Seeing the most recent ratings/reviews, I feel justified coming here to leave a 2-star review. Starting off- coffee tastes fine. It's hard to screw up a latte. This is all about the wait time and customer service. There was 3 cars in the drive thru when I walked. 3 people were together waiting on their order and they were gone with their order within 2 min of me ordering. That was it. I ordered right away and waited and waited and waited. After 10minutes I had to verify they didn't forget my order. The mobile orders and drive thru is their only priority. after I started paying attention, at least 9 cars drove off with their orders. 4 people walked in to get their mobile orders. At least 4 other coffees and food had yet to be picked up. From the time stamp on my ticket to when I got my coffee, it took 14 minutes. It takes 14 minutes to walk In & get your coffee When there were ZERO walk in orders In front of me. I will make my coffee in my hotel room or once I get to work. I didn't even mention it was a $7.20 coffee. Nothing special. Just 3 shots and milk. but that's a California issue on top of my waste of time. Never again at this location. read more

I placed my order through the app expecting it to be prepared promptly. The app showed that my drink was ready, but when I arrived at the store, it still hadn't been made even after waiting 20 minutes. I politely asked one of the employees, a crew member with long curly hair, about my order, but she responded in a rude m manner. This was a very disappointing experience. This Starbucks is hidden away behind some stores/restaurants. We missed it coming up to Yosemite so I turned around and looked for signs. I was able to go thru the drive thru and which is a very small drive thru and order some coffee. They were very quick with their service and friendly. I went inside to get more vanilla sweet cream for my vanilla sweet cream cold brew which is super BOMB diggity by the way. Definitely recommend. They happily gave me a small cup of it which I was able to add. The inside didn't look like a spot that a lot of people would hang out at but I took mine to go. They also had a lot of construction going on in their lot so parking was kinda tight. I ended up parking in front of a restaurant and walked down to the Starbucks. It's a good spot. read more

Starbucks in a small little town. Stopped by to get some coffee and a quick breakfast to start our road trip. We went through the drive thru. The staff member was nice. I had a tall (small) caramel cappuccino which was amazing! No additional sugar needed. Not too sweet either, it was a great balance. My mom had a venti (large) latte which she was not happy about because it was only filled up halfway and the rest was all foam. She also asked for sugar and they only had regular white sugar. No brown sugar or Splenda. My brother had a venti vanilla flavored iced coffee and he tried the bacon, sausage, and egg wrap. He mentioned it was a good size and tasty. This was an unfortunate circumstance. We tried to order our typical drinks. One being a water with strawberry inclusions. Mind you this is for a child who is sensitive to routine, and the experiences. We were told policy changed where inclusions could not be added to water but could be added to other drinks. So I will state that we called corporate to confirm a change and they stated this was inaccurate and inclusions or modifications can be made to a water, we would just be charges for the inclusions. Which is what happens normally and another Starbucks accommodated. So I asked if an exception could be made and we will notate the new policy. We were denied. Ask for a floor/ shift or manager to assist and have the exception made. We were greeted by the shift lead who confirmed and held strong to not accommodate the request. So I continued and said if you can ad inclusions to any drink why not ad them to mine and put them in a cup on the side. This was a NO. Second I asked if they could charge us for a milk fill the cup with water and ad the inclusions. Again a NO. I said I hear that you can but won't. So it's not that you can't it's that you won't. Which is poor customer service. We cancelled our order and left. After such called corporate to have confirmed this policy did not exist. If it's because the cashier's don't know how to charge inclusions to the water maybe training is needed. I've seen this done on orders we have made generally charging us 50cents. Second why not make the accomodations after pleading our case that we made a promise to our 3 year old sensitive child that drives on routine? To have the shift lead make a one time exception. This experience made the store look bad especially after confirming no policy existed with corporate. If I had got my drink and not my son's with his sensitivities this can make our whole day be focused on a reset as our son is routine sensitive. He would see my drink and not understand why he was unable to have his drink. Water with strawberry inclusions. I've been frequenting this Starbucks for several years- more than 10. It keeps slipping further and further down this slope of bad service. It feels as if there are rarely enough employees to handle the busyness. My mobile orders average 10 minutes past the predicted times. It is so dirty on the service counter I didn't even want to pick up my cup and bag. Clear all the customers THEN put your order way! Just hire some more employees for goodness sakes.. read more

Starbucks was somewhere I used to frequently visit. A very friendly place to go. I would walk in smelling the wonderful aroma of coffee and be greeted by a barista that usually knew me and or others by name. Just a wonderful feeling. However with so many insanely and unnecessary hikes in prices of drinks, an ever confusing menu and lack of care to customers I'd rather take my money somewhere else. I always get a hot tea. Customer service is really hit or miss- sometimes it's great and I leave laughing because they have some really lovely people there...but sometimes I end up leaving feeling embarrassed I decided to grab a tea during the shops open hours because staff is so rude (as in shove the pay machine in your face with no exchange of words and hand you your items with an exasperated sigh and such force you spill them on yourself). That being said, it's really just one or two employees that I'm nervous to interact with and they typically work mornings, so I just avoid mornings there. All in all though, it's a Starbucks and I'm just thankful they're open later in the evening so I can get some work done outside the office and my house. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews, I really do, and overall the Starbucks does probably a pretty good job on every other drink, but regular coffee. Why? Because I guess ordering a coffee at Starbucks takes 45 minutes, and ordering foo foo drinks takes about 10. I almost thought that they forgot about my order, and in someways I think they did. It was like, "Shame on you for not buying one of our really really expensive drinks and just buying.... Coffee." The atmosphere in this place is awesome. The parking lot sucks, but that's not their fault. Waited 25 min in line for a MOBILE ORDER. I got asked what the name was twice when I first walked in. He said it's not on the back counter yet. So I waited 10 min. He asked again the name and I told him. After seeing a ton of people who got there after me get theirs, I asked after 25 min standing there where mine was. The female barista was like "oh sorry, it's on the back shelf. You have to ask when you get here." I was like "I did. I told the male barista who host went to the back." Was skeptical because of bad reviews, but honestly, this was our great experience: yes, busy. Yes, order and go (no tables/chairs, restrooms). However, the barista was fast and friendly. We got drip coffee and left, found it was warm not hot (Starbucks, your coffee holders do not keep it hot for long! I have returned a few coffees for this reason) and went back. By the time we dumped the originals, she brought us fresh ones (that were hot) with a smile and a "have a great day!" I absolutely love Starbucks but the customer service there has been absolutely awful. My drink was made wrong, which I know it happens but when I go back in there super nice and I get extreme attitude for it, that's not okay. I mean honestly if you don't enjoy your job, go somewhere you will enjoy it because Starbucks is a job where customer service is everything. Have been VERY disappointed with the way the ladies in the drive through never smile, never talk back and hand you your drink very rudely.
