USUALLY a great place to get pizza but for what ever reason on 10/6/24 there was just disappointment. Ordered online for the first time (usually call it in) All worked fine at first but when we showed on time right when it told us to, there was an empty parking lot, good sign, nice and quick? no. not today 6-10 high school kids standing around looking bored frankly, i ask for my order and the guy says he can't find my wings, 1/2 of my order, he asks the cook and the cook says "i did those their out already" no wings in sight- so half my order is missing or not even cooked. okay what ever stuff happens, we wait 15 minutes for the wings and don't mention the room temp pizza. when we get home there are mushroom on the pizza which was the only think we asked to be done was no mushroom as my boyfriend is allergic. after an extra 20 minute ordeal. We drive our 15-20minutes back home - he ate the other half of the pizza which was not his chosen flavor. Very upset. Not sure why no manager was in the building. TL;DR: hair in pizza crust Coming off a full day of snowboarding, I desperately needed a carb itch scratched. The Pizza Factory seemed like a viable option that my party could agree on. Upon pulling into the parking lot, a guest was leaving. It was an older fellow with his rear end hanging out, much alike two enlarged grapefruits. (This wasn't The Pizza Factory's fault, but I should have recognized a bad omen when presented with one). As I entered the establishment the two cashiers were arguing while I read over the menu. I was caught in an awkward situation so I diverted eyes and caught glimpses of faux exposed brick and damaged floors. Perhaps some music would have saved this experience? But the only other sound was the low echo of MLB spring season. I ordered the medium bbq western chicken pizza. It was a decent size and flavor with about 4 whole chicken breasts on there. Few words were spoken as I housed 2/3 of my pizza. As I ate that 6th piece my eyes met a short dark hair in the crust. I thought it may have been mine at first, but then I remembered I was wearing a beanie and the hair was in the shoreline of cheese and crust. Looking at the open concept kitchen I found only one member of their large staff was wearing a hat or hair covering. I suddenly became too full, or disgusted, to finish my pizza. Plus, something I haven't seen in a long time ... an arcade. Various antique pieces are placed througout the restaurant that bring some nostalgia and charm to this otherwise understated place. We ordered a large Factory Special plus sausage. It's a decent size that was full of toppings and cheese. Flavor was good and crust wasn't soggy, but I wasn't able to find any of the 'real bacon' topping on the pizza, nor was I able to taste any. Service was OK. Besides taking our order at the counter and bringing our food out, they pretty much left us alone. Water, soft drinks were self serve and napkins were on the tables. Pizza Factory is a great place to stop off and fill up on some good pizza. It's family friendly and spacious. I'd come again if we're passing through town. read more

If you're wondering why you can't phone in a pick-up order, or get a delivery, it was (finally) revealed to me on my last visit that they intentionally put their phone line "on hold" before close. How long before close? Sometimes an hour or longer before close. I've encountered this problem on several occasions but I finally got a confession from the cashier, and that was after a livid customer (who had been waiting on delivery) couldn't reach the store and had to come to the restaurant. One of the kids tried lying saying "our phones started acting up about 20 minutes ago"....uh huh. So an hour before close, I watched five or so behind the counter just meandering about, one girl kept going over toward the restroom (likely out of sight of any cameras) to play around on her phone. Delivery drivers obviously have nothing to do since no orders are coming in, so they're just getting paid to stand around. If you're calling and repeatedly get a busy signal, you're not going to get through. Either visit the establishment or get your pizza from somewhere else. And good luck with that. The pizza itself is really, really good. If you don't need to call it in, it is probably a different experience. But can't give beyond a 1-star for an establishment that is so lazy that they can't take an order over the phone. And who the hell closes at 7pm? read more

Walking distance from the Creekside Hotel. On a Friday night we walked because that's our pizza night. This place was busy! Lot's of families and kids. That's a good sign. We ordered a large salad bar plate and a small pizza for 2 adults. It was enough food. If you aren't used to the elevation, your appetite goes down. If you are a beer enthusiast, they have Mammoth Brewing Co on tap. I leave saying they have fresh ingredients. Good pizza sauce. Lots of kind staff working. This by far is one of my favorite spots to come in and eat dinner. It does get a little loud, but there's extra sitting off to the side and outside as well. You walk up to order and then they serve you at your table. I have had pizza to spaghetti to raviolis here.. and everything is super good and homemade tasting.
