Parking was fairly easy, located in the back of their shop. Upon entry, you see an array of items ranging from stickers, postcards, their merch, and their coffee beans. There was no wait & the baristas were polite when taking our orders, they had ample seating inside and outside, and there's a restroom adjacent to the building but you need to ask for the key. This place was so good that we stopped by twice, on our way to Mammoth Lakes and before we made our way back home. Both times we ordered iced lattes with their house made syrups and milk alternatives (Total for 4 larges w/ milk alternatives & syrup add-ons: ~$27) and we took home 2 of their bags of beans. They had food options as well, but we didn't take a look at them. Very sad that we live so far away, but good for my wallet or else it would've been empty from daily visits.

It was also far too strong for a child, despite specifically asking for it to be kid-friendly. When I politely brought this up, I was surprised by how it was handled. I simply asked to add a little vanilla for it to taste better. Instead of offering to remake the drink or find a solution, I was told I would need to purchase a new one. I rarely ever ask for drinks to be redone, but this one was genuinely undrinkable. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional, particularly from an employee named DJ. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome and unheard. Overall, poor quality drinks and disappointing customer service. We won't be returning.

There were a few tables inside and a few on the outside. We ordered to everything bagel breakfast sandwiches and a latte and chai latte with soy milk. Overall the bagels were a little dry and not toasted and the cheese on the egg was not melted, which was surprising. We did ask for some cream cheese for the bagels and that was nice. The eggs were cooked in a pan to order which was also nice. The drinks were pretty standard and nothing special. Overall we enjoyed our food and drinks here and are glad it's an option but there could have been a few improvements made to the sandwiches.
