping it, and the lady was very understanding and gave him a new one. This was my first time trying the new mozzarella sticks, and it was disappointing. I'm not sure if they made so many that they just put it in a warmer. When I break one in half, I expect to see the cheese melted and cheesy... Not like a hard string cheese. Maybe it was a fluke this time so I'll come back and try it one more t. Zero stars actually! Horrible service here. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. 1) the white lady that came out to bring my food was racist as hell. I didn't hear the other girl tell me to park at a certain spot so I just across the way so this lady goes "doesn't he understand English" because i'm asian. WTF. Well I spoke to a lot of people and apparently she had been fired. I hope she really is because that is unacceptable. 2) went another time with my daughter inside to order. Stood at the counter for over 5min with no help. I understand if there were people line and i'm just waiting my turn but nope I was the only one in line. Everyone else had already ordered. One girl after a few minutes says "we'll be right with you". More time goes by and still no help. I see 4-5 workers in the back but no one is helping me. Finally I just tell the guy "you guys gonna help me or what" and he goes "oh yea they have me doing three things at once". Uh ok is that the appropriate response I should have gotten??? This place has the most terrible customer service. I don't know who hires these people and who trains them because they don't know how to act and treat customers. Do not order the fries here! Especially during off hours. This place over drops and NEVER throws out the old fries no matter how long ago they were cooked. Let's do some math: let's assume you yield 10 large fries from a full basket of fries (it's probably higher) and they drop a full basket for any order if they have no fries ready (I'm convinced they do) and they do not purge any cooked fries regardless of when they were cooked (I'm certain this is the case), then you have at least a 90% chance of getting fries that taste like gym shoe shoelaces. Don't get me wrong, McDonald's has The Best fries in the business when, and ONLY when they are hot and fresh. When they're cold or old they taste like the gum from the bottom of a fifth grader's desk. This location has gone out of its way to outdo every other McDonald's in the cold fry department. Their old fries taste like they were rescued from some crack of some sweaty overweight stripper. You know the one I'm takin about, the 5'5" buck seventy mother of three who thinks that vanilla glitter body lotion is a replacement for a shower in a bottle. They're floppier than me walking in on Grandma busy with her boyfriend embarrassingly rushing to put her dentures back in and accidentally dropping her robe. Went through the drive-thru on our way to a doctors appointment. Ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with sweet and sour sauce and a double cheeseburger with no onion but add mac sauce. Was informed that the mac sauce would be 30¢ extra. That's fine. We pay and the change was just kinda half jammed into my hand half tossed into my car. I get your busy but damn. Then our food bags are just thrust through the car window. We are at the stop light and my daughter tells me she has no dipping sauce for her nuggets and when she opened the box there were only 5 nuggets. I go to eat my burger and it's cold. I went to this McDonald's for a quick snack, and it was consistent with my expectations. It now has a funky drive thru that forces you to merge to get to the window to pay. Don't be apprehensive.....you will make it to the food window eventually. The staff was professional and efficient. An area of improvement would be the trashcans in the parking lot. The trashcans were completely overflowing, and it looked disgusting. They might want to send an employee out on occasion to dump the trash. read more

Blech...so I tell an employee and they proceed to ask am I sure the Quarter Pounder box contains a Quarter Pounder and they open it...guess what they found was inside?...Yep, a quarter pounder. This location is always pack at the drive thru but I don't see why. The quality of their food sucks. Even when you order FRESH FRIES, they are not fresh. The fries are stale like they have been out for the entire day, if not two days. Has their mcnuggets always tasted soggy and undercooked? After months of Panera's sweet indulgences, I had low expectations for the new McDonald's treats: blueberry muffin, cinnamon roll, and apple fritter. The cinnamon roll was slightly better than Panera's. What Mickey D's lacked in size, it more than made up for in moisture. Now for the apple fritter: nicely glazed, heavy on the cinnamon, light on the apple. Super moist--could there be applesauce in the batter? I was pleasantly surprised. Went thru the drive thru today, Sunday Jan 24th at 2:15pm. The person taking the order was horrible. The entire order was messed up. Everything was incorrect. We tried to "fix" the order multiple times and it just continued to be screwed up. Finally we just said ok and took whatever they gave us. We originally ordered a large #9 with an iced T. And 2 double cheeseburgers with a sprite. Not too hard. Didn't get double cheeseburgers and got 3 drinks. The person taking the orders really needs to be retrained or moved to another position.
