What an adorable little ice cream & coffee shop! We were greeted warmly and pleased to learn they carried an oat milk based ice cream, perfect for me and my (also) vegan friend. The shop is an airstream with a small patio area where you can relax and enjoy your frosty treat. There is a huge selection of products made by local artisans and small batch treats too! From snacks to soaps to artwork, there's so many cute things to comb through and admire. We had such a wonderful experience here! read more

Walked by after dinner and saw this airstream serving coffee and ice cream. We stopped and tried a few flavors of homemade organic ice cream and it was very good! The mocha was our favorite. Very helpful staff and we also bought a few items in the "gift" portion of the airstream. This was a great addition to our evening. Tomorrow morning we will come back and try the expresso - they had a large variety of flavors. read more

What a hidden gem in Bishop! I stumbled upon this cute spot by chance and I'm so glad I did. The day before my visit, I happened to meet the owner while she was out tidying up around the cutest silver Airstream trailer. I wish I had caught her name--she was incredibly friendly and mentioned that she'd be open in the morning with homemade ice cream. I don't usually have ice cream in the morning (who does?), but I was heading out of town and couldn't resist the opportunity. When I walked up, the same friendly owner greeted me and invited me to step inside the Airstream. What a treat! The interior is super cool--filled with unique gifts, good vibes, and fun decor. I went with the vanilla ice cream, though there were several tempting flavors to choose from. And let me just say... wow. It was, without exaggeration, the best ice cream I've ever had--and I consider myself a bit of an ice cream connoisseur. Whether you're in Bishop for a quick stop or just passing through, do yourself a favor and visit the Silver Airstream. Grab a scoop of ice cream or a coffee and enjoy the experience. Lucked out finding this cute little spot on our way home from Mammoth. Nice place to stop for a coffee, ice cream, and/or pastries. They had great shaded seating outside, with toys/activities for kids to do. The shop had some cute items, little souvenirs and goodies. (Their toffee is delicious!) I love the cool hygge aesthetic of this coffee shop. Great place to hang out for the morning. Shady places to hang out at the Eastside Guesthouse! They have cool gifts in the shop as well. Super nice owner and the cute dog is friendly and chill. Great for families. If you're going to Schat's, I'd walk next door to see what Salt is offering for the day. read more

What an amazing little coffee shop, cannot recommend this place enough. I am an extremely picky coffee drinker to say the least, and I'm not very easily convinced! But Let me tell you, she convinced me! I was between a cinnamon and salted caramel and guess what she made me a cinnamon salted caramel coffee with a twist just for me. Another thing I liked is that her coffee cups were thick and not cheap because nowadays thats rare! Came from Lake Tahoe and they were pricier bad and cheap cups! So if your in Bishop give this place a try you wont regret it! read more

My wife and I visited Bishop in mid December of 2024. The converted Airstream makes a unique and inviting coffee/tea and gift shop. We bought some gifts there for relatives. The owner has chairs and a fire pit outside of the shop which serve as a perfect place to spend an evening enjoying a warm drink or some ice cream. read more

We were stopping in Bishop to eat lunch on our way to Mammoth and came across this adorable coffee shop completely on accident! So glad we decided to stop in! We ordered coffee, tea and hot chocolate along with a brownie and cookie. Everything was delicious and the service was fantastic! The girls could not have been any nicer!! They also have a really cute shop inside! We liked it so much we actually stopped by again on the way home! Such a fun little place! Totally worth a stop!! read more
