There was a girl named Yanet or Janet or something like that (slim brunette girl). She was incompetent, didn't make much sense. We placed two orders on the app to pick up through drive thru. One coffee for me and one sausage burrito for my passenger. At the drive thru she told us she could only do one order. I'd never heard anything that ridiculous but she told us 'just pull forward'. In the drive thru window she gave us the wrong order (two sausage McMuffins) then told us we'd have to drive around for the second order (a literal coffee) or pull up front because she could only do one car. This girl really concluded it made more sense to carry a coffee out to a parked car outside (blocking drive thru cars now since they're doing road construction) instead of just giving me the coffee through the drive thru window. I don't know that anyone looks on Yelp for fast food reviews, but I feel the need to warn people that when I stopped at this location (4/19/26), there was no soap in the women's restroom. And it wasn't like they just ran out, the soap dispensers were missing. My friend even asked an employee if they had soap and she said no. This is shocking to me and a public health hazard. Do the employees have a place to wash their hands??? I don't know. I've never even been to a restaurant that didn't have soap. I think it's actually illegal in CA. I didn't order anything, even coffee, but amazingly my friends still did. The food took a very long time to come out. They also never called the order number, so we didn't even realize the food had been ready for a while. (We saw the bag but figured they were still working on the order because they didn't say anything.) It was truly a horrible experience. I feel really bad for people going through the drive-thru who don't know that the bathrooms don't have soap. Let me start with most of the reviews are not positive for this location. I pulled in at 9:22 pm Sunday, 4/5/26 and it was closed. The sign on the door says 10:00pm was closing time. The line just wasn't moving. 15 of those minutes were just waiting for the cashier to take our order. ALWAYS take the right lane in the drive thru. Nobody knows it's there. You will skip the left lane. This isn't the first time this long wait has happened either. The previous time I arrived at the window to be told they were out of the one item I wanted. You can pick up a table sign from the kiosk and place it on your table like other McDonalds but they just clal off the ticket and make you go to the front to pick up your own order. was therre at 2pm and saw some of the tables had the chairs up on the table as if they were closing. The people were nice the food is, well it's McDonalds. The system for ordering and paying, using a kiosk that doesn't even have all the items on the menu, is HORRIBLE. I've virtually stopped using McDonalds because of the automation and lack of human positive interaction. The one person who was customer facing worked her ass off and tried to be helpful but even she could navigate the kiosk successfully to complete our order. The food is decent. It is typical McDonald's food. The food wasn't the problem. Always consistent and reliable, but I needed to use the restroom. It had a "being cleaned" sign on the door. I finally tried to go in after waiting 15 minutes and seeing someone else go in. The cleaning girl seemed to be chatting with a friend. I had to wait 40 minutes to pee. That puts a person in a bad mood. But there were maybe 3 other groups inside and a short drive through line, yet it took more than 30 minutes to get our food. The order was correct. It seemed the manager was the person bunging things up in back when my husband went to find out why our food was not ready. They said they didn't have the frozen coke, but wouldn't just refund. They did get it made, but I didn't get my drink, a frozen coke, till after I was finally able to use the restroom, 40 minutes after we had ordered. They had prepared it, after we had gotten our other food, but not brought it out or informed us that it was ready. It was melting on the counter out of line of sight of the dining room. I live in this community, and so I frequent this place and it is frustrating to be there trying to be to catch a quick bite and finding quick isn't quick at all. No counter service, the manager forces you to order at the kiosks which have the touch sensitivity/reliability of a turd. Takes 5x as long for a customer to place their order -- the kiosks are glitchy. No way to upgrade your burgers to a combo meal with fries and drink (the pop up doesn't appear to make it a meal). No high chairs for kiddos. Got my order wrong. No refills on their fountain drinks. This is the only McDonalds I've ever been to that doesn't refill drinks. read more

Parking - easy to find Greeting: greeted by a homeless person, but not an employee. Pricing: ridiculous for what it is. I can east at a sit down restaurant and be served for similar pricing. Food: it's McDonald's, you don't expect quality. This particular location is the largest problem. After paying $20 for my daughters happy meal and my two value items. They wanted to charge extra for a ranch for the chicken as well as they don't give any refills at all! You also don't have an option to order at a register, only at a kiosk, which wouldn't print the receipt. If I am paying restaurant prices, why am I doing all of the work, plus paying for a sauce and not even getting a refill? First time experiencing this at a McDonald's, and I definitely won't go back to this location. Well I'm an idiot, I sat in the drive through of this "fast food" establishment and after 4 mins I inquired "are you going to take my order" and was told please wait. So as I said "I'm an idiot I sat there and waited where I should have left leaving rubber. After 10 mins more I was able to give my order, but that is not the end of the story. Now at the pay window, which didn't indicate that we should proceed to the pickup window and so we sat there for a couple of minutes and after no one showed up we made the executive decision to pull to the pick-up window. There the staff took my credit card and handed my drinks out to me; but you guessed it no food. Now we waited another 16 minutes for our food order which was a Big Mac, a Filet-o-fish, two cheeseburgers, and two fries, not a complicated order and with no special requests. From start to finish was 34 minutes for "fast food" and the buns were hard and the cheeseburgers were far from freshly made which you would expect for the time we waited. The fries were hot and the fish was fresh so that is a plus I guess. I have been to this location many times over the years, but no more, this was the final straw and I just wished that after I made my order I would have just left and gone to Jack-in-Box up the street. Normally stop here for quick breakfast on the way to Mammoth Mountain. They've actually remodeled since the last time I've been here. They're set up sign kiosk for easy ordering although I find ordering at the counter easier if there is no line. The staff is just not the friendliest and they never have been. Maybe it's too early in the morning but they don't greet people, just hand over your order with any sense of providing good let alone great customer service. We got there around 6:30pm chairs were still on tables and not sure if they were set up yet to serve customers or they didn't want anyone to dine in and sit at these tables due to COVID and social distancing.
