I went to the drive-thru and ordered my meal. Once I got to the second window, I was greeted by an employee. Next to the employee, another female who appeared to be an older Filipino woman, wearing glasses and was possibly a shift leader or manager of some sort was standing next to the employee. The shift leader stated "Next time wear a mask". I stated "Even if I'm inside my vehicle?". The shift leader stated "Yes. We need to protect ourselves". I just grabbed my meal and left the drive-thru but not before looking at the line in back of me and noticing that no one was wearing a mask inside their vehicles. I understand that with the Pandemic some people are taking things to the extreme. If the shift leader simply stated please or pointed to a new policy that McDonald's has then I wouldn't have had a bad experience. The lady was rude and unwelcoming. I either hope that she tells every drive-thru customer to wear their masks inside their vehicle in the rude manner in which she did to me or that she stays at home and takes further people skills training. read more

I did mobile orders at different McDonald's and there is some wrong with my payment on app. So I made payments very time at stores by cards or in cash. However, the lady ( I think she is the manager from her uniform) is very "professional". She couldn't finish transactions at store and i have to pay on app. It's not the first time I dined in here and every time I got the food and paid in here. Wow! Amazed by their beautiful and such welcoming service! One of the workers, Kimberly I presume by her name tag, gave excellent customer service and always updated me on the meal that I ordered. There was a bit of a wait but I cant complain since they are always busy, but always gets my meals right! There was this one time I went to McDonalds desperate for ketchup to side with my fresh fries! When I got to the second window, I was informed there was no more ketchup. I was in utter disappointment and disbelief. However, the worker there, Katelyn, was truly a star! She ran all the way to the farmers market at the Shoppes and bought tomatoes in a span of 2 minutes. She proceeded to go get her wooden bucket and smash the tomatoes in order to make her own ketchup. She hand made and delivered homemade ketchup for my freshly done fries. Just your typical McDonald's nothing special. I do like the new layout . I am a local and went to high school locally so I have been here a few times and have seen the changes. It is very family friendly and has different seating arrangements for bigger or smaller groups which I like. They have a good location right near the shoppes. This morning I arrived a t the location in Grand Ave after my doctor's appointment, and I was told by the manager the food was not avail le because the breakfast time was over and they could only offer me burgers. When I requested to cancel the order they refused saying they "have no control over the app." I even ask for a gift card instead of money and they refused. I walk out of the restaurant and my bank account is showing pending transaction. I lost points from my app and I will have to dispute the amount of this goes throu next Monday. Went today, extremely slow customer service. Only about 5 people in like but still took 10 or 15 minutes for the line to move. While I we waiting others were coming up saying they got the wrong receipt or something got mixed up with their order. When I finally got up there, I presented my coupon (valid) for fries and drink with the purchase of any chicken tenders. I was then informed that I was not able to order the 6-piece chicken tenders but that I could order the 4-piece or pay double the price for the 10-piece. I asked, if you have the chicken for the 4 or 10 piece, why can't I have the 6? They responded that the 6-piece option wouldn't be available until 8 p.m. (it was noon when I ordered). I said that I didn't want to pay double when they clearly had the chicken so they handed me back the coupon and I left. Horrible... everytime my boyfriend and I order doordash from this location they forget 80% of the order. Ordered a two McMuffins, a biscuit, burrito, pancakes & two coffees. Somewhat simple right? Nah. How do you forget the pancakes... only provide ONE straw & no burrito but have the audacity to include the salsa for the alleged burrito. Basically I only got my portion of the order completed. This isn't new. they somehow butcher the order and it's frustrating because breakfast is only served till 11. It's already 12 min past 11 and can't refund full order or get the order remade for us. Pay attention smh!!! The receipts literally on the outside of the bag. It's not the dashers fault so I'm not mad at her, good job to her, but it's simply McDonald's not paying attention. Today was the las straw. When through the drive-thru. For one it was a long wait. Waiting for the receipt at the first window while the guy at the window was taking someone else's order. No receipt. Drove to the next window, no receipt and the food is not ready they say "oh park in front" already upset. Took the bag and left. Got home to find items of my order missing and no receipt.
