One of my favorite chocolate lattes ever came from here. It had a light mouthfeel and wasn't too sweet, a well-balanced latte that was neither bitter nor too sweet. Super aromatic and tasted even better since you can see them pulling the espresso shot. My friend's lavender latte was delicious. First floral note giving away to an excellent latte. They know their stuff here. We loved the staff here. Very friendly and helpful, I loved complimenting the baristas on their craft and passing along the cheerfulness from the cashier who was very welcoming. They were very methodical and consistent with each drink, it seems. The shop was cute, with ample parking. The patio was busy-ish with people flocking in and out to pick up their orders once their name was called. I liked the combination of rustic and modern decorations, making for AN EXCELLENT stop before heading in or out of Yosemite. This coffee is worth going out of the way for since you will be leaving very happy after pleasant interactions and a deliiiiiicious coffee. 10/10! read more

Found this cute coffee shop in the small town of Oakhurst. I was staying in the area to visit Yosemite National Park and wasn't a fan of the hotel coffee. This spot was perfect for me as they were super friendly, everyday the staff greeted me with big smiles and made delicious drinks. I also loved their menu and ended up trying a winter latte called the High Desert. It was so good and so unique as it had rosemary and sage in it. I absolutely loved it and I'm bummed I've left the area but will be sure to come back next time I'm in town. Definitely give it a try! read more

Came in on a whim after leaving a women's retreat, and ran into one of my fellow attendees ordering at the counter. When the barista asked for her name, I said "Badass. You can call her badass" as a joke to make my friend laugh. Well, when I went to order and they asked my name, I said "Katie, but you can call me badass too!" And laughed it off. The baristas literally put the names on our cups as #badass and it made my friend and I laugh and also was so sweet of them! She loved her matcha, and my sage and brown sugar latte was delicious. Solid local coffee shop in this cute mountain town. We got there at a good time before it was super busy. I had a latte and my man had a drip coffee. You can tell the quality of the beans is excellent. They have a small menu with a couple of different toasts and burritos and a yogurt bowl. Also a few pastries are available. The shop is no-frills, it doesn't need them. There's a big patio outback that's covered there are vine plants. Very nice atmosphere. Staying in Oakhurst while visiting Yosemite and the coffee in the hotel is terrible. So, my fiancee and I ventured out and came to Clouds Rest Coffee. I had the drip coffee and it was fantastic. You have to make a stop at The Cool Bean Cafe & Clouds Rest Coffee every time you are in Oakhurst. This little shop is absolutely delicious! I got the matcha and wanted to go back to get another one because it was so good. The staff is super nice and friendly. They will give you some recommendations if you're debating what to order. This cafe has tables and chairs inside and outside the place. There's a bench inside to sit on as you wait for your coffee to be ready. There's free parking in the lot in front of the shop. Loved everything about this little cafe. The other name for this business on google was "clouds rest coffee". I got a strawberry oatmilk latte and the barista told me that all their syrups are made in house. It was mildly sweet and balanced the latte really well so I loved it. The avocado toast was brilliant! Really well put together with delicious ingredients. Would totally recommend it. They also had bagels and I got the jalapeno cheddar bagel which was spot on!
