There's no service at all! The workers are so rude. They got rid of the play place. The gross food went up in price. THE FOOD SHOULD BE A DOLLAR BECAUSE OF HOW BAD IT IS! Do not come here!! Me and my friend were the ONLY customers in restaurant. We had chose to dine in. Placed our order and had to wait a loooooong time for our order. They when the order was ready they yelled for us to come pick it up. My friend is handicap,and we had got a # so they would bring to our table as usual. We asked why they didn't bring the food out and she said they were short staffed .. But all 4 girls were just leaning on counters talking and laughing?? Worst McDonald's anywhere. The place was clean, but the customer service was unbelievably bad. The employee dumped my huge diet coke on the counter and it fell over right towards me. Good thing those new lids are tough or it would have been all over me ahd the counter. The cup was more than 3/4 ice, and when I asked for a refill, they said they don't do refills. When I pointed out that it was all ice, the manager said "sorry, you drank most of it, so we can't do a refill." Wow. I guess they didn't get the customer service training yet? It was Christmas evening around 925pm, I was ordering in the drive thru and this employee named Laura was not very helpful and she has an attitude, she was rushing me to order, very impatient. Terrible McDonalds location -- and I'm not comparing this to nicer restaurants, but to other McD's. No counter service, the manager forces you to order at the kiosks which have the touch sensitivity/reliability of a turd. Takes 5x as long for a customer to place their order -- the kiosks are glitchy. No way to upgrade your burgers to a combo meal with fries and drink (the pop up doesn't appear to make it a meal). No high chairs for kiddos. Got my order wrong. No refills on their fountain drinks. This is the only McDonalds I've ever been to that doesn't refill drinks. read more

Parking - easy to find Greeting: greeted by a homeless person, but not an employee. Pricing: ridiculous for what it is. I can east at a sit down restaurant and be served for similar pricing. Food: it's McDonald's, you don't expect quality. This particular location is the largest problem. After paying $20 for my daughters happy meal and my two value items. They wanted to charge extra for a ranch for the chicken as well as they don't give any refills at all! You also don't have an option to order at a register, only at a kiosk, which wouldn't print the receipt. If I am paying restaurant prices, why am I doing all of the work, plus paying for a sauce and not even getting a refill? First time experiencing this at a McDonald's, and I definitely won't go back to this location. If this is the way corporate is driving the franchises, then u guess I'll loose a bit of weight by not eating this fast food. read more

Normally stop here for quick breakfast on the way to Mammoth Mountain. They've actually remodeled since the last time I've been here. They're set up sign kiosk for easy ordering although I find ordering at the counter easier if there is no line. The staff is just not the friendliest and they never have been. Maybe it's too early in the morning but they don't greet people, just hand over your order with any sense of providing good let alone great customer service. We got there around 6:30pm chairs were still on tables and not sure if they were set up yet to serve customers or they didn't want anyone to dine in and sit at these tables due to COVID and social distancing. Food is fine but as a local, this is the slowest McDonald's West of the Mississippi. If you are passing through, expect to wait at least 20 minutes even if there are only 2-3 cars. Consistently rude staff which is also bizarre. Don't know who the Marroquin family is, but they clearly don't care about their way-below-standard product. Very disappointing visit! Today we came out of the mountains from a trip. Thought it would be nice to get a nice hot coffee and some ice cream as a treat! First of all we went through drive through. Waited. No service. After maybe 5 mins we went through the 2nd drive through. No response. Just as we were to leave, a voice came on. Very short. We pulled up: 2 coffees and ice cream. We were not offered cream or sugar. Asked what size?! Didn't show prices on menu. But ice cream was same price all sizes. We pulled away. Coffee was Luke warm at best. We pulled to the side of the road to put in our own cream. No courtesy. No apology and $9.+ dollars later. What we're employees doing in there. Not very nice and my husband did not want to turn around to get a hot coffee. Been going to McDonalds for over 50 years. Expensive and unhappy servers. I always loved Mc D's! It used to be a treat. Well I'm an idiot, I sat in the drive through of this "fast food" establishment and after 4 mins I inquired "are you going to take my order" and was told please wait. So as I said "I'm an idiot I sat there and waited where I should have left leaving rubber. After 10 mins more I was able to give my order, but that is not the end of the story. Now at the pay window, which didn't indicate that we should proceed to the pickup window and so we sat there for a couple of minutes and after no one showed up we made the executive decision to pull to the pick-up window. There the staff took my credit card and handed my drinks out to me; but you guessed it no food. Now we waited another 16 minutes for our food order which was a Big Mac, a Filet-o-fish, two cheeseburgers, and two fries, not a complicated order and with no special requests. From start to finish was 34 minutes for "fast food" and the buns were hard and the cheeseburgers were far from freshly made which you would expect for the time we waited. The fries were hot and the fish was fresh so that is a plus I guess. I have been to this location many times over the years, but no more, this was the final straw and I just wished that after I made my order I would have just left and gone to Jack-in-Box up the street. This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to..their side door is locked during normal opeerating hours and their customer service is next to none. My party ordered through the drive through two fillet fishes and both did not have any tartar sauce so it was dry as cardboard. The kids happy meal fries were upsidedown and missing apples.. I walked around to go inside the restaurant and let a white lady with glasses know I was missing apples. I showed her the happy meal box with the missing apples and she rudely asked for a receipt. I did not have one and she was really rude and walked away unhelpful. I hope this McDonald's staff members could have better training on customer service. read more
