The consistency and flavor were excellent. There were a good selection of toppings including a bunch of different fruits. The yogurt was very good. The service was friendly enough but we were there for self serve so I cannot comment. The price felt a bit steep, ~$10 per yogurt. May be inflation or I am out of the froyo game too long. The bar feels like it's still operating under COVID-era restrictions, with only about half of the actual bar available for seating. Whether that's poor planning, an attempt to save money, or something else, who knows. The end result is customers looking for somewhere to sit while usable space goes unused. Then there's the ordering system. Apparently you're expected to order your food first and THEN go find a table, even when there are probably 20 open tables sitting right in front of you. We even had customers ahead of us trying to lecture us that we couldn't sit down before ordering. It's almost comical. It turns something as simple as ordering a burger and finding a seat into an unnecessarily confusing process. We still gave the Roadhouse a chance despite our previous experience with their bakery, where we found bugs and hair in our sandwiches. We figured maybe this would be different. Unfortunately, it feels like another example of trying to do too many things instead of doing one thing exceptionally well. The burgers here are okay. That's really it. Nothing terrible, but nothing that makes me understand the hype or gives me a reason to come back. Combine that with the awkward seating arrangement and customer service that certainly didn't improve the experience, and an "okay burger" just isn't enough. And then there was the bathroom situation.
