Sergio took my order and gave me my to-go order. He was very personable. My order came out quickly. I had the chicken pot pie. It was excellent. The pie was still warm when I got it back to my Motel room. I love the peach Mountain Dew. I think KFC is the only place that carries it. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The cashier was very rude. If you aren't kind to your customers, why are you working in costumer service? I personally really like KFC. For dinner I wanted to go and have it, I tried to open the door but it was locked. On the door there was a sign that showed what time KFC closed. This KFC gets worse every time we go there. Screw up our order every time. the chicken tenders were cold. the biscuits old and hard. No butter for the biscuits, ordered 5 meals and got 3 honey mustards. The kids meals had apple sauce that was Hot. Not even room temp but hot! I used to think of KFC as a treat. The last 3 times were bad I had hoped (why I do not know) that tonight they would be like they used to be. Sadly tonight the meals were even worse than ever. Had two of the dark meat $5 fill ups. The chicken was very good potatoes were hot drink was good cookie was good and the biscuit was hot. Food tastes like it has been sitting there for a while. Chicken wings were so hard and no flavor. They missed one of my sides. When I went to ask if I had been charged for it because it was missing, The supervisor Corey made it seem like I was trying to get something for free. So embarrassing because there were more people in the lobby. I then payed again for the side. Finished eating and I Never got it. I went to ask for my money back for the item that was never given to me to the employee at the register. He then told Corey that I wanted my money back. Corey acted totally inappropriate, screaming at the workers saying they had deleted my order from the screen. He then came over to the cashier (never even acknowledging me) and told the guy to just give me my two dollars! First, very unsanitary, the manager Maribel was coughing and hacking into her bare uncovered hands and 2 days later I am sick, hoarse, cannot speak and am on my way to the Dr. So my small order for fast food has turned into a painful expensive visit. Second, service should be rated on a negative. Young man at the counter when I arrived would not look up, just kept staring at the computer. I finally asked him if I could order and he was not paying attention at all-he never did make eye contact with me. I gave my order quite simply for a small item and clarified to go. He asked me to repeat it-twice-each time I said TO GO. After he finally entered it into the computer, he asked-is this for here or to go? Wait-what? So I repeated myself AGAIN. Took a while to place the order, he left and came back with a bag, without a word, turned around to leave. I spoke up and said, you are supposed to ask me what type of dressing I want-What he says? I repeat again-then he actually was rude enough to tell me I was not being very nice to him! The manager Maribel was standing right there during this entire process, did not assist in any way, did not offer to help, did not apologize. Owner, you need to rethink your staffing, as you are undoubtedly losing many more customers than you know due to bad management, poor staffing, and seems like a serious lack of training. This place is a disgrace to KFC's around the states. The drive thru was in such a hurry to receive our order that she forgot to give us the prices after asking her twice. When we got to the window she turned around to give our bag to an old middle eastern fuck who charges for condiments because they only give 1 condiment per order. Wow is all I can say. The service was excellent, I swear the chicken was killed, cut, and freshly cooked there. The crisp of the chicken was just right. Just avoid going there and you won't have to get frustrated. You can go there and wait in the drive thru for 45 min. just so you can pull up to the window and be informed they are out of chicken and they're cooking more, or you can go inside and personally watch your order get misassembled. Also Safeway is right around the corner because if you like sauce your gonna need to buy your own they have a hard time keeping sauce in stock. read more
