I stopped in here on my way home from a long solo road trip. I needed to make a stop for lunch and Bishop was looking way too busy. I found this spot down the road on the main street of Lone or Big Pine. Inside the place looks brand new. Very clean and nicely decorated with memorabilia celebrating the Sierras. They have more than just pizza so I ordered the lasagna, I was pretty pizza'ed out. The lasagna was delicious. I ordered a beer and was happy to see they had a selection of craft beer. This is a cool spot I will likely stop in at again on the way to or from the mountains in the future! Stop in a d support local and small!

Waited one hour for 2 whole pizzas ‍ And well this place doesn't give a sh about covid and face masks. Don't come here. I would never ever support this business again and I encourage everyone to do so

I had high hopes for this place, and it did not disappoint. My family of 3 ordered a large pizza, garlic knots and 3 fountain drinks and it was well under $30. I even asked the owner how he could operate with prices this low. You can taste the freshness of the from scratch ingredients. It is a nice family run restaurant and you can tell they take pride in their work. On top of all this the building is historical. If you get a chance check out the iron beam in the center of the room.

We ordered a large pep pizza, veggie calzone, garden salad and Italian Sub, they were all delicious. The service was great and we were able to watch football on the large screen TV. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Great stop on HWY 395! We will be back!

Restaurants that do things like this are selfish and don't care about the community and public health. Won't be coming back

Over an hour of waiting for our pizza. People came in after us and got theirs before stuff. Big let down. Don't recommend this place

Delicious calzones and ravioli. The sauce is rich and tasty and they have supersize pizzas available. Plus they are great people too!

We ordered a half pepperoni, half ham pizza along with garlic bread. The pizza came out pretty quickly, but our garlic bread never arrived. We waited a bit thinking it might still be coming, and when I finally asked about it, they realized the order hadn't gone through. They made it right away. The pizza was really good! One thing I appreciated was that they didn't skimp on the pepperoni--there was plenty on every slice. The crust was delicious too. I also got to watch a young lady in the back tossing the pizza dough by hand, which was very cool. The restaurant could have been a little cleaner, but the staff seemed busy. Overall, the service was friendly, the food was enjoyable, and I'd definitely stop here again the next time I'm passing through Lone Pine.

Didn't realize that Pizza Factory is part of a 100+ store franchise with locations in 5 states. I love supporting local businesses but the pricing here was offensive. I checked another Pizza Factory location (Redding, CA) and they only charge $18.50 for the same pizza. I'm sorry to say that this is a clear example of price gouging tourists. Sorry/Not sorry.

Throughout our dinner offered to answer any questions we had at the menu or suggest recommendations. I ordered the chicken pesto fettuccine. It was so good. Not too salty or oily at all. Plenty of pasta and came with garlic bread on the side. Also ordered cheesy bread for the table. It came with marinara and ranch on the side. REALLY cheesy and good. Overall great restaurant and great service!

I also tried the $10 Limoncello, which strong & sweet, which got my friend drunk off one haha. Masterpiece pizza was super yummy and filling. Medium size comes with 8 slices that could feed 2-3ppl (4-5 if you get another dish too). Dough is thick and fluffy, and you can't go wrong with a meat combo w/ mushroom & bell peppers! Caesar salad was the other star of the night, very light & refreshing to go with the heavy pizza. Everything else was just alright. Buffalo wings were small and light on sauce. Fettuccine Alfredo was super basic, as if it was a frozen microwaveable dish. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the pizza, salad, and drinks if there's a sporting event to watch that night! I'd pass on everything else there.

Things to buy here for sure while you're there: - Pull Apart Bread - 8/10: different variations, but all sweet, gooey, decadent. It's like the traditional cinnamon roll's raunchy cousin. - Pastrami sandwich - 10/10: good lord this is delicious. Easily top 5 sandwiches I've ever had. Hefty and filling for sure. The meat isn't your run-of-the-mill, dry, salty pastrami that you'll get at your local deli. They use premium naval cuts that are lightly seasoned, juicy, fatty, and super tender. The Swiss is also soft and spongy, very similar to mozzarella. You can pretty much eat that all by itself. And the rye bread is artisinal elite level, as expected. Freshly baked and super soft. So damn good I nearly schat my pants!! - Original Sheepherder Bread - 8.5/10: 100-plus year-old recipe. Tried and true. Great for sandwiches or even just toasted with whatever spread that floats your boat. Versatile and superb. Another thing to note: this place is fully staffed and they have their stuff together. So ordering and getting your stuff goes pretty fast even with the long lines. Super efficient, friendly staff and establishment. A great time was had by all.
