Crearee has no business of existing in Bishop, but yet it does. The interior of Crearee is ultra modern. Half of the space functions as a market selling fresh produce, snacks, and essentials. The other half is a fast casual set up where you order at the counter and they bring your food to you. We ordered: -bean and cheese burrito ($11) -2 asada tacos ($3.75 each): topped with onions and cilantro That bean and cheese burrito with the spicy red salsa slapped. I felt like the ratio was a little bean heavy, but I didn't mind because the beans had plenty of flavor. The carne asada tacos were quite good as well. The meat had a nice char and the tacos are generously heaped with carne. I think the most surprising element of Crearee is their outdoor dining space. The restaurant is located off the road parallel to the main drag in Bishop. The patio area has plenty of seating with ambient music playing in the background. It's a relaxing pit stop before you head off into the wilderness. Crearee is worth a stop whether you're in need of a meal meal or just a snack. read more

This place is very interesting. Semi market, semi eatery and part bar also. The ordering area looks like a reception desk at a hotel while the restroom is one of the nicest restrooms I've ever been in as far as a burrito shop goes lol. Their market has various Mexican items and things like chips, drinks, fruits and veggies. We ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito. It was very big and filling and very tasty, the spicy salsa sauce has a bit of a kick to it but not too spicy. The outdoor seating with benches were nice to have and it looks like it can turn into a bar hangout at night time. The staff was nice and efficient with their food. read more

Our third visit and the food was fantastic again. I get the plant based tacos and my husband switches off with the bean burrito. There's a lot of food and the service is fast enough. Everyone is friendly and there's a small patio but I like to take it to go a find a scenic spot. The vanilla matcha is great iced or hot. Driving through Bishop, we searched for a restaurant that offered vegan lunch options . Just off the main road, we discovered Crearee. We both ordered two vegan tacos, one "carne asada" ( made with monk fruit) and another taco that tasted like chicken. They were Amazing-- and we enjoyed our lunch in their charming patio. I knew that we simply had to return for a repeat lunch on our way back thru town. Crearee is also a small store, and we found lots of options for beverages. I also purchased a variety of pastas that caught my eye. One had alphabets. (Remember when we ate alphabet soup when we were kids!?) The place is clean, modern, and-- don 't miss the bathroom. Made a quick stop to grab the mangonada that I read such great things about and it truly lived up to the hype. It was made so quickly and tasted super refreshing after a long day of hiking. The straw is actually a tamarind stick, just the way you expect a mangonada to be served! I was also recommended the watermelon version which I will definitely try next time. Wasn't hungry enough for food but they had burritos, tacos and more on the menu as well. They also have elote if you just wanted a small bite. I walked around the market while waiting for my drink and perused a small selection of fresh fruit a good variety of grocery items. It was facing the street, across from Tesla charging station and looked small from outside but it's very clean and nice inside. Clean modern unisex bathroom. We were greeted right away with friendly smiles from Bricia and Alandra I think was the ladies names. They have fresh fruits such as the normal apples and oranges along with the tropical stuff like guava, tangerine, and pink glo pineapple which is rare. We decided to try out one of their entree. I forgot the name but it consisted of candied nuts, pork skin, cucumbers, jicama and a red very tart sauces. My wife didn't like it since it was too tart but it was interesting. We also had a mangonada that was delicious and refreshing. It could use some real fruits toppings and more chamoy sauce though. It will be our go to stop on our road trip read more

I have been getting Mexican food for over 20 years in Bishop and have tried all the usual suspects like Las Palmas and Astorgas. On the way down from Mammoth we decided to give Crearéé a try. Was not impressed by the quality or price of the food. Our daughter's quesadilla was super greasy and my burrito did not have much flavor going on. They also apparently charge you 80 cents for an extra small cup of mediocre salsa. You also are eating outside with no heat during the winter. This place seems like a money grab. They are offering jackfruit tacos to try to appeal to the vegan climber crowd. It is a nice space and the staff was pretty friendly which is the reason for the extra stars. No desire to go back any time soon. read more

Right at the counter are other snacks my 5 yr old went nuts for-- pocky sticks, candy bars, Meiji panda snack...etc. On one side of the store, there are various sauces, canned goods, ramen, and other non-perishable goods. They have a great selection of drinks on the other side of the store. This place is updated, spacious, and has a photo op wall! The workers are friendly and their food is good!
